技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋加工领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温抗腐蚀塑料编织袋。
背景技术
塑料编织袋主要原料成分为聚丙烯、聚乙烯。目前广泛应用于水泥、肥料、化工等领域。其主要生产工艺是利用原料经过挤出薄膜、拉丝、收卷、圆织、印刷、裁割、缝纫,最终得到塑料编织袋成品。传统的编织袋生产材料都是聚丙烯、聚乙烯加添加母料干燥搅拌混合制得,但是现有的编织袋在使用过程中不能够承受较高的温度,在使用过程中很容易出现被腐蚀的情况,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温抗腐蚀塑料编织袋。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温抗腐蚀塑料编织袋,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述聚丙烯6-18份、石英粉6-24份、环氧树脂8-24份、十溴二苯醚2-8份、改性添加剂6-18份、酚醛树脂4-18份、二硫化钼3-13份、丁苯橡胶5-25份、纳米碳酸钙4-18份、聚磷酸铵3-15份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-18份、木质素4-18份、膨润土3-13份、紫外线吸收剂4-18份。
上述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀塑料编织袋,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述聚丙烯6-16份、石英粉6-20份、环氧树脂8-22份、十溴二苯醚2-6份、改性添加剂6-16份、酚醛树脂4-16份、二硫化钼3-11份、丁苯橡胶5-23份、纳米碳酸钙4-16份、聚磷酸铵3-13份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6-16份、木质素4-16份、膨润土3-11份、紫外线吸收剂4-16份。

综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐高温、抗腐蚀以及使用寿命长等优点,本发明所制备的编织袋能够承受较好的温度,且不会被强酸强碱所腐蚀,延长了编织袋的使用寿命。

本发明具有耐高温、抗腐蚀以及使用寿命长等优点,本发明所制备的编织袋能够承受较好的温度,且不会被强酸强碱所腐蚀,延长了编织袋的使用寿命。
