Abstract

Description
技术领域
本公开涉及车辆驱动系统,并且更具体地,涉及一种具有定位在发动机前方的变速器的前轮驱动系统。
背景技术
此章节的陈述仅提供与本公开相关的背景信息,并且可以或未必构成现有技术。
已知的前轮驱动机动车辆配置可包括将变速器定位在发动机前面,以允许发动机和变速器空间外壳部分地结合在车辆驾驶员与乘客空间之间。这减小了总车辆长度。然而,用于完成这种布置的已知配置需要相对于发动机的旋转方向向后驱动变速器。在使用现有的发动机和变速器的情况下,这种配置导致来自变速器和传动系中的斜齿轮的推力负载与正常布置相反,这是不期望的。解决这个问题的设计增加了大直径齿轮、多个堆叠的齿轮或多个齿轮的组合以及链条来驱动齿轮。

发明内容

参考图1,机动车辆12被设置有机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10。机动车辆12被说明为乘用车,但是应当明白的是,机动车辆12可为任何类型的车辆,诸如卡车、厢式货车、运动型多功能车辆等。机动车辆12包括示例性动力系14。首先应当明白的是,虽然已经说明了前轮驱动动力系14,但是在不脱离本公开的范围的情况下,机动车辆12可具有前轮驱动动力系、中置发动机动力系或后轮驱动动力系。动力系14通常包括与自动变速器18互连的发动机16,其中变速器直接定位在发动机16前方。

