Abstract

本发明公开了一种立式移动电池箱,包括安装有电池的箱体,所述箱体的前侧设置有电量显示灯,可直观显示电池的剩余电量;箱体的后侧中部安装有伸缩式拉杆、电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、指示灯、至少一个USB接口,所述箱体的侧面设置有若干个散热孔,及时为箱体内电池通风散热,使用安全可靠;箱体的底部安装有万向轮。通过所述伸缩式拉杆及万向轮可方便地移动及停靠所述箱体;通过所述电源输入端口为箱体内电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保;通过所述电源输出端口及USB接口方便使用者为其它可充电装置提供临时电源;本发明结构简单,收纳方便,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式电源。

技术领域
[0001 ]本发明涉及新能源电动车领域,特别是涉及一种立式移动电池箱。
背景技术
[0002]众所周知,机动车的动力95%以上需要靠油和气来完成,油和气都是不可再生的 能源,随着使用和依赖的加剧,枯萎现象日趋严重,而且会造成严重的环境污染,因而应运 而生了新能源电动汽车。
[0003]目前新能源电动汽车使用非常有限,主要原因是充电时间长、续航能力差、价格昂 贵等原因所致,因而动能成为新能源电动汽车广泛推广的瓶颈问题。电源作为新能源电动 汽车不可缺少的组成部分,为电动汽车的驱动电动机提供电能,电动机将电源的电能转换 为机械能。目前应用做广泛的电源是铅酸蓄电池,但随着电动汽车技术的发展,铅酸蓄电池 由于能量低、充电速度慢、寿命短,逐渐被其它蓄电池所取代,正在发展的电源主要有钠硫 电池、镍镉电池、锂电池、燃料电池等,如果能够实时使用上述电池为新能源电动汽车提供 动能,将为电动汽车的发展开辟广阔的前景。
发明内容
[0004]本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种移动电池箱,能够随时随地为新能源电动 汽车提供电源。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种立式移动电池箱, 包括安装有电池的箱体,所述箱体的前侧设置有电量显示灯;箱体的后侧中部安装有伸缩 式拉杆、电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、指示灯、至少一个USB接口,所述箱体的侧面设 置有若干个散热孔;箱体的底部安装有万向轮。
[0006] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体后侧的中部设置有一竖向凹槽,在竖向凹 槽的两侧安装有伸缩式拉杆,竖向凹槽的中部安装有电源输入端、电源输出端、电源开关、 指示灯、至少一个USB接口,竖向凹槽的底部安装有一弧形的底板。当拖拉所述箱体时,可用 脚抵下底板,便于箱体倾斜。
[0007] 进一步的,所述伸缩式拉杆的顶部呈弯曲状,顶端设置有全包裹式把手,把手的中 部设置有一锁紧按钮,可随意调整及固定拉杆的长度;所述箱体的上部设置有一弧形凹槽, 用于放置伸缩式拉杆的弯曲部及把手。当伸缩式拉杆处于收缩并锁紧状态时,包裹有把手 的弯曲部可用作整个箱体的提手。
[0008] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体的侧面设置有凹槽式把手,占有空间小,方 便搬运,不易损坏。
[0009] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述指示灯主要包括S0C指示灯、工作指示灯,S0C指 示灯用于显示电池的剩余电量,工作指示灯用于显示移动电池箱的使用状态。
[0010] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,在箱体底部四角安装有万向轮处设置有护盖,用于 保护箱体的易损部。

[0012] (1)本发明结构简单,收纳方便,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式 电源;
[0013] (2)通过所述伸缩式拉杆及万向轮可方便地移动及停靠所述箱体;通过所述电源 输入端口为箱体内电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保,所述电量显示灯可直观显示电池的 剩余电量;通过所述电源输出端口及USB接口方便使用者为其它可充电装置提供临时电源; 通过所述电源开关开断移动电池箱电源,节约电能;在箱体的侧面设置散热孔,及时为箱体 内电池通风散热,使用更加安全可靠。

[0021]结合图2,所述箱体1后侧的中部设置有一竖向凹槽3,在竖向凹槽3的两侧安装有 伸缩式拉杆4。进一步的,所述伸缩式拉杆4的顶部呈弯曲状,顶端设置有全包裹式把手6,把 手6的中部设置有一锁紧按钮7,可随意调整及固定拉杆的长度。为增加舒适度,在把手6上 设置有符合手型的凹陷。所述箱体1的上部设置有一弧形凹槽8,用于放置伸缩式拉杆4的弯 曲部5及把手6,起到收纳作用,在不增加箱体1体积的同时可方便地立式移动箱体丨。当伸缩 式拉杆4处于收缩并锁紧状态时,包裹有把手6的弯曲部5可用作整个箱体1的提手,且位置 恰好位于箱体1上部的中部,使得提拉箱体1时重心不会偏移。竖向凹槽3的底部安装有一弧 形的底板9,当拖拉所述箱体1时,可用脚抵下底板9,便于箱体1倾斜。
[0022]竖向凹的中部即伸缩式拉杆4的中部安装有电源输入端10、电源输出端n、电 源开关12、S0C指示灯I3、工作指示灯14、两个USB接口 I5,所述电源输入端1〇用于为箱体1内 电池充电,实现循环利用,节能环保。所述电源输出端11及USB接口 15方便使用者为其它可 充电装置提供临时电源。所述电源开关12控制移动电池箱中电池的开断,节约电能,使用安 全可靠。所述S0C指示灯13用于显示电池的剩余电量,剩余电量大于soc设置时优先用电,剩 余电量小于S0C设置时优先充电,所述工作指示灯14用于显示移动电池箱的使用状态。
[0023]结合图3,所述箱体1的侧面设置有若干个散热孔17,散热孔17以百叶窗的形式成 排设置,及时为箱体1内电池通风散热,使用更加安全可靠。散热孔17的上部还设置有凹槽 式把手16,占有空间小,方便搬运,不易损坏。
[0024]所述箱体1底部的四角安装有万向轮18,可任意角度360°旋转箱体1,优选的,在前 轮的前端及后轮的后端可设置锁紧卡扣(图中未示出),当打开锁紧卡扣时,方便移动箱体 1,当关闭锁紧卡扣时,所述箱体1被牢固固定、不可移动。由于箱体1的四角易损,在箱体1底 部四角安装有万向轮18处设置有护盖19,用于保护箱体1四角。
[0025]本发明结构简单,收纳方便,其形状可与电动车后备箱的形状相匹配,使所述移动 电池箱能够方便地置于电动车后备箱中,随时随地为新能源电动汽车提供便携、可移动式 电源。
