In a particular embodiment of the invention, the filter transfer unit 30 comprises a filter rod receiving and cutting drum 7, a circular cutter 8, a circumferential misalignment drum 9, an axial displacement drum 10 and a filter transfer drum 12; the filter stick receiving and cutting drum 7 is responsible for receiving filter sticks and cutting the filter sticks, a plurality of round cutters 8 are arranged on the filter stick receiving and cutting drum 7, and the filter sticks are cut into filter tip sections 2 and 3 with certain lengths under the action of the round cutters 8; a circumferential offset drum 9 which receives the cut filter segments 2, 3 and offsets the filter segments 2, 3 by a certain angle in the circumferential direction; an axial displacement drum 10 which receives the dislocated filter segments 2, 3 and moves the filter segments 2, 3 a certain distance in the axial direction, keeping alignment; the filter transfer drum 12, which receives the filter segments 2, 3, passes to a downstream drum.
In other embodiments of the invention, the filter transfer unit 30 is further provided with a hopper 5 and a magazine 6, the magazine 6 being used for storing filter rods, the bottom of the magazine 6 being provided with the hopper 5, the outlet of the hopper 5 being connected to a filter rod receiving and cutting drum 7. The filter rods fall under their own weight into the hopper 5 and are received by the filter transfer unit 30.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, the cigarette splitting mechanism 33 includes a cigarette receiving drum 16, a cigarette splitting drum 17, and a cigarette separating drum 18; wherein, the cigarette receiving drum 16 is responsible for receiving the double long cigarette branch sections 1 and transmitting the double long cigarette branch sections to the cigarette splitting drum 17; the cigarette cutting drum 17 is provided with a round cutter 8, the cigarette cutting drum 17 cuts the double long cigarette branch sections 1 under the action of the round cutter 8 to form two cigarette sections 1 with equal length, and then the two cigarette sections are transmitted to the cigarette separating drum 18; and the cigarette separating drum 18 is used for receiving the two cut cigarette sections 1 and separating the two cigarette sections 1 at a certain distance in the axial direction.
In a particularly alternative form of the invention, the cigarette splitting mechanism 33 is further provided with a spider hand 15, the spider hand 15 being arranged to receive double long cigarette portions from the cigarette making machine and transfer them to the cigarette receiving drum 16.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the cigarette assembly mechanism 34 comprises a cigarette assembly drum 20, a synthesis drum 22, a twisting and splicing drum 25, a cigarette centering deceleration drum 27 and a cigarette slitting drum 28; the cigarette assembly drum 20 is responsible for receiving two cigarette branch sections 1 on the cigarette separation drum 18 and the composite filter section on the filter centering acceleration drum 19, and is arranged in a certain mode to be assembled, wherein the two cigarette branch sections 1 are respectively arranged at two ends of the composite filter section, and then are extruded to eliminate gaps under the action of a retaining ring (shown as wedges at two ends of the composite filter section 19 in figure 1), and the center line is aligned with the centering split line 35 to realize centering; a synthesis drum 22 for receiving the cigarettes assembled on the cigarette assembly drum 20, adhering the tipping paper 4 to the cigarettes, and transferring the cigarettes to a twisting drum 25, wherein the tipping paper 4 is generally wrapped symmetrically around the composite filter segment and the portions of the cigarettes at the two ends thereof (as shown in fig. 1 as 24 → 22); the twisting and connecting drum 25 is provided with a twisting and connecting device 23, under the action of the twisting and connecting device 23, the long edge of the tipping paper 4 is wrapped on the cigarette and is rolled and formed into a double-length cigarette, and the double-length cigarette is transferred to the cigarette centering speed reducing drum 27; a cigarette centering deceleration drum 27 which receives the double length cigarettes, decelerates and centers them, maintains the center line of the double length cigarettes aligned with the centering and cutting line 35 of the circular cutter 8 of the downstream cigarette cutting drum 28, and then transfers them to the cigarette cutting drum 28; the cigarette cutting drum 28 is provided with a circular cutter 8, receives the double-length cigarette which is decelerated and centered, and is cut into two cigarettes with equal length under the action of the circular cutter 8.