机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10提供将发动机16直接连接至变速器18的连接壳体22。连接壳体22是典型的铸造金属壳体,其包围并且保护机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10的各种部件,该部件包括驱动链条24,该驱动链条在正常操作下将发动机16的旋旋转力传递至变速器18。一般来说,变速器18至少包括变速器输入轴26和齿轮和离合器装置28。变速器输入轴26经由机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10的驱动链条24以及起动装置20与发动机16功能地互连,且由此从发动机16接收输入转矩。因此,在起动装置20是流体动力装置的情况下,变速器输入轴26可为涡轮轴,在起动装置20是双离合器的情况下,该变速器输入轴可为双输入轴,或在起动装置20是电动机的情况下,该变速器输入轴可为驱动轴。
变速器输入轴26联接至变速器输出轴30和驱动轴或桥半轴36、38,该变速器输出轴向包括例如差速器组件34的最终传动单元32提供驱动转矩,该驱动轴或桥半轴连接至从动轮40、42,限定了用于机动车辆12的前轮驱动系统。对于前轮驱动系统,机动车辆12的后部还设置有非从动轮44、46。机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10的益处是将发动机16和变速器18基本上放置在前轮驱动机动车辆12的驾驶员“D”与乘客“P”之间,允许减小机动车辆12的总长度。
参考图2且再次参考图1,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10的连接壳体22使用多个位置中的紧固件48连接至发动机16和变速器18。连接壳体22的第一部分50包围均相对于发动机输出轴“OS”旋转地设置的飞轮52和扭振降低器54,以及发动机输出轴连接器56。飞轮52和扭振降低器54用于减小或减轻诸如发动机16与变速器之间的由驱动链条引起的振动振幅的噪声振动粗糙(NVH)效应。根据若干方面,为了使变速器输入轴26的旋转方向相对于发动机输出轴“OS”的旋转方向反转,行星齿轮组58被安装在发动机输出轴连接器56上。行星齿轮组58的行星架60限定输入。行星齿轮组58的输出是由与轮毂64啮合的太阳齿轮62提供,该轮毂相对于发动机输出轴连接器56旋转。太阳齿轮62与多个复合行星齿轮66啮合,该复合行星齿轮进而与环形齿轮68啮合。环形齿轮68停触至连接壳体22的第一部分50。
轮毂64例如通过花键齿轮连接至第一链轮70。驱动链条24被安装在第一链轮70上。飞轮52、扭振降低器54、发动机输出轴连接器56、行星齿轮组58和轮毂64全部相对于发动机16的旋转轴线72居中地设置。驱动链条24进一步被安装在第二链轮74上,该第二链轮可旋转地支撑在变速器输入轴连接器76上。第二链轮74和变速器输入轴连接器76相对于变速器输入轴26的旋转轴线78共同旋转。连接壳体22的第二部分80包围并且可旋转地支撑变速器输入轴连接器76。为了保护驱动链条24和支撑第一链轮70和第二链轮74的部件,驱动链条盖82使用紧固件84紧固至连接壳体22的第一部分50和第二部分80中的每一个。
发动机16的旋转轴线72和变速器输入轴26的旋转轴线78彼此平行地定向,并且两者均基本上垂直于机动车辆的中心轴线“CA”定向。根据若干方面,发动机16的旋转轴线72限定第一旋转方向R1。变速器输入轴26的旋转轴线78限定与第一旋转方向R1相反的第二旋转方向R2。因此,行星齿轮组58用于改变变速器输入轴26的旋转方向,以使变速器输入轴26的旋转方向R2与发动机输出轴“OS”的旋转方向R1匹配。根据若干方面,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10的行星齿轮组58可为复合行星齿轮组。
参考图3且再次参考图1至2,根据其它方面,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86是从机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10改造而成,因此仅下文仅讨论差别。机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86提供行星齿轮组88,其用于使变速器18的旋转方向相对于发动机16的旋转方向反转。与行星齿轮组相对于发动机16的旋转轴线72安装的行星齿轮组的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮系统10相比,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86的行星齿轮组58被同轴地安装成关于变速器输入轴26的旋转轴线78旋转。
机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86的连接壳体90是从连接壳体22改造而成,并且使用多个位置中的紧固件48连接至发动机16和变速器18两者。连接壳体90的第一部分92包围飞轮94和扭振降低器96,其两者均连接至发动机输出轴连接器98。发动机输出轴连接器98例如通过花键齿轮连接至第一链轮100。驱动链条24被安装在第一链轮100上。飞轮94、扭振降低器96、发动机输出轴连接器98和发动机输出轴连接器98全部相对于发动机16的旋转轴线72居中地设置。驱动链条24进一步被安装在第二链轮102上,该第二链轮可旋转地支撑在轮毂104上。
轮毂104连接至行星齿轮组88的行星架106,其限定输入。行星齿轮组88的输出是由太阳齿轮108提供,该太阳齿轮与多个复合行星齿轮110啮合并且通过花键齿轮连接至变速器输入轴连接器112,该变速器输入轴连接器连接至变速器输入轴26,该变速器输入轴关于旋转轴线78旋转。复合行星齿轮110还与环形齿轮114啮合。环形齿轮114停触至连接壳体90的第二部分116。连接壳体90的第二部分116部分地包围并且可旋转地支撑变速器输入轴连接器112和行星齿轮组88。为了保护驱动链条24和支撑第一链轮100和第二链轮102的部件,驱动链条盖118使用紧固件120紧固至连接壳体90的第一部分92和第二部分116中的每一个。
类似于行星齿轮组58,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86的行星齿轮组88用于改变变速器输入轴26的旋转方向以匹配发动机16的旋转轴线72的旋转方向72(R1)。另外,类似于行星齿轮组58,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统86的行星齿轮组88可为复合行星齿轮组。定位在驱动链条盖118外部的第一附件驱动带轮122和第二附件驱动带轮124可连接至发动机输出轴连接器98和轮毂104中的每一个,以驱动发动机输出轴旋转轴线72或变速器输入轴旋转轴78中的一个或两个。
参考图4且再次参考图1至3,根据其它方面,机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统126是从机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统10、86改造而成,因此仅下文仅讨论差别。机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统126包括安装成相对于发动机16的旋转轴线72旋转的行星齿轮组128和连接至变速器输入轴26的电动机130,从而除发动机16之外还提供混合动力驱动系统。为了允许电动机130向变速器18提供驱动转矩,分离离合器132连接至行星齿轮组128附近,允许发动机16的输出转矩与驱动链条24分离。
机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统126的连接壳体134是从连接壳体22、90改造而成,并且使用多个位置中的紧固件48连接至发动机16和变速器18两者。连接壳体134的第一部分136包围飞轮138和扭振降低器140,其两者均连接至发动机输出轴连接器142。

