Claims (2)

1. A use method of a cleaning device is provided, and the cleaning device is suitable for a to-be-cleaned excrement tank and has the following structure: the anti-theft device comprises a strip-shaped bottom plate (1) and baffle plates (101) arranged on two sides of the bottom plate (1), wherein a protruding part (2) arranged along the length direction of the bottom plate (1) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), and a tooth path (4) arranged along the length direction is arranged at the top of the protruding part (2); both sides of the tooth track (4) are provided with inclined planes (3); track grooves (5) are formed in the two sides of the tooth path (4); a lower water tank (6) is arranged on the side edge of the bottom plate (1), and a filter plate (7) is covered on the lower water tank (6);
the cleaning device comprises a feces bin (8), the bottom surface of the feces bin (8) is of a structure corresponding to the upper surface of the bottom plate (1), and a protruding part (10) clamped into the track groove (5) is further arranged on the bottom surface of the feces bin (8);
a motor (11) is fixed on the side surface of the excrement bin (8); a gear (12) is sleeved on a shaft of the motor (11); the gear (12) pushes the excrement bin (8) to move along the tooth track (4) by means of meshing with the tooth track (4); the advancing end of the excrement bin (8) is provided with a shovel plate (13) for shoveling excrement into the excrement bin (8), and the inclination angle of the shovel plate (13) is 30-45 degrees; a feces poking frame (14) is fixed on the shovel plate (13);
the dung poking frame (14) comprises an annular track (1401), a sliding sleeve (1402) rotating around the annular track (1401) and a dung poking plate (1403) fixed on the sliding sleeve (1402); a circle of tooth blocks (1402a) meshed with the tooth track (4) are arranged on the outer surface of the sliding sleeve (1402); the dung poking plate (1403) penetrates through the sliding sleeve (1402) in a detachable mode; the annular orbit (1401) is an elliptical orbit, and the ellipticity is between 0.4 and 0.46; a circle of sliding grooves (1401a) for accommodating the sliding sleeve (1402) are arranged on the annular track (1401);
the operation steps of the device are as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: firstly, excrement or liquid dung with certain mass is distributed to two sides along a bottom plate (1) which is convex in the middle and low in two sides, the quantity of the excrement or liquid dung accumulated in the middle of the bottom plate (1) is reduced, then a motor (11) is started, and a gear (12) drives the motor (11) and an excrement bin (8) to move along the direction of a tooth path (4) by means of meshing of the gear and the tooth path (4);
step two: in the moving process of the excrement bin (8), the shoveling plate (13) shovels excrement on the strip-shaped bottom plate (1) and gradually accumulates the excrement on the shoveling plate (13), the tooth path (4) pushes the tooth block (1402a) to move so as to push the sliding sleeve (1402) to rotate on the annular track (1401), and the excrement poking plate (1403) penetrating through the sliding sleeve (1402) rotates along with the rotation of the sliding sleeve (1402) to poke the excrement accumulated on the shoveling plate (13) into the excrement bin (8);
step three: the excrement in the excrement bin (8) is collected and treated in a centralized manner.

A method of using a cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the steps one to three are a cleaning cycle according to the method of using the cleaning device, the cleaning cycle is determined according to the moisture content of the feces on the tooth track (4), and the moisture content is equal to or lower than 12% and is required to be cleaned; the moving speed of the shovel plate (13) is determined according to the weight of the excrement in unit area on the strip-shaped bottom plate (1), and when the weight of the excrement in unit square meter exceeds 15kg, the moving speed of the shovel plate (13) cannot exceed 2 m/min.