In a particular further form of the invention, the cigarette assembly mechanism 34 is further provided with a tipping paper drum 24 and a guillotine drum 21, the tipping paper drum 24 receiving the glued tipping paper strip, the tipping paper strip being cut to lengths of tipping paper 4 in cooperation with the guillotine drum 21, and the tipping paper 4 then being transferred to the synthesis drum 22.
In a particular alternative form of the invention, the cigarette assembly means 34 is also provided with a pre-folding drum 26, the pre-folding drum 26 wrapping the short sides of the tipping paper 4 of the double cigarettes on the synthesis drum 22 onto the cigarettes, which are then transferred to the twisting and splicing drum 25.
In a particularly alternative form of the invention, the cigarette assembly means 34 is further provided with a cigarette separating drum 29, the cigarette separating drum 29 receiving the two cigarettes slit by the cigarette slitting drum 28 and axially separating them by a certain distance before being conveyed to the downstream equipment of the apparatus.
The invention discloses an online assembly method of a compound filter-tipped cigarette, which comprises the following steps:
firstly, cutting and assembling different filter sticks through a composite filter stick forming mechanism 32 to prepare composite filter tip sections;
step two, cutting and separating the double-length cigarettes by a cigarette cutting mechanism 33 to prepare two cigarette branch sections;
step three, the composite filter rod forming machine 32 and the cigarette splitting mechanism 33 synchronously convey the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections to the cigarette assembling mechanism 34;
and step four, assembling the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections into a double-length cigarette by the cigarette assembling mechanism 34, and then cutting and separating to prepare two composite filter tip cigarettes.
Wherein, the first step and the second step are carried out simultaneously.
In the first step, firstly, two kinds of filter sticks are cut into two kinds of filter segments (a first filter segment 2 and a second filter segment 3) with a certain length by two independent filter tip conveying units 30, and the two kinds of cut filter segments are respectively subjected to circumferential staggering and axial movement and then sequentially transmitted to a filter tip combining mechanism 31. The filter assembly 31 then receives the two filter segments, and cuts the first filter segment 2 of one of them via the filter splitting drum 11 into two split first filter segments 1, the two split first filter segments 2 being axially separated by a distance by the filter separating drum 13. Finally, the two divided first filter segments 2 are combined at the two ends of the second filter segment 3 by the filter composite drum 14 of the filter combination mechanism 31, then are subjected to extrusion to eliminate gaps under the action of a baffle by the filter centering acceleration drum 19, and the center line of the filter segments is aligned with the centering slitting line 35 to realize centering, so that composite filter segments (arranged in an axial direction of 2-3-2 in fig. 1) are manufactured, and then the composite filter segments are transmitted to the cigarette assembly mechanism 34.
In the second step, firstly, the cigarette receiving drum 16 receives the double long cigarette branch sections 1, the cigarettes are converted from linear motion to circular motion, and then the cigarettes are transmitted to the cigarette splitting drum 17. The double long cigarette branch 1 is then received by the cigarette splitting drum 17 and split into two cigarette branches 1, which are then passed to the cigarette separating drum 18. Finally, the cigarette separating drum 18 receives the two cut cigarette portions 1 and separates them in the axial direction by a certain distance before being transferred to the cigarette assembling mechanism 34.
In the third step, the composite filter rod forming machine 32 conveys one composite filter tip segment at a time, and the cigarette splitting mechanism 33 conveys two cigarette branch segments 1 at a time.
In the fourth step, firstly, the cigarette assembling mechanism 34 receives the composite filter section and the two axially separated cigarette sections 1 synchronously, combines the two cigarette sections 1 at the two ends of the composite filter section, and under the action of the retaining rings of the cigarette assembling drum 20 (as shown by wedges at the two ends of the cigarette 20 in fig. 1), the gap is eliminated by extrusion and the center line is aligned with the centering and cutting line 35 to realize centering, so that the double-length cigarette is manufactured (as shown in fig. 1, the cigarette is axially arranged according to 1-2-3-2-1). Then, the tipping paper drum 24 cuts the tipping paper tape into tipping paper 4 with a certain length under the coordination of the paper cutter drum 21, the tipping paper tape is coated with glue in advance, the comprehensive drum 22 pastes the tipping paper 4 on the composite filter tip segment of the double-length cigarette and the cigarette segments 1 at two ends of the composite filter tip segment, and the twisting and wrapping operation is completed by the twisting and jointing drum 25 and the twisting and jointing device 23 arranged on the twisting and jointing drum 25. Finally, the double length cigarettes wrapped with tipping paper 4 are subjected to speed reduction transmission by a cigarette centering speed reduction drum 27, slitting by a cigarette slitting drum 28 and separation by a cigarette separating drum 29 to prepare two composite filter-tipped cigarettes (as shown in fig. 1, the cigarettes are arranged in the axial direction by 1-2-3).

