本发明提供一种反光面料,包括至少两个面料单元,所述至少两个面料单元沿长度方向依次连接,每个所述面料单元均包括:第一织物层和第二织物层,所述第一织物层和第二织物层由胶层连接,所述第一织物层和所述第二织物层均由包括混合反光纱的纱线编织而成,所述混合反光纱为外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝。根据本发明实施例的反光面料,由包括混合反光纱编织的第一织物层和第二织物层反光效果好,避免了反光材料因磨损造成反光效果降低,反光效果不会受面料的拉伸等变形影响,外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝不仅提高反光效果,还有利于提高反光纱线的强度和柔性,提高面料的舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能性面料,具体涉及一种反光面料。
背景技术
反光面料能够在光照条件下反射光线,因而可被用于制作反光服、各类职业服或户外用品等。现有的反光面料多采用喷镀、涂层等功能性整理的方法制备,这种方式仅依靠在面料表面涂敷反光剂等涂料来实现反光效果,不仅面料硬度高,反光涂料还容易磨损,反光涂料容易因面料变形断裂,反光效果较差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的至少一个缺陷,本发明提供了一种反光面料。该面料反光效果好,面料舒适性有所提高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
根据本发明实施例的反光面料,包括至少两个面料单元,所述至少两个面料单元沿长度方向依次连接,每个所述面料单元均包括:第一织物层和第二织物层,所述第一织物层和第二织物层由胶层连接,所述第一织物层和所述第二织物层均由包括混合反光纱的纱线编织而成,所述混合反光纱为外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝。
进一步地,所述胶层位于所述第一织物层和第二织物层的中部,所述胶层的至少一侧密布有凹坑,所述胶层密布有凹坑一侧设有蓄光涂层和反光涂层,所述蓄光涂层位于所述胶层和所述反光涂层之间。
进一步地,所述胶层的四周设有贯穿所述第一织物层和第二织物层的弹力丝。
进一步地,所述第一织物层和所述第二织物层的经线均由所述混合反光纱和绵纶纱线排列构成,经线均由所述混合反光纱和氨纶纱线排列构成。
进一步地,每一根所述涤纶弹力丝的长度与缠绕在所述涤纶弹力丝上的反光纱线的长度比为1:2~5。
进一步地,每两个相邻的所述面料单元之间设有预设的断裂痕。
本发明上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
根据本发明实施例的反光面料,由包括混合反光纱编织的第一织物层和第二织物层反光效果好,避免了反光材料因磨损造成反光效果降低,反光效果不会受面料的拉伸等变形影响,外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝不仅提高反光效果,还有利于提高反光纱线的强度和柔性,提高面料的舒适性。

本发明实施例提供了一种反光面料,下面结合图1所示的反光面料的一个可选结构的示意图进行说明。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的反光面料,包括至少两个面料单元100,至少两个面料单元100沿长度方向依次连接,每个面料单元100均包括:第一织物层10和第二织物层30,第一织物层10和第二织物层30由胶层20连接,第一织物层10和第二织物层30均由包括混合反光纱的纱线编织而成,混合反光纱为外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝。
本实施例中,由包括混合反光纱编织的第一织物层10和第二织物层30反光效果好,避免了反光材料因磨损造成反光效果降低,反光效果不会受面料的拉伸等变形影响,外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝不仅提高反光效果,还有利于提高反光纱线的强度和柔性,提高面料的舒适性。
在本发明实施例的一个可选的实现方式中,胶层20位于第一织物层10和第二织物层30的中部,胶层20的至少一侧密布有凹坑,胶层20密布有凹坑一侧设有蓄光涂层和反光涂层,蓄光涂层位于胶层20和反光涂层之间。
蓄光涂层能够在光源消失后的一段时间内仍继续发光,提高反光效果,反光层与第一织物层10、第二织物层30和蓄光涂层配合进一步提高了反光效果。
在本发明实施例的另一个可选的实现方式中,胶层20的四周设有贯穿第一织物层10和第二织物层30的弹力丝。
胶层20不全部设于第一织物层10和第二织物层30的表面能够提高面料的舒适性。
在本发明实施例的一个可选的实现方式中,第一织物层10和第二织物层30的经线均由混合反光纱和绵纶纱线排列构成,经线均由混合反光纱和氨纶纱线排列构成。
需要说明的是,第一织物层10和第二织物层30的经线可以是一根混合反光纱和一根绵纶纱线交替排列而成,也可以是多根混合反光纱和多根绵纶纱线交替排列而成,经线可以是一根混合反光纱和一根氨纶纱线依次交替排列构成,也可以是多根混合反光纱和多根氨纶纱线依次交替排列构成。
在本发明实施例的一个可选的实现方式中,每一根涤纶弹力丝的长度与缠绕在涤纶弹力丝上的反光纱线的长度比为1:2~5。
在本发明实施例的另一个可选的实现方式中,每两个相邻的面料单元100之间设有预设的断裂痕40。预设的断裂痕40能够方便面料的裁剪和使用。

1.一种反光面料,其特征在于,包括至少两个面料单元,所述至少两个面料单元沿长度方向依次连接,每个所述面料单元均包括:第一织物层和第二织物层,所述第一织物层和第二织物层由胶层连接,所述第一织物层和所述第二织物层均由包括混合反光纱的纱线编织而成,所述混合反光纱为外部缠绕有反光纱线的涤纶弹力丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反光面料,其特征在于,所述胶层位于所述第一织物层和第二织物层的中部,所述胶层的至少一侧密布有凹坑,所述胶层密布有凹坑一侧设有蓄光涂层和反光涂层,所述蓄光涂层位于所述胶层和所述反光涂层之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的反光面料,其特征在于,所述胶层的四周设有贯穿所述第一织物层和第二织物层的弹力丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的反光面料,其特征在于,所述第一织物层和所述第二织物层的经线均由所述混合反光纱和绵纶纱线排列构成,经线均由所述混合反光纱和氨纶纱线排列构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的反光面料,其特征在于,每一根所述涤纶弹力丝的长度与缠绕在所述涤纶弹力丝上的反光纱线的长度比为1:2~5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的反光面料,其特征在于,每两个相邻的所述面料单元之间设有预设的断裂痕。
