Abstract
本发明公开了一种移动电池箱,包括安装有电池的箱体,所述箱体上安装有照明灯,箱体的一侧安装有电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、指示灯、至少一个USB接口,箱体的底部安装有滑轮及伸缩式拉杆。通过所述伸缩式拉杆及滑轮可方便地移动及停靠所述箱体;通过所述电源输入端口为箱体内电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保;通过所述电源输出端口及USB接口方便使用者为其它可充电装置提供临时电源;通过所述电源开关开断移动电池箱电源,节约电能,使用安全可靠。本发明结构简单,收纳方便,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式电源,同时可为使用者提供临时照明。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源电动车领域,特别是涉及一种移动电池箱。
背景技术
众所周知,机动车的动力95%以上需要靠油和气来完成,油和气都是不可再生的能源,随着使用和依赖的加剧,枯萎现象日趋严重,而且会造成严重的环境污染,因而应运而生了新能源电动汽车。
目前新能源电动汽车使用非常有限,主要原因是充电时间长、续航能力差、价格昂贵等原因所致,因而动能成为新能源电动汽车广泛推广的瓶颈问题。电源作为新能源电动汽车不可缺少的组成部分,为电动汽车的驱动电动机提供电能,电动机将电源的电能转换为机械能。目前应用做广泛的电源是铅酸蓄电池,但随着电动汽车技术的发展,铅酸蓄电池由于能量低、充电速度慢、寿命短,逐渐被其它蓄电池所取代,正在发展的电源主要有钠硫电池、镍镉电池、锂电池、燃料电池等,如果能够实时使用上述电池为新能源电动汽车提供动能,将为电动汽车的发展开辟广阔的前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动电池箱,能够随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供电源。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种移动电池箱,包括安装有电池的箱体,所述箱体上安装有照明灯,箱体的一侧安装有电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、指示灯、至少一个USB接口,箱体的底部安装有滑轮及伸缩式拉杆。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体的上表面开有一腰型槽,在腰型槽的一端设置有伸缩杆,伸缩杆的顶部安装有万向头;所述照明灯包括灯管、若干个LED灯,若干个LED灯镶嵌在灯管中;所述灯管的一端安装在万向头上,使所述照明灯能够围绕万向头做360°旋转,提供各个方向的照明应用,并可将照明灯收纳于所述腰型槽中,方便收纳。
进一步的,为节约电能,所述灯管的另一端设置有照明灯开关。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体底部开有一通道,所述伸缩式拉杆安装在通道中,可调节拉杆的角度;在伸缩式拉杆的前端设置有把手,把手的中部设置有一锁紧按钮,可随意调整及固定拉杆的长度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体底部的四角安装有滑轮,在前轮的前端及后轮的后端设置有锁紧卡扣。当打开锁紧卡扣时,方便移动箱体,当关闭锁紧卡扣时,所述箱体被牢固固定、不可移动。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述指示灯主要包括SOC指示灯、工作指示灯,SOC指示灯用于显示电池的剩余电量,工作指示灯用于显示移动电池箱的使用状态。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体的侧面还设置有凹槽式把手,占有空间小,方便搬运,不易损坏。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体的形状与电动车后备箱的形状相匹配,使所述移动电池箱能够方便地置于电动车后备箱中,可随时随地使用所述移动电池箱。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构简单,收纳方便,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式电源,同时可为使用者提供临时照明;
(2)通过所述伸缩式拉杆及滑轮可方便地移动及停靠所述箱体;通过所述电源输入端口为箱体内电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保;通过所述电源输出端口及USB接口方便使用者为其它可充电装置提供临时电源;通过所述电源开关开断移动电池箱电源,节约电能,使用安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1至图4,本发明实施例包括:
一种移动电池箱,包括安装有电池的箱体1。所述箱体1上安装有照明灯,所述照明灯包括灯管2、若干个LED灯3,若干个LED灯3镶嵌在灯管2中,可通过开断不同数量的LED灯3来调节照明灯的亮度,在灯管2的另一端设置有照明灯开关20,通过按压开关的次数来实现,同时可关断照明灯。
所述箱体1的上表面开有一腰型槽4,在腰型槽4的一端设置有伸缩杆5,伸缩杆5的顶部安装有万向头6,所述灯管2的一端安装在万向头6上,使所述照明灯能够围绕万向头6做360°旋转,提供各个方向的照明应用,当不使用照明灯时,可通过伸缩杆5将照明灯收纳于所述腰型槽4中,方便收纳。
箱体1的前侧安装有电源输入端7、电源输出端8、电源开关9、SOC指示灯10、工作指示灯11、两个USB接口12。所述电源输入端7用于为箱体1内电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保。所述电源输出端8及USB接口12方便使用者为其它可充电装置提供临时电源。所述电源开关9控制移动电池箱中电池的开断,节约电能,使用安全可靠。所述SOC指示灯10用于显示电池的剩余电量,剩余电量大于SOC设置时优先用电,剩余电量小于SOC设置时优先充电,所述工作指示灯11用于显示移动电池箱的使用状态。
所述箱体1的两侧面设置有凹槽式把手13,占有空间小,方便搬运,不易损坏。
结合图3,箱体1的底部安装有滑轮14及伸缩式拉杆17。具体的,所述箱体1底部的四角安装有滑轮14,在前轮的前端及后轮的后端设置有锁紧卡扣15。当打开锁紧卡扣15时,方便移动箱体1,当关闭锁紧卡扣时,所述箱体1被牢固固定、不可移动。所述箱体1底部开有一通道16,所述伸缩式拉杆17安装在通道16中,方便拉杆的抽拉,同时可小范围内调节拉杆的角度。当不使用伸缩式拉杆17时,能够完全收纳在通道16中,不会增加箱体1的体积,结合图4,在伸缩式拉杆17的前端设置有把手18,把手18的中部设置有一锁紧按钮19,可随意调整及固定拉杆的长度。
本发明结构简单,收纳方便,其形状可与电动车后备箱的形状相匹配,使所述移动电池箱能够方便地置于电动车后备箱中,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式电源,同时可为使用者提供临时照明。

Claims (8)
1.一种移动电池箱,包括安装有电池的箱体,其特征在于,所述箱体上安装有照明灯,箱体的一侧安装有电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、指示灯、至少一个USB接口,箱体的底部安装有滑轮及伸缩式拉杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的上表面开有一腰型槽,在腰型槽的一端设置有伸缩杆,伸缩杆的顶部安装有万向头;所述照明灯包括灯管、若干个LED灯,若干个LED灯镶嵌在灯管中;所述灯管的一端安装在万向头上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述灯管的另一端设置有照明灯开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述箱体底部开有一通道,所述伸缩式拉杆安装在通道中,在伸缩式拉杆的前端设置有把手,把手的中部设置有一锁紧按钮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述箱体底部的四角安装有滑轮,在前轮的前端及后轮的后端设置有锁紧卡扣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述指示灯主要包括SOC指示灯、工作指示灯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的侧面还设置有凹槽式把手。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的移动电池箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的形状与电动车后备箱的形状相匹配。