Claims (15)

1. A device for online assembling compound filter tip cigarettes is characterized by comprising a compound filter rod forming mechanism, a cigarette splitting mechanism and a cigarette assembling mechanism;
the composite filter stick forming mechanism comprises a filter tip conveying unit and a filter tip combination mechanism;
the filter tip conveying unit is used for receiving the filter tip, cutting the filter tip into filter tip sections and conveying the filter tip sections to the filter tip combining mechanism; the filter tip conveying units are two and are respectively a first filter tip conveying unit and a second filter tip conveying unit;
the filter tip combination mechanism comprises a slitting drum, a filter tip separating drum, a filter tip composite drum and a filter tip centering acceleration drum; the filter tip combining mechanism is used for assembling different filter tip segments into a composite filter tip segment;
the cutting drum is provided with a circular cutter, receives the first filter section conveyed by the first filter tip conveying unit and cuts the first filter section into two cut first filter sections with equal length through the circular cutter;
the filter tip separating drum receives the two divided first filter segments and axially separates the two divided first filter segments by a certain distance;
the filter tip composite drum receives a second filter segment conveyed by the second filter tip conveying unit and the two separated first filter segments on the filter tip separating drum, and the second filter segment and the two separated first filter segments form a composite filter segment;
the filter tip centering acceleration drum receives the composite filter tip segments, eliminates gaps among the filter tip segments of the composite filter tip segments and centers the filter tip segments under the action of the baffle ring, and then transmits the filter tip segments to the cigarette assembling mechanism;
the cigarette splitting mechanism receives the double long cigarette branches, splits and separates the double long cigarette branches into two cigarette sections with equal length, and then conveys the two cigarette sections to the cigarette assembling mechanism;
the composite filter rod forming mechanism and the cigarette splitting mechanism synchronously operate, and the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections are synchronously conveyed to the cigarette assembling mechanism;
the cigarette assembly mechanism receives two cigarette sections conveyed by the composite filter tip section and the cigarette splitting mechanism conveyed by the filter tip centering acceleration drum, assembles the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections into a double-length cigarette, and then cuts and separates the double-length cigarette into two composite filter tip cigarettes.
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that said filter transfer unit comprises a filter rod receiving and cutting drum, a circular cutter, a circumferential misalignment drum, an axial displacement drum and a filter transfer drum; wherein,
the filter stick receiving and cutting drum is provided with a round cutter, receives the filter stick and cuts the filter stick into filter tip sections with certain length under the action of the round cutter;
the circumferential dislocation drum receives the cut filter segments and staggers the filter segments at a certain angle in the circumferential direction;
the axial displacement drum receives the filter segments after dislocation and axially moves the filter segments for a certain distance;
the filter transfer drum receives the axially displaced filter segments and transfers them to the filter combining mechanism.
