本发明公开了一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,该工艺利用尼龙、长玻璃纤维、碳化硅、滑石粉、全硫化粉末橡胶、过氧化羟基异丙苯等原材料,添加抗氧化剂和硅烷偶联剂进行特异性的混合反应,然后经过高温反应、注塑塑型、保压塑型、高温蒸汽脱模、退火干燥等工艺步骤,制备得到耐老化下水管道平口密封圈。制备而成的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈,其耐老化性能好,耐压耐冲击性能强,使用寿命长,具有较好的应用前景。

本发明涉及塑料材料这一技术领域,特别涉及到一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法。
背景技术
平口密封圈具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、不吸附水垢、可与塑料管路一体化连接和使用寿命长等优点,在给水(尤其是热水与采暖)和工业用其他流体的塑料管路系统中,有着相当的优势。近些年来,随着数控机床快速发展、不断更新,促进了模具制造业的发展,精密模具、大型模具以及精密注塑设备的出现,使密封圈的生产得到快速发展。目前,中国工程行业在发达国家引进了大量的制造技术。采用先进的密封系统设计理念和应用技术制造行业内具有技术优势的密封圈产品。本研究致力于研究耐老化的下水管道平口密封圈,通过优化制备工艺,研制出了耐老化性能好,耐压耐冲击性能强,使用寿命长的平口密封圈,以期待能满足市场及行业的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,该工艺利用尼龙、长玻璃纤维、碳化硅、滑石粉、全硫化粉末橡胶、过氧化羟基异丙苯等原材料,添加抗氧化剂和硅烷偶联剂进行特异性的混合反应,然后经过高温反应、注塑塑型、保压塑型、高温蒸汽脱模、退火干燥等工艺步骤,制备得到耐老化下水管道平口密封圈。制备而成的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈,其耐老化性能好,耐压耐冲击性能强,使用寿命长,具有较好的应用前景。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将尼龙5-15份、长玻璃纤维25-30份、碳化硅1-2份、滑石粉1-3份、全硫化粉末橡胶4-7份、过氧化羟基异丙苯1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至600-630℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为30-35MPa,保压时间为2-5分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的抗氧化剂选自三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯)季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、特丁基对苯二酚中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述步骤(1)中的硅烷偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为90rpm-100rpm。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中的高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为20-30分钟。
优选地,所述步骤(5)中退火温度为65℃,退火时间为30-35分钟。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
(1)将尼龙5份、长玻璃纤维25份、碳化硅1份、滑石粉1份、全硫化粉末橡胶4份、过氧化羟基异丙苯1份、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯1份、γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷1份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至600℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑,其中注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为90rpm;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为30MPa,保压时间为2分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,其中高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为20分钟,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,退火温度为65℃,退火时间为30分钟,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)将尼龙10份、长玻璃纤维26份、碳化硅1份、滑石粉2份、全硫化粉末橡胶5份、过氧化羟基异丙苯1份、四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯)季戊四醇酯1份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷1份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至610℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑,其中注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为90rpm;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为32MPa,保压时间为3分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,其中高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为23分钟,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,退火温度为65℃,退火时间为32分钟,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)将尼龙12份、长玻璃纤维28份、碳化硅2份、滑石粉2份、全硫化粉末橡胶6份、过氧化羟基异丙苯2份、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯2份、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷2份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至625℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑,其中注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为100rpm;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为34MPa,保压时间为4分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,其中高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为28分钟,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,退火温度为65℃,退火时间为34分钟,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)将尼龙15份、长玻璃纤维30份、碳化硅2份、滑石粉3份、全硫化粉末橡胶7份、过氧化羟基异丙苯2份、特丁基对苯二酚2份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷3份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至630℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑,其中注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为100rpm;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为35MPa,保压时间为5分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,其中高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为30分钟,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,退火温度为65℃,退火时间为35分钟,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的性能测试结果如表1所示。

(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑,其中注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为100rpm;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为35MPa,保压时间为5分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,其中高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为30分钟,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的性能测试结果如表1所示。将实施例1-4和对比例1-2的制得的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈分别进行最少测试时间、试验压力、使用寿命25年的等级系数、工作压力这几项性能测试。

本发明的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法利用尼龙、长玻璃纤维、碳化硅、滑石粉、全硫化粉末橡胶、过氧化羟基异丙苯等原材料,添加抗氧化剂和硅烷偶联剂进行特异性的混合反应,然后经过高温反应、注塑塑型、保压塑型、高温蒸汽脱模、退火干燥等工艺步骤,制备得到耐老化下水管道平口密封圈。制备而成的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈,其耐老化性能好,耐压耐冲击性能强,使用寿命长,具有较好的应用前景。本发明的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈原料易得、工艺简单,适于大规模工业化运用,实用性强。

Claims (6)

1.一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将尼龙5-15份、长玻璃纤维25-30份、碳化硅1-2份、滑石粉1-3份、全硫化粉末橡胶4-7份、过氧化羟基异丙苯1-2份、抗氧剂1-2份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份注入真空反应炉中搅拌混匀,转速1000转/分钟,搅拌混匀15分钟后加热至600-630℃,持续反应30分钟后到混合料,保温备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的混合料注入注塑机,进行注塑;
(3)向步骤(2)的注塑模型放入压力室,保持压强为30-35MPa,保压时间为2-5分钟;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的模型利用高温水蒸气进行脱模,
(5)将步骤(4)的脱模制品进行退火,置于室温自然干燥,即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的抗氧化剂选自三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、四(β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯)季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、特丁基对苯二酚中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的硅烷偶联剂选自γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二氯甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的注塑机的加料段温度控制在270℃-275℃,输料段的温度控制在260℃-265℃,注射段温度控制在250℃-255℃,喷嘴温度控制在265℃-270℃,模具温度控制在70℃-80℃,注塑机的螺杆转速为90rpm-100rpm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的高温水蒸气的温度为120℃,水蒸气作用时间为20-30分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐老化下水管道平口密封圈的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中退火温度为65℃,退火时间为30-35分钟。
