多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:急速分解装置(1)、高频等离子电场(2)、微波等离子电场(3)、高强度紫外线辐射场(4),低温等离子电场(5)、高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)、终止反应腔(7)、洁净气体梳理腔(8)顺次安装在一个卧式长方体箱体的箱壁上,该设备只需3千瓦主机动力,单机最大净化废气量可达到50~3000立方米/小时;该设备安装快捷方便,运行成本为传统净化设备的十分之一。该设备具有自动、高效、节能、环保的独特性能,达到最理想的废气净化效果。

多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备
技术领域
本发明涉及对制药厂排放恶臭废气进行除臭处理的设备。
背景技术
一、污水处理厂的臭气收集和处理国外运用较多,而在国内,大型污水厂将臭气收集和处理的并不多,拥有大型进口除臭装置的污水厂主要有澳门函仔污水厂,南京城北污水处理厂,采用生物法或化学法除臭,小型污水处理厂则偏重于用吸附剂除臭。主要是国外除臭装置价格贵,初装成本和运行,维修成本都高;而国内的废气除臭技术起步晚,成熟的产品不多。二、现有除臭控制技术包括:1.将除臭剂和冲消剂喷洒,覆盖和氧化带臭味化合物。2.污水中直接注入化学药剂,防止形成氮或硫的链式反应物。3.臭气收集和紫外线处理。现在应用最广的就是第3种。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备。
多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:急速分解装置(1)、高频等离子电场(2)、微波等离子电场(3)、高强度紫外线辐射场(4),低温等离子电场(5)、高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)、终止反应腔(7)、洁净气体梳理腔(8)顺次安装在一个卧式长方体箱体的箱壁上,卧式长方体箱体沿水平轴向中间是通道式腔体,废气臭气收集管道和贮臭气柜(9)连接一个抽气泵(10),抽气泵(10)连接急速分解装置(1)的臭气进气口,在洁净气体梳理腔(8)的尾端连接清洁气体排气管;其中:
急速分解装置(1)内有起吸附作用的活性炭,急速分解装置(1)中有单氟原子氧化物催化剂,单氟原子氧化物催化剂为商品名称为单氟磷酸钠,化学式为Na2PO3F;
高频等离子电场(2)包括:高频等离子电场发生器;
微波等离子电场(3)包括:控制台连接高压电源(39),高压电源(39)连接磁控管(32),微波等离子电场(3)内有固定隔板(33),石英管(31)固定在固定隔板(33)上,磁控管(32)固定在微波等离子电场(3)的箱体上;在石英管(31)中,充入惰性气体和汞,在微波等离子电场(3)中使整个石英管(31)均匀放电,产生180~380nm的全波段紫外线和臭氧,利用紫外线和臭氧灭菌;
高强度紫外线辐射场(4)包括:一个控制器(45)并联连接多个镇流器(44),每个镇流器(44)连接一个高强度紫外线发生器(42),所有高强度紫外线发生器(42)固定在高强度紫外线辐射场(4)的腔体(46)内。
所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:低温等离子电场(5)包括:在低温等离子电场(5)的箱体(52)内,进风过滤网(54)靠近低温等离子电场(5)的进风口(51)固定,出风过滤网(57)靠近.低温等离子电场(5)的出风口(56)固定,低温等离子电场发生器(55)固定在低温等离子电场(5)的箱体(52)中间;
高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)包括:空压机(61)连接空气源输气管(62),空气源输气管(62)并联连接多个臭氧发生器(63),每个臭氧发生器(63)的出气口均连接臭氧气输气管(64),臭氧气输气管(64)的尾端口连接高强度臭氧气反应腔(67)底部的臭氧气体进气口。
所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:
