本发明公开了一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂及使用方法,保鲜剂配方:每升溶剂中加入1毫克1‑MCP、3克的柠檬酸钙、1克硝酸钙、100mg吲哚乙酸、0.5克氯化镁。使用方法:保鲜剂喷施时期为苹果采收后3天内喷施,喷施适宜温度范围为10~20℃,喷施方法为先上后下,均匀周密,喷施果实表面,置于暗处保存。本发明的有益效果是能够使苹果长期保鲜。

一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂及使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于保鲜技术领域,涉及一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂及使用方法。
背景技术
随着苹果产业的蓬勃发展,我国已经成为世界苹果种植大国。2016年统计数据显示,世界苹果种植面积479.36万公顷,中国苹果种植面积为222.15万公顷,占世界苹果种植面积的46.34%。2016年中国苹果产量达3 849.1万吨,同比增长6.96%,远远超过欧洲2016年苹果预计产量。因此,中国苹果种植面积和总产量都处于世界前列。并且,我国农民有4800万人直接或间接从事苹果生产,苹果产业已成为农村的支柱产业之一,在发展农村经济、加速农村产业结构调整,帮助农民脱贫致富奔小康的进程中发挥了重要作用。
而目前的保鲜剂不能长期保存苹果果实,不能使果实长期保持新鲜,近几年我们通过大量的调查发现,许多苹果品种的果实采收后的长期保存问题直接影响果实品质和经济价值。如果果实收获后保质期短将较快腐烂变质,将严重影响果实品质和销售,给农民造成极大经济损失。另外,近些年的研究发现,苹果果实缺钙,引发生理失调,苹果苦痘病、水心病就是典型的贮藏期间由缺钙引起的生理失调症。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂,解决了目前的保鲜剂不能长期保存苹果果实,不能使果实长期保持新鲜的问题。
本发明苹果果实综合保鲜剂配方:每升溶剂中加入1毫克1-MCP、3克的柠檬酸钙、1克硝酸钙、100mg吲哚乙酸、0.5克氯化镁。
进一步,溶剂为水。
苹果果实综合保鲜剂的使用方法:保鲜剂喷施时期为苹果采收后3天内喷施,喷施适宜温度范围为10~20℃,喷施方法为先上后下,均匀周密,喷施果实表面,置于暗处保存。
本发明的有益效果是能够使苹果长期保鲜。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明的苹果保鲜剂配方是:钙结合1-MCP保鲜剂的红星苹果果实综合保鲜剂成份:每升溶剂中加入1毫克1-MCP、3克的柠檬酸钙、1克硝酸钙、100mg IAA吲哚乙酸、0.5克氯化镁;其中IAA作用是促进离子在细胞中的运输,1-MCP为已有保鲜剂的型号。
喷施时期为苹果采收后3天内喷施;喷施适宜温度范围为10~20℃;喷施方法为先上后下,均匀周密,喷施果实表面,置于暗处保存。
实施例1:申请人在山东农业大学作物生物学国家重点实验室进行实验。试材为8年生红星苹果果实(红星苹果/M26),于2015年9月15日将红星苹果果实采摘后用本此综合保鲜试剂进行均匀喷施,并将果实放在适宜温度范围为10~20℃暗处进行贮藏,并与不作处理和只喷施1-MCP的红星苹果果实进行比较,如图1所示,与自然条件和用1-MCP处理相比,配合使用此综合保鲜试剂能显著延长红星苹果果实的保鲜期。图2显示与自然条件和用1-MCP处理相比,配合使用此综合保鲜试剂,红星苹果果实硬度明显增加。图3检测了不同处理下红星苹果果实的乙烯释放量,发现使用此综合保鲜试剂处理后的红星苹果果实乙烯释放量明显降低。图4定量检测乙烯合成和信号途径相关基因在1-MCP和此保鲜试剂处理红星苹果果实中的表达量,结果显示此综合保鲜试剂能显著抑制上述基因的表达。综上所述,用本综合保鲜试剂进行处理后的红星苹果果实保鲜效果明显;在贮藏时间相同的条件下,用该综合保鲜试剂处理的苹果硬度明显提高,乙烯释放量降低,达到了延长苹果果实保鲜期的要求
本发明的苹果保鲜剂优点还在于:1.成分简单,配置制方便,价格低廉。农民可以自行购买配制,且成本较低,适合大面积使用。2.保鲜维持红星苹果品质效果好,比单一使用传统保鲜剂保鲜时间更长,显著增加苹果货架期,使农民有更长的时间销售,且苹果品质好,价格高。3.本产品无毒无害无无污染,对环境友好。采用本发明进行苹果保鲜,能取得显著地经济效益和社会效益,为果农的增收和果业的可持续发展提供了保障。

1.一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂,其特征在于:每升溶剂中加入1毫克1-MCP、3克的柠檬酸钙、1克硝酸钙、100mg吲哚乙酸、0.5克氯化镁。
2.按照权利要求1所述一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为水。
3.按照权利要求1所述一种苹果果实综合保鲜剂的使用方法,其特征在于:保鲜剂喷施时期为苹果采收后3天内喷施,喷施适宜温度范围为10~20℃,喷施方法为先上后下,均匀周密,喷施果实表面,置于暗处保存。
