s4: the automatic shaft changing device rotates to a feeding position;
s5: the feeding device pushes the voice coil pipe to be cut into the automatic shaft changing device;
s6: the automatic shaft changing device rotates the shaft to a cutting position;
s7: the cutting device cuts;
s8: the automatic shaft changing device pushes the cut voice coil into the discharging device;
s9: the discharging device outputs the cut voice coil out of the device.
