The cigarette rubbing device 200 comprises a roller for receiving the smoke bar section/filter rod composite section from the cigarette middle section forming device 130 and for receiving the smoke bar section/filter rod composite section from the cigarette end section forming device 120, and arranging the smoke bar section/filter rod composite section into a straight line, and a rubbing plate for rubbing the forming paper against the smoke bar section/filter rod composite section conveyed by the roller, so that the forming paper covers the smoke bar section/filter rod composite section.

In summary, the device for rolling and producing the smoking articles provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for carrying out different cigarette structural arrangements through any combination of the two hoppers, the cigarette end forming device and the cigarette middle section forming device, so that the flexibility of cigarette production is stronger and the selectivity is higher, the unordered filling and rolling of the smoking strip sections can level strips or tobacco shreds in the rubbing and connecting process, the arrangement order of the strips or tobacco shreds is improved, the tension of the strips or tobacco shreds is effectively eliminated, and the end face flatness of the smoking strip sections is improved.
The invention further aims to provide equipment for rolling production of the smoking articles, which comprises the device for rolling production of the smoking articles, wherein the equipment for rolling production of the smoking articles is simple in structure and beneficial to improving the quality of cigarettes.

Claims (10)

1. An apparatus for the roll-up production of smoking articles, comprising: the cigarette comprises a smoke bar section storage hopper, a filter rod composite section storage hopper, a cigarette end forming device for cutting and separating the smoke bar section or the filter rod composite section, a cigarette middle section forming device for cutting the smoke bar section or the filter rod composite section, and a cigarette rubbing device;
the smoke generating strip section storage hopper is provided with a feeding end which is used for being connected with smoke generating strip production equipment, and the discharging end of the smoke generating strip section storage hopper is connected with a feeding port of a cigarette middle section forming device; the filter rod composite section storage hopper is provided with a feeding end which is connected with a filter rod generator, and the discharging end of the filter rod composite section storage hopper is connected with a feeding port of the cigarette end forming device;
the discharge hole of the cigarette end forming device and the discharge hole of the cigarette middle section forming device are connected with the feed inlet of the cigarette rubbing device;
the smoke generating strip section storage hopper comprises a first conveying pipe, wherein the feeding end of the first conveying pipe is connected with the smoke generating strip section storage hopper, the discharging end of the first conveying pipe is connected with the feeding port of the cigarette end forming device, or the discharging end of the first conveying pipe is connected with the filter rod composite section storage hopper; the first conveying pipe is provided with a valve, and the device can determine whether to convey the material of the fuming strip section storage hopper to the filter rod composite section storage hopper by controlling the valve on the first conveying pipe;
the filter rod composite section storage hopper comprises a second conveying pipe, wherein the feeding end of the second conveying pipe is connected with the filter rod composite section storage hopper, the discharging end of the second conveying pipe is connected with the feeding port of the cigarette intermediate section forming device, or the discharging end of the second conveying pipe is connected with the smoke bar section storage hopper; the second conveying pipe is provided with a valve, and the device can determine whether to convey the material of the filter rod composite section storage hopper to the fuming strip section storage hopper by controlling the valve on the second conveying pipe.
2. The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the discharge end of the rod segment storage hopper communicates with the inlet of the cigarette end forming device and the discharge end of the rod segment storage hopper communicates with the inlet of the cigarette intermediate forming device.
3. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein the rod segment storage hopper is provided with a first upper limit detection means and the filter rod composite segment storage hopper is provided with a second upper limit detection means, the first upper limit detection means and the second upper limit detection means each having a signal transmitting end for connection to a control system to stop or slow the rate of delivery of rod segments in the rod segment storage hopper when the rod segment in the rod segment storage hopper reaches an upper limit and the control system stops or slows the rate of delivery of the rod composite segment when the rod composite segment in the rod composite segment storage hopper reaches an upper limit.
4. A device according to claim 3 wherein the rod segment storage hopper is provided with a first lower limit detection means, the rod composite segment storage hopper is provided with a second lower limit detection means, the first lower limit detection means and the second lower limit detection means each have a signal transmitting end for connection to a control system to cause the rod segment in the rod segment storage hopper to reach a lower limit, the control system to speed up the delivery of the rod segment and the control system to speed up the delivery of the rod composite segment when the rod composite segment in the rod composite segment storage hopper reaches a lower limit.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the apparatus comprises a control system in functional communication with the first upper limit detection means, the second first upper limit detection means, the first lower limit detection means, and the second lower limit detection means, respectively.
6. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the cigarette end shaping device comprises a first receiving drum, a first slitting drum and a first separating drum arranged in sequence;
the first receiving drum is used for receiving the smoke bar section or the filter rod composite section input by the feed inlet of the cigarette end forming device, the first slitting drum is used for slitting the smoke bar section or the filter rod composite section from the first receiving drum, and the first separating drum is used for separating the smoke bar section or the filter rod composite section slit by the first slitting drum.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the cigarette intermediate section forming apparatus comprises a second receiving drum, a second slitting drum, a filter wheel and an acceleration wheel arranged in sequence;
the second receiving drum is used for receiving the smoke strip sections or the filter stick composite sections input by the feed inlet of the cigarette middle section forming device, the second dividing drum is used for dividing the smoke strip sections or the filter stick composite sections from the second receiving drum evenly and inputting the smoke strip sections or the filter stick composite sections to the transition wheel, the transition wheel is used for orderly arranging and inputting the divided smoke strip sections or the filter stick composite sections to the accelerating wheel, and the accelerating wheel is used for conveying the smoke strip sections or the filter stick composite sections to the cigarette rubbing device.

The apparatus of claim 7 wherein the cigarette rubbing means comprises a roller for receiving the rod/filter composite section from the cigarette intermediate section forming means and for receiving and aligning the rod/filter composite section from the cigarette end forming means, and a rubbing plate for rubbing a forming paper against the rod/filter composite section fed by the roller such that the forming paper wraps around the rod/filter composite section.
9. The apparatus of claim 8 wherein the sequence of rod segments at the one-up wheel is any of the following:
(1) The filter rod composite section-the smoke bar section-the filter rod composite section;
(2) The smoke generating strip section, the filter rod composite section and the smoke generating strip section.
10. A production apparatus for smoking articles, comprising the device of any one of claims 1 to 9.