驱动链条24还连接至第二链轮164,该第二链轮可旋转地连接至变速器输入轴连接器166。变速器输入轴连接器166由连接壳体134的第二部分168可旋转地支撑。电动机130在通电时(例如当电动机130的电气线圈170通电时)连接至变速器输入轴连接器166并且使其旋转。为了保护驱动链条24和支撑第一链轮162和第二链轮164的部件,驱动链条盖172使用紧固件174紧固至连接壳体134的第一部分136和第二部分168中的每一个。
参考图5,行星齿轮组58的实施例是以杠杆图格式说明。杠杆图是诸如自动变速器等机械装置的部件的示意图。每个单独的杠杆表示行星齿轮组,其中行星齿轮的三个基本机械部件各自由节点表示。因此,单个杠杆含有三个节点:一个用于太阳齿轮,一个用于行星齿轮架,且一个用于环形齿轮。每个杠杆的节点之间的相对长度可用于表示每个相应齿轮组的环形对太阳比。这些杠杆比进而用于改变变速器的传动比,以实现适当的比例和比例级数。各种行星齿轮组的节点之间的机械联轴器或互连件是由薄的水平线说明,且诸如离合器和制动器等转矩传输装置被呈现为交错指状物。对杠杆图的格式、目的和用途的进一步解释可在Benford和Leising发表的SAE论文810102“The Lever Analogy:A New Toolin Transmission Analysis”中找到,该论文特此以引用方式全部并入。

Claims (10)
1.一种机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其包括:
连接壳体,其将发动机连接至机动车辆的变速器,其中所述变速器定位在所述发动机前方;
发动机输出轴的轴线,其基本上平行于变速器输入轴的轴线定向,所述发动机输出轴的所述轴线和所述变速器输入轴的所述轴线基本上垂直于所述机动车辆的中心轴线定向;以及
行星齿轮组,其连接至所述发动机输出轴或所述变速器输入轴中的一个,用于使所述发动机输出轴或所述变速器输入轴的旋转方向反转,以匹配所述发动机输出轴和所述变速器输入轴两者的旋转方向。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,进一步包括定位在所述连接壳体内的驱动链条,所述驱动链条将所述发动机输出轴连接至所述变速器输入轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,进一步包括:
第一链轮,其连接至所述发动机输出轴;以及
连接至所述变速器输入轴的第二链轮,所述驱动链条连接至所述第一链轮和所述第二链轮两者。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组被旋转地设置在所述发动机输出轴的所述轴线上,并且包括连接至所述行星齿轮组的行星架的发动机输出轴连接器,所述行星架限定所述行星齿轮组的输入。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组包括太阳齿轮,其连接至可旋转地连接至所述发动机输出轴连接器的轮毂,所述太阳齿轮限定所述行星齿轮组的输出。
6.根据权利要求4所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组进一步包括停触至所述连接壳体的环形齿轮。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组被旋转地设置在所述变速器输入轴的所述轴线上,并且包括连接至所述行星齿轮组的行星架的轮毂,所述行星架限定所述行星齿轮组的输入。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组包括太阳齿轮,其连接至可旋转地连接至所述轮毂的变速器输入轴连接器,所述太阳齿轮限定所述行星齿轮组的输出。
9.根据权利要求7所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,其中所述行星齿轮组进一步包括停触至所述连接壳体的环形齿轮。
10.根据权利要求1所述的机动车辆行星轴线传动齿轮箱系统,进一步包括所述连接壳体的第一部分,其包围相对于发动机输出轴连接器旋转地设置的飞轮。
