帐篷广泛应用于野外施工作业、露营训练、野营、休闲活动和旅游,为适应严苛的使用环境,帐篷材料须具备优异的耐温耐寒,耐老化,防水透气等性能。目前的帐篷表面覆有PVC涂层或PU涂层,PVC涂层具有防水功能,但其在冬天较冷的环境下使用会发硬并变脆,该涂层容易产生折痕甚至断裂;而PU涂层虽然也具有防水功能,但其透气性差且其长期使用下不耐水解,使用寿命短,另外其在加工生产过程中会残留有毒有害物质,对环境和人体造成不利影响。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请揭示了一种双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,包括面料层、位于面料层内侧的里料层、穿透面料层的多个第一孔洞及穿透里料层的多个第二孔洞,其中面料层包括由上至下依次连接的纹饰硅胶表层、第一主体硅胶层及第一基层,里料层包括由上至下依次连接的第二主体硅胶层及第二基层。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述纹饰硅胶表层、第一主体硅胶层及第二主体硅胶层分别包括35~75份的乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份的含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份的填料、0~20份的色浆、0.01~1份的铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份的抑制剂。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述填料为气相法白炭黑、沉淀法白炭黑、硅树脂、硅微粉、碳酸钙、铝硅酸盐、硅澡土、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及二氧化钛中的一种或多种。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述铂系催化剂为氯铂酸异丙醇溶液、氯铂酸四氢呋喃溶液、氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物或氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷配合物,其中Pt原子的含量为100ppm~500000ppm。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述抑制剂为甲基丁炔醇、乙炔基环己醇、含炔基的马来酸或其衍生物、含炔基的富马来酸或其衍生物、多乙烯基聚硅氧烷、吡啶、不饱和酰胺、有机磷或亚磷酸酯。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述第一基层为尼龙布或牛津布,所述第二基层为无纺布或机织布。
本申请还揭示了一种双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
制作表层胶料,将35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得所述表层胶料;
将表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.02mm~0.1mm,涂覆完毕后,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤2~10分钟,表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层;
制作主体胶料,将35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得主体胶料,主体胶料的成分比例与所述表层胶料的成分比例不同;
将主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层表面上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,涂覆完毕后在主体胶料上贴合第一基层,并置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~20分钟,主体胶料硫化形成所述第一主体硅胶层;
冷却第一主体硅胶层和纹饰硅胶表层,剥离第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品;
将面料层半成品打孔,多个第一孔洞穿透面料革半成品,制得面料层;
将主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,涂覆完毕后在主体胶料上贴合第二基层,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~20分钟,主体胶料硫化形成第二主体硅胶层;
冷却第二主体硅胶层,剥离第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品;及
将里料层半成品打孔,多个第二孔洞穿透里料层半成品,制得里料层。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述多个第一孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.01mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡。
根据本申请的一实施方式,上述多个第二孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.05mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡。
本申请的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革安全环保、防水耐污、透气性好、耐候性佳、使用寿命长,能适应各种严苛的使用环境,制作工艺简单,适合工业化生产。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式揭露本申请的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实物上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实物上的细节不应用以限制本申请。也就是说,在本申请的部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单的示意的方式绘示之。
关于本文中所使用之“第一”、“第二”等,并非特别指称次序或顺位的意思,亦非用以限定本申请,其仅仅是为了区别以相同技术用语描述的组件或操作而已。
本申请提供一种双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,请参阅图1,其是本申请的一实施方式的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革的示意图;如图所示,本申请的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革包括面料层1和里料层2,还包括多个第一孔洞14及多个第二孔洞23,其中多个第一孔洞14穿透面料层1,孔径为0.001mm~0.01mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡,多个第二孔洞23穿透里料层2,孔径为0.001mm~0.05mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡,通过多个第一孔洞14与第二孔洞23达到透气的效果。