3. The device according to claim 2, wherein the filter transfer unit is further provided with a hopper and a bin for storing the filter rods, the bottom of the bin being provided with a hopper, the outlet of which is connected to the filter rod receiving and cutting drum.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cigarette splitting mechanism includes a cigarette receiving drum, a cigarette splitting drum, and a cigarette separating drum; wherein,
the cigarette receiving drum is used for receiving the double long cigarette branches and transmitting the double long cigarette branches to the cigarette splitting drum;
the cigarette cutting drum is provided with a round cutter, and the cigarette cutting drum cuts the double long cigarette branch sections under the action of the round cutter to form two cigarette sections with equal length;
the cigarette separating drum receives the two cut cigarette sections and enables the two cigarette sections to be separated by a certain distance in the axial direction.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the cigarette splitting mechanism is further provided with a spider hand that receives double long cigarette strands from the cigarette making machine and then transfers the double long cigarette strands to the cigarette receiving drum.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cigarette assembly mechanism comprises a cigarette assembly drum, a synthesis drum, a twisting and splicing drum, a cigarette centering deceleration drum, and a cigarette slitting drum; wherein,
the cigarette assembly drum receives two cigarette branch sections on the cigarette separation drum and a composite filter section on the filter centering acceleration drum, assembles the cigarette assembly drum and then eliminates a gap under the action of the stop ring;
the comprehensive drum is used for receiving the cigarettes assembled on the cigarette assembling drum, pasting the tipping paper 4 on the cigarettes and then transferring the cigarettes to the twisting drum;
the twisting and connecting drum is provided with a twisting and connecting device, and under the action of the twisting and connecting device, the long edge of the tipping paper is wrapped on the double-length cigarette to roll and form the cigarette into the double-length cigarette;
the cigarette centering deceleration drum receives the cigarettes with double length, decelerates and centers the cigarettes, and then transmits the cigarettes to the cigarette cutting drum;
the cigarette cutting drum is provided with a round cutter, receives double-length cigarettes, and cuts the double-length cigarettes into two composite filter-tipped cigarettes with equal length under the action of the round cutter.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the cigarette assembly mechanism is further provided with a tipping paper drum and a guillotine drum, the tipping paper drum receiving the glued tipping paper strip, the tipping paper strip being cut into lengths of tipping paper in cooperation with the guillotine drum and then transferring the tipping paper to the synthesis drum.
8. A device according to claim 6, wherein the cigarette assembly mechanism is further provided with a pre-folding drum which wraps the short side of tipping paper of double length cigarettes on the composite drum over the cigarettes.
9. A device according to claim 6, wherein the cigarette assembly means is further provided with a cigarette separating drum which receives and axially separates two cigarettes severed by the cigarette severing drum before feeding them to downstream equipment of the apparatus.
10. A method of on-line assembly of a compound filter cigarette comprising the steps of:
firstly, cutting and assembling different filter rods through a composite filter rod forming mechanism to prepare composite filter tip sections;
step two, slitting and separating the double-length cigarettes by a cigarette slitting mechanism to prepare two cigarette branch sections;
step three, the composite filter rod forming machine and the cigarette splitting mechanism synchronously convey the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections to the cigarette assembling mechanism;
and step four, assembling the composite filter tip section and the two cigarette sections into a double-length cigarette by a cigarette assembling mechanism, and then cutting and separating to prepare two composite filter tip cigarettes.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein step one and step two are performed simultaneously.
12. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein in the first step, two kinds of filter rods are firstly cut into two kinds of filter segments with certain length by two independent filter tip conveying units, and the two kinds of cut filter segments are respectively subjected to circumferential staggering and axial movement and then are sequentially conveyed to a filter tip combining mechanism; then, the filter assembly mechanism receives the two filter segments, and the first filter segment of one of the two filter segments is cut into two cut first filter segments by the filter slitting drum and axially separated for a certain distance; and finally, combining the two divided first filter segments at two ends of a second filter segment by the filter combination mechanism, eliminating gaps to prepare a composite filter segment, and transmitting the composite filter segment to the cigarette assembly mechanism.
13. The method according to claim 10, wherein in the second step, firstly, double-length cigarettes are received by the cigarette receiving drum and then transferred to the cigarette cutting drum; then, the cigarette slitting drum is used for splicing and slitting the double-length cigarettes into two cigarette branch sections, and then the two cigarette branch sections are transmitted to the cigarette slitting drum; finally, the cigarette separating drum receives the two cigarette branches, separates the two cigarette branches in the axial direction by a certain distance, and then transmits the cigarette branches to the cigarette assembling mechanism.
14. A method according to claim 10, wherein in step three, the composite rod making machine delivers one composite filter segment at a time and the cigarette splitting mechanism delivers two cigarette segments at a time.
15. The method as claimed in claim 10, wherein in the fourth step, the cigarette assembling mechanism receives the composite filter tip section and the two axially separated cigarette sections synchronously, combines the two cigarette sections at two ends of the composite filter tip section, and eliminates the gap; then, sticking tipping paper, and wrapping the composite filter tip section and partial cigarette sections at two ends of the composite filter tip section by using the tipping paper to prepare a double-length cigarette; finally, the cigarettes are cut by a cigarette cutting drum and then separated to prepare two cigarettes with composite filter tips.