终止反应腔(7)包括:在终止反应腔箱体(72)上安装多个蜂窝活性炭过滤器(73),蜂窝活性炭过滤器(73)上密布纯净的碳元(75);
在洁净气体梳理腔(8)的洁净气体梳理腔箱体(82)的框架上安装多个正负离子发生器(83)。
所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是微波等离子电场(3)的微波等离子电路包括:集成电路IC1其型号是MAX038,集成电路IC2其型号是LF353。
所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:高频等离子电场发生器包括:集成电路IC1其型号是7809,集成电路IC2其型号是555。
所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:卧式长方体箱体的正面有方便打开的多个柜门。
多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备克服了现有技术投资大、高耗能、吸收慢、运行成本高、维护工作量大等问题。该设备只需3千瓦主机动力,单机最大净化废气量可达到50~3000立方米/小时;该设备安装快捷方便,运行成本为传统净化设备的十分之一。该设备具有自动、高效、节能、环保的独特性能,达到最理想的废气净化效果。

活性炭起到物理分解的作用,原理为:急速过滤小于10000目的气体分子,吸附大颗粒;被紫外线照射后催化剂起到化学分解的作用,原理为:单氟原子游离氧化物和活性炭可对含氮、含氢、碳氢化合物、氮氢氧化合有机物迅速吸附、裂解,并在强烈的分解过程中放出热量,呈现对酸性物质和碱类物质的化学键转移、失去原有特性,对堆积大分子不断重组为含碳、含氧、含氢化合物,臭味急速降低,反应过程为:臭气分子反应生成COX和CCl和HCOX和SOX和CF4……和OH--
图2是本发明中高频等离子电场(2)的高频等离子电场发生器电路图;
高频等离子电场(2)内有一个高频等离子电场发生器。高频等离子电场发生器产生的高频等离子体对臭气物进行适应性氧化处理,使其进一步被氧化和还原,由转化物生成新的氧化物进行时,深度处理创造结构性破坏的条件,达到进一步除臭的目的。
异味及附着在尘埃上的细菌在等离子区域,经高频等离子电场电离击穿和链反应,吸附大于0.5um以上尘埃,对有机物和细菌产生引发反应,反应如下,O3与OH-反应生成O2 -与HO2

使细菌、病毒产生通透性畸变,阻止分子有机物的再生,达到消毒、净化除尘、除臭的目的。调整PR2,即可调整输出方波的占空比10%~20%,即可以调整开关电源模块的微波输出功率。
图3是本发明中微波等离子电场(3)原理图。图5微波等离子电场(3)中安装结构示意图。编号如下:石英管(31),磁控管(32),待处理含菌恶臭气体(36),降解后无臭气体,控制台(38),高压电源(390。微波等离子电场(3)包括:控制台连接高压电源(39),高压电压连接磁控管(32),微波等离子电场(3)内有固定隔板(33),石英管(31)固定在固定隔板(33)上,磁控管(32)固定在微波等离子电场(3)的箱体上;在石英管(31)中,充入惰性气体和汞,在微波等离子电场(3)中使整个石英管(31)均匀放电,产生180~380nm的全波段紫外线和臭氧,利用紫外线和臭氧灭菌;
三重微波灭菌技术说明:1、微波灭菌:微波场作用于物质时,有热效应和非热效应,其非热效应就是微波场直接作用于细胞,击穿细胞壁,打断DNA链,使细胞破裂,细菌致死或臭气细胞改性。2、微波激发紫外线除臭灭菌:利用紫外线进行除臭灭菌。方法如下:在石英玻璃管中,充入惰性气体和汞,在微波场中使整个灯管均匀放电,产生180~380nm的全波段紫外线和臭氧,利用紫外线和臭氧灭菌,灭菌效果十分明显。3,微波激发紫外线产生臭氧除臭灭菌,采用石英管材料,惰性气体和汞的比例,在微波场作用下,可以产生180nm~380nm的全波段紫外线,不同波长的紫外线对进入微波反应腔的臭气,会使臭气分子电离,产生臭氧,利用臭氧进行氧化除臭灭菌。这种方法产生的臭氧,与传统高压放电法产生臭氧相比,紫外线臭氧纯度高,不产生有害的一氧化氮和二氧化氮。综上所述,微波、紫外线、臭氧三种除臭灭菌技术共同作用于臭气分子和细菌时除臭率可达到98%以上,细菌杀灭率达到99.96%以上。微波等离子电场3产生的含波段高辐射量的紫外线,对高频等离子电场输出的所有气体分解进行强烈辐射,使气体分子产生通透性畸变和改性、复制、脱色、脱水、细胞破裂、所有臭气成分的物质在这里DNA、RNA遭到严重破坏,失去原有的活性,微波功率达到300W。