更详细而言,面料层1包括由上至下依次连接的纹饰硅胶表层11、第一主体硅胶层12及第一基层13,里料层2包括由上至下依次连接的第二主体硅胶层21及第二基层22。纹饰硅胶表层11、第一主体硅胶层12及第二主体硅胶层21分别包括35~75份的乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份的含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份的填料、0~20份的色浆、0.01~1份的铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份的抑制剂。其中填料为气相法白炭黑、沉淀法白炭黑、硅树脂、硅微粉、碳酸钙、铝硅酸盐、硅澡土、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及二氧化钛中的一种或多种的混合物,通过添加适量的填料提高成品的抗压、抗折、抗渗、抗冲击及耐磨性能。铂系催化剂为氯铂酸异丙醇溶液、氯铂酸四氢呋喃溶液、氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物或氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷配合物,其中Pt原子的含量为100ppm~500000ppm。抑制剂为甲基丁炔醇、乙炔基环己醇、含炔基的马来酸或其衍生物、含炔基的富马来酸或其衍生物、多乙烯基聚硅氧烷、吡啶、不饱和酰胺、有机磷或亚磷酸酯。
优选地,面料层1的第一基层13为尼龙布或牛津布,尼龙布和牛津布具有较高的强度,且耐磨性高,适用于帐篷的外账,即可应对外界的严苛环境。里料层2的第二基层22选用无纺布或机织布,无纺布或机织布质轻防潮且透气,无毒无刺激性,适用于帐篷的内账,给帐篷内的人带来舒适的触感。
下述说明本申请的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革的制作方法。首先制作表层胶料,将35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得主体胶料;将表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.02mm~0.1mm,涂覆完毕后置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤2~10分钟,表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层11。
接着制作主体胶料,将35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得表层胶料,其中主体胶料和表层胶料的组分的配比不同;再将制得的主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层11的表面,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,涂覆完毕后在主体胶料上贴合第一基层13,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~10分钟,主体胶料硫化形成第一主体硅胶层12。
冷却第一主体硅胶层12和纹饰硅胶表层11,剥离第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品;再将面料层半成品用超细激光打孔,多个第一孔洞14穿透面料革半成品,制得面料层1。
将上述制得的主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,涂覆完毕后在主体胶料上贴合第二基层22,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~20分钟,主体胶料硫化形成第二主体硅胶层21,第二主体硅胶层21和第一主体硅胶层12的成分和配比相同;冷却第二主体硅胶层21,剥离第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品;最后将里料层半成品用超细激光打孔,多个第二孔洞23穿透里料层半成品,制得里料层2。
在上述制作面料层1和里料层2的加工过程中,使用的原材料安全环保,对人体无害,不会挥发出有害的气体影响加工人员及使用者的健康。在实际应用中,面料层1罩覆于里料层2上方,其中面料层1的纹饰硅胶表层11处于最外层,纹饰硅胶表层11直接与外界环境接触,其防水防污且耐候性佳、使用寿命长,再者,通过纹饰硅胶表层11和第一主体硅胶层12两层结构,进一步增强面料层1的支撑强度和防水性,其可承受直径为3000mm以上的水柱的冲刷,同时兼顾透气性。里料层2的第二基层22处于最内层,通过第二主体硅胶层21与第二基层22的结合,在确保里料层2防水透气的同时,具有舒适亲肤性。
下面结合实施例对本申请进行详细说明。
实施例1
制作表层胶料,将35份粘度为10000mPa.s,乙烯基质量分数为2%的乙烯基聚硅氧烷、10份含氢量为0.75%的含氢硅油、40份硅微粉、20份疏水性沉淀法白炭黑、0.03份Pt原子含量为30000的铂系催化剂及0.02份乙炔基环己醇混合,制得表层胶料。将表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.02mm,置于120℃的烘道中烘烤5分钟,表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层11。
制作主体胶料,将75份粘度为10000mPa.s的端乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1.5份含氢量为1%的含氢硅油、15份疏水性气相法白炭黑、8份色浆、1份Pt原子含量为1000的铂系催化剂及0.1份甲基丁炔醇混合,将主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层11上,涂覆厚度为0.2mm,在主体胶料上贴覆牛津布后,置于120℃的烘道中烘烤10分钟,主体胶料硫化成第一主体硅胶层12,冷却并撕除第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品。在面料层半成品上打出多个第一孔洞14,制得面料层1,其中第一孔洞14的孔径为0.01mm,孔密度为10000个/㎡。
将上述制得的主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.15mm,在主体胶料上贴覆机织布后,置于120℃的烘道中烘烤10分钟,主体胶料硫化成第二主体硅胶层21,冷却并撕除第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品。在里料层半成品上打出多个第二孔洞23,制得里料层2,其中第二孔洞23的孔径为0.05mm,孔密度为10000个/㎡。
实施例2
制作表层胶料,将50份粘度为10000mPa.s,乙烯基质量分数为1%的乙烯基聚硅氧烷、7份含氢量为0.75%的含氢硅油、20份硅微粉、20份疏水性沉淀法白炭黑、0.03份Pt原子含量为30000的铂系催化剂及0.02份乙炔基环己醇混合,制得表层胶料。将表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.05mm,置于150℃的烘道中烘烤2分钟,表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层11。
制作主体胶料,将65份粘度为10000mPa.s的端乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1份含氢量为1.2%的含氢硅油、25份疏水性气相法白炭黑、8份色浆、0.01份Pt原子含量为30000的铂系催化剂及0.001份乙炔基环己醇混合,将主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层11上,涂覆厚度为0.15mm,在主体胶料上贴覆牛津布后,置于150℃的烘道中烘烤5分钟,主体胶料硫化成第一主体硅胶层12,冷却并撕除第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品。在面料层半成品上打出多个第一孔洞14,制得面料层1,其中第一孔洞14的孔径为0.001mm,孔密度为1000000个/㎡。