图7,图8是本发明中高强度紫外线辐射场4中紫外线工作原理图。高强度紫外线辐射场(4)包括:一个控制器(45)并联连接多个镇流器(44),每个镇流器(44)连接一个高强度紫外线发生器(42),所有高强度紫外线发生器(42)固定在高强度紫外线辐射场(4)的腔体(46)内。高强度紫外线辐射场产生≥20000uw以上的紫外线辐射剂量,所有通过高强度紫外线辐射场的有机物臭气物、带菌空气41,被强烈分解或复制为改性后的分子,残留物被进一步裂解为新的气体分子43后排出。
图9,所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:低温等离子电场(5)包括:在低温等离子电场(5)的箱体(52)内,进风过滤网(54)靠近低温等离子电场(5)的进风口(51)固定,出风过滤网(57)靠近.低温等离子电场(5)的出风口(56)固定,低温等离子电场发生器(55)固定在低温等离子电场(5)的箱体(52)中间;气体分子、有机物、细菌、在经过低温等离子电场等被高频振荡后彻底失去生命特性,被电场加速冲击,生成为等离子态的气体分子,进一步改变了原有特性,失去臭味转变为新的气体分子,其密度达到2.4×1016~8.9×1016m-3
图10,高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)包括:空压机(61)连接空气源输气管(62),空气源输气管(62)并联连接多个臭氧发生器(63),每个臭氧发生器(63)的出气口均连接臭氧气输气管(64),臭氧气输气管(64)的尾端口连接高强度臭氧气反应腔(67)底部的臭氧气体进气口。经急速分解、降解、改性、氧化、复制、通透性畸变形成低温等离子体的所有不断转化、改性的气体分子,还需进一步由高强度臭氧气体进行氧化、开环、断链、使气体分子转化为清洁气体形成氧化物分子链。图10中编号:空压机(61),空气源输气管(62),臭氧发生器(63),臭氧气输气管(64),高强度臭氧气反应腔的进气口(65),臭氧气体(66),高强度臭氧气反应腔67,高强度臭氧气反应腔的出气口(68)。
图11是本发明终止反应腔(7)结构图。在中止反应腔箱体(72)上安装多个蜂窝活性炭过滤器(73),蜂窝活性炭过滤器(73)上密布纯净的碳元(75)。图11中编号:终止反应腔进气口(71),终止反应腔箱体(72),蜂窝活性炭过滤器(73),终止反应腔出气口(74),纯净碳元(75)。臭味气体分解、改性、复制、还原、等离子态后,所有反应过程在这里终止,才不会对最终排除气体产生新的环境污染,纯净的炭元和20~10000-A的复合炭腔,关闭了一切反应过程,残留的臭气继续进行吸附,达到终止反应的目的。
图12是本发明中洁净气体梳理腔(8)安装示意图在洁净气体梳理腔(8)的洁净气体梳理腔箱体(82)的框架上安装多个正负离子发生器(83)。图中编号进风气体(81),洁净气体梳理腔箱体(82),正负离子发生器(83),排出的无色、无味清新的空气(84);工作原理是:正负离子发生器将输入低电压通过升压电路分别升至为直流正高压及负高压,利用放电尖端将直流正高压产生高电晕,电离空气产生大量的正离子,同时利用另一放电尖端将直流负高压产生高电晕,电离空气产生大量的负离子,同步产生等量的正离子和负离子在空气中相遇进行正负电荷中和,在正、负离子中和的瞬间产生巨大的能量释放,从而有效导致其周围细菌结构的改变或能量的转换致使细菌死亡,从而实现了正负离子发生器的杀菌功效。负离子的数量大于正离子的数量,多余的负离子浮游在空气中能有效净化空气中灰尘,改善空气中氧气的品质。
图13洁净气体梳理腔中(8)安装结构图。正负离子发生器(83)即是梳理器,是将所有反应终止后排放的气体进行活化为含氧丰富的负氧离子排入外界空气中,排出的气体为无色、无味清新的空气。