将上述制得的主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,在主体胶料上贴覆机织布后,置于150℃的烘道中烘烤5分钟,主体胶料硫化成第二主体硅胶层21,冷却并撕除第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品。在里料层半成品上打出多个第二孔洞23,制得里料层2,其中第二孔洞23的孔径为0.001mm,孔密度为1000000个/㎡。
实施例3
制作表层胶料,将50份粘度为10000mPa.s,乙烯基质量分数为1%的乙烯基聚硅氧烷、7份含氢量为0.75%的含氢硅油、20份硅微粉、20份疏水性沉淀法白炭黑、0.03份Pt原子含量为30000的铂系催化剂及0.02份甲基丁炔醇混合,制得表层胶料。将表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,置于80℃的烘道中烘烤10分钟,表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层11。
制作主体胶料,将65份粘度为10000mPa.s的端乙烯基聚硅氧烷、2份含氢量为0.75%的含氢硅油、25份疏水性气相法白炭黑、8份色浆、0.03份Pt原子含量为30000的铂系催化剂及0.03份甲基丁炔醇混合,将主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层11上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm,在主体胶料上贴覆牛津布后,置于80℃的烘道中烘烤20分钟,主体胶料硫化成第一主体硅胶层12,冷却并撕除第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品。在面料层半成品上打出多个第一孔洞14,制得面料层1,其中第一孔洞14的孔径为0.008mm,孔密度为20000个/㎡。
将上述制得的主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.2mm,在主体胶料上贴覆机织布后,置于80℃的烘道中烘烤20分钟,主体胶料硫化成第二主体硅胶层12,冷却并撕除第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品。在里料层半成品上打出多个第二孔洞23,制得里料层2,其中第二孔洞23的孔径为0.03mm,孔密度为30000个/㎡。
综上所述,本申请的一或多个实施方式中,本申请的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革安全环保、防水耐污、透气性好、耐候性佳、使用寿命长,能适应各种严苛的使用环境,制作工艺简单,适合工业化生产。

Claims (5)
1.一种双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,其特征在于,包括面料层、位于所述面料层内侧的里料层、穿透所述面料层的多个第一孔洞及穿透所述里料层的多个第二孔洞,其中所述面料层包括由上至下依次连接的纹饰硅胶表层、第一主体硅胶层及第一基层,所述里料层包括由上至下依次连接的第二主体硅胶层及第二基层;
所述第一基层为尼龙布或牛津布,所述第二基层为无纺布或机织布;
所述多个第一孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.01mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡;
所述多个第二孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.05mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡;
所述纹饰硅胶表层、第一主体硅胶层及第二主体硅胶层分别包括35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,其特征在于,所述填料为气相法白炭黑、沉淀法白炭黑、硅树脂、硅微粉、碳酸钙、铝硅酸盐、硅澡土、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁及二氧化钛中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,其特征在于,所述铂系催化剂为氯铂酸异丙醇溶液、氯铂酸四氢呋喃溶液、氯铂酸-二乙烯基四甲基二硅氧烷配合物或氯铂酸-1,3,5,7-四乙烯基-1,3,5,7-四甲基-环四硅氧烷配合物,其中Pt原子的含量为100ppm~500000ppm。
4.如权利要求1所述的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革,其特征在于,所述抑制剂为甲基丁炔醇、乙炔基环己醇、含炔基的马来酸或其衍生物、含炔基的富马来酸或其衍生物、多乙烯基聚硅氧烷、吡啶、不饱和酰胺、有机磷或亚磷酸酯。
5.一种如权利要求1至4任一项所述的双层耐水压透气有机硅帐篷革的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
制作表层胶料,将所述35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0 .01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得所述表层胶料;
将所述表层胶料涂覆于第一离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.02mm~0.1mm,涂覆完毕后,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤2~10分钟,所述表层胶料硫化形成纹饰硅胶表层;
制作主体胶料,将所述35~75份乙烯基聚硅氧烷、1~10份含氢聚硅氧烷、15~60份填料、0~20份色浆、0.01~1份铂系催化剂及0.001~0.1份抑制剂混合,制得所述主体胶料,所述主体胶料成分的比例与所述表层胶料的成分比例不同;
将所述主体胶料涂覆于纹饰硅胶表层表面上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm, 涂覆完毕后在所述主体胶料上贴合第一基层,并置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~20分钟,所述主体胶料硫化形成所述第一主体硅胶层;所述第一基层为尼龙布或牛津布;
冷却所述第一主体硅胶层和纹饰硅胶表层,剥离所述第一离型纸,制得面料层半成品;
将所述面料层半成品打孔,所述多个第一孔洞穿透所述面料层半成品,制得所述面料层;所述多个第一孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.01mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡;
将所述主体胶料涂覆于第二离型纸上,涂覆厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm,涂覆完毕后在所述主体胶料上贴合第二基层,再置于80℃~150℃的烘道内烘烤5~20分钟,所述主体胶料硫化形成所述第二主体硅胶层;所述第二基层为无纺布或机织布;
冷却所述第二主体硅胶层,剥离所述第二离型纸,制得里料层半成品;及
将所述里料层半成品打孔,所述多个第二孔洞穿透所述里料层半成品,制得所述里料层;所述多个第二孔洞的孔径0.001mm~0.05mm,孔密度为10000~1000000个/㎡。