图14是本发明中洁净气体梳理腔(8)的电路原理图。其中,二极管D1,三极管SCR的型号是MCR100,二极管D2,变压器B,正负离子发生器GDF,电阻R1、R2、R3、R4、R5,电容C1、C2、C3。包括整流器由二极管D1、电阻R1、电容C1组成,振荡器由三极管SCR、变压器B组成,半波整流器由二极管D2组成。整流器连接振荡器,振荡器连接半波整流器,半波整流器连接正负离子发生器GDF。整流器将220V整流,振荡器将电流变为高频电流。半波整流器将高频电流变为直流高压。正负离子发生器GDF发射正负离子。图6,所述的多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:急速分解装置(1)、高频等离子电场(2)、微波等离子电场(3)、高强度紫外线辐射场(4),低温等离子电场(5)、高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)、终止反应腔(7)、洁净气体梳理腔(8)顺次安装在一个卧式长方体箱体中,卧式长方体箱体的正面有柜门,方便安装和检修柜内设备。
图2是本发明中高频等离子电场(2)的高频等离子电场发生器电路图。高频等离子电场发生器包括:整流器QU连接稳压器IC1 7809,稳压器IC1 7809连接逆变器IC2 555时基电路的输入端,逆变器IC2 555时基电路的输出端3脚通过电阻R5和电容C6,连接放大器VT1的基极,放大器的输出口连接变压器T1,输出高频电压。图2中,整流器QU连接稳压器IC17809,输出直流电压,逆变器IC2 555时基电路及其外围元件作为振荡器输出高频电压,经放大器VT1放大后供变压器T1输出高频电压,二极管D的型号为FR104。放大器VT1的型号是3DD202B。
图4是本发明中微波等离子电场(3)中高压电源电路图。高压电源包括:集成电路IC1 MAX038是高频精密函数信号发生器,电位器P1连接到IC1的8脚,电位器P3连接到IC1的7脚,电位器P2连接到IC1的10脚,电容器C5连接到IC1的5脚,IC1的19脚连接到二极管D1,D1连接IC2IF353的3脚,17脚接+5V电源,20脚接一5V电源,15脚、2脚、9脚、11脚、12脚、13脚接地,18脚、15脚接地,IC1的3脚连接CN3轻触开关,IC1的4脚连接轻触开关CN4,二极管D14148的输出端连接放大器IC2 LF353的3脚。放大器IC2 LF353的2脚接电阻R1和电位器P4,放大器IC2 LF353的1脚接放大器IC2 LF353的5脚.放大器IC2 LF353的6脚接放大器IC2LF353的输出脚7脚,放大器IC2 LF353的8脚接电源。工作原理,控制台的信号由电位器P1、电位器P2、电位器P3分别操作,设定输出功率的大小,该信号传给集成电路IC1 MAX038,IC1将控制台的信号转换成高频信号,IC1从19脚输出信号传给IC2 LF353。IC2 LF353将高频电压放大后输出到磁控管32。各种波形曲线均可以用三角函数方程式来表示。能够产生多种波形,如三角波、锯齿波、矩形波(含方波)、正弦波的电路被称为函数信号发生器。函数信号发生器在电路实验和设备检测中具有十分广泛的用途。函数信号发生器可以由晶体管、运放IC等通用器件制作,更多的则是用专门的函数信号发生器IC产生。早期的函数信号发生器IC,如L8038、BA205、XR2207/2209等,它们的功能较少,精度不高,频率上限只有300kHz,无法产生更高频率的信号,调节方式也不够灵活,频率和占空比不能独立调节,二者互相影响。鉴于此,美国马克西姆公司开发了新一代函数信号发生器ICMAX038,它克服了上述芯片的缺点,可以达到更高的技术指标,是L8038、BA205、XR2207/2209芯片望尘莫及的。MAX038频率高、精度好,因此它被称为高频精密函数信号发生器IC。

1.多功能微波等离子紫外线除臭成套设备,其特征是:急速分解装置(1)、高频等离子电场(2)、微波等离子电场(3)、高强度紫外线辐射场(4),低温等离子电场(5)、高强度臭氧气反应腔(6)、终止反应腔(7)、洁净气体梳理腔(8)顺次安装在一个卧式长方体箱体的箱壁上,卧式长方体箱体沿水平轴向中间是通道式腔体,废气臭气收集管道和贮臭气柜(9)连接一个抽气泵(10),抽气泵(10)连接急速分解装置(1)的臭气进气口,在洁净气体梳理腔(8)的尾端连接清洁气体排气管;其中:
