Abstract

本发明提供了一种油饼用破碎装置，包括破碎器壳体，破碎器壳体内部上下端分别开设有第一破碎腔和第二破碎腔，第二轴杆中部表面固定套设有切割刀片，第一破碎腔底表面开设有锥型出料口，第二破碎腔内部设置有滚筒，滚筒表面均匀设置有多组凸出破碎刀头。本发明通过两组切割刀片能够对第一轴杆表面的油饼进行环状切割，将油饼切割成条型，通过滚筒表面的凸出破碎刀头能够对条型油饼进行更加细致的破碎，通过两组分层式破碎方法，使得破碎后的油饼能够达到饲料油饼的尺寸，能够节省传统油饼破碎后还需进一步转移到专业破碎机破碎的人力物力。

技术领域
本发明涉及饲料油饼技术领域，具体为一种油饼用破碎装置。
背景技术
随着榨油机的不端升级，生产效率的逐步提高，较大的压榨比使油饼的密度加大，韧性强的油饼从榨膛内被挤出，粘合缠绕在轴上很难自动掉落，导致后续的油饼无法排出，严重影响了榨油机的工作效率，现有的技术是采用刮刀方法破饼，此种方法破饼的效果不理想，而且破碎后的油饼还需要转移到专业破碎机进行进一步加工，才能达到饲料油饼的大小，十分浪费人力物力。为此，我们提出一种油饼用破碎装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油饼用破碎装置，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种油饼用破碎装置，包括破碎器壳体，所述破碎器壳体右侧表面连通连接有榨膛，榨膛内设置有榨轴，所述榨膛贯通于破碎器壳体内部上端，所述破碎器壳体内部上下端分别开设有第一破碎腔和第二破碎腔，所述榨轴左侧端固定连接有第一轴杆，第一轴杆一端活动安装在第一破碎腔侧壁中部表面，且第一轴杆左侧端表面固定套设有第一齿轮，第一齿轮表面啮合有铰链，所述第一轴杆上方设置有第二轴杆，所述第二轴杆两侧端均活动安装在第一破碎腔两侧壁上端，且第二轴杆左侧端表面固定套设有第二齿轮，所述第一齿轮位置与第二齿轮位置相互平齐，所述第二齿轮与铰链上端相互啮合，且第二轴杆中部表面固定套设有切割刀片，所述第一破碎腔底表面开设有锥型出料口，锥型出料口贯通与第二破碎腔，所述第二破碎腔底表面开设有排料口，且第二破碎腔内部设置有滚筒，所述滚筒表面均匀设置有多组凸出破碎刀头，该滚筒中部固定插设有转轴，转轴一端活动插设在第二破碎腔左侧壁中部，且转轴固定套设在驱动电机的主轴上。
优选的，所述切割刀片在第二齿轮中部表面均匀设置有两组，两组所述切割刀片之间距离为三厘米，且两组所述切割刀片下端与第一轴杆表面距离为零点三厘米。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明操作方便，提高了破饼的效率，而且破碎后的油饼片状尺寸较小，可以直接当饲料油饼使用，具体如下：
1、通过榨轴的转动将料通过榨膛挤出饼状粘附在第一轴杆表面，第一轴杆能够随着榨轴同时转动，通过第一齿轮和第二齿轮与铰链啮合，使得第二轴杆能够转动，通过第二轴杆的转动，两组切割刀片能够对第一轴杆表面的油饼进行环状切割，将油饼切割成条型，实现第一步油饼的破碎，提高了破饼的效率；
2、条型状的油饼通过锥型出料口掉落进第二破碎腔内，通过启动驱动电机，使滚筒产生转动，通过滚筒表面的凸出破碎刀头能够对条型油饼进行更加细致的破碎，破碎成细小的片状后的油饼通过排料口排出收装，通过两组分层式破碎方法，使得破碎后的油饼能够达到饲料油饼的尺寸，能够节省传统油饼破碎后还需进一步转移到专业破碎机破碎的人力物力。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种油饼用破碎装置，包括破碎器壳体1，破碎器壳体1右侧表面连通连接有榨膛2，榨膛2内设置有榨轴3，榨膛2贯通于破碎器壳体1内部上端，破碎器壳体1内部上下端分别开设有第一破碎腔4和第二破碎腔5，榨轴3左侧端固定连接有第一轴杆6，第一轴杆6一端活动安装在第一破碎腔4侧壁中部表面，且第一轴杆6左侧端表面固定套设有第一齿轮7，第一齿轮7表面啮合有铰链10，第一轴杆6上方设置有第二轴杆8，第二轴杆8两侧端均活动安装在第一破碎腔4两侧壁上端，且第二轴杆8左侧端表面固定套设有第二齿轮9，第一齿轮7位置与第二齿轮9位置相互平齐，第二齿轮9与铰链10上端相互啮合，且第二轴杆7中部表面固定套设有切割刀片11，切割刀片11在第二齿轮9中部表面均匀设置有两组，两组切割刀片11之间距离为三厘米，且两组切割刀片11下端与第一轴杆6表面距离为零点三厘米，第一破碎腔4底表面开设有锥型出料口12，锥型出料口12贯通与第二破碎腔5，第二破碎腔5底表面开设有排料口13，且第二破碎腔5内部设置有滚筒14，滚筒14表面均匀设置有多组凸出破碎刀头15，该滚筒14中部固定插设有转轴，转轴一端活动插设在第二破碎腔5左侧壁中部，且转轴固定套设在驱动电机的主轴上。
工作原理：通过榨轴3的转动将料通过榨膛2挤出饼状粘附在第一轴杆6表面，第一轴杆6能够随着榨轴3同时转动，通过第一齿轮7和第二齿轮9与铰链10啮合，使得第二轴杆8能够转动，通过第二轴杆8的转动，两组切割刀片11能够对第一轴杆6表面的油饼进行环状切割，将油饼切割成条型，实现第一步油饼的破碎，条型状的油饼通过锥型出料口12掉落进第二破碎腔5内，通过启动驱动电机，使滚筒14产生转动，通过滚筒14表面的凸出破碎刀头15能够对条型油饼进行更加细致的破碎，破碎成细小的片状后的油饼通过排料口13排出收装。

1.一种油饼用破碎装置，包括破碎器壳体(1)，所述破碎器壳体(1)右侧表面连通连接有榨膛(2)，榨膛(2)内设置有榨轴(3)，其特征在于：所述榨膛(2)贯通于破碎器壳体(1)内部上端，所述破碎器壳体(1)内部上下端分别开设有第一破碎腔(4)和第二破碎腔(5)，所述榨轴(3)左侧端固定连接有第一轴杆(6)，第一轴杆(6)一端活动安装在第一破碎腔(4)侧壁中部表面，且第一轴杆(6)左侧端表面固定套设有第一齿轮(7)，第一齿轮(7)表面啮合有铰链(10)，所述第一轴杆(6)上方设置有第二轴杆(8)，所述第二轴杆(8)两侧端均活动安装在第一破碎腔(4)两侧壁上端，且第二轴杆(8)左侧端表面固定套设有第二齿轮(9)，所述第一齿轮(7)位置与第二齿轮(9)位置相互平齐，所述第二齿轮(9)与铰链(10)上端相互啮合，且第二轴杆(8)中部表面固定套设有切割刀片(11)，所述第一破碎腔(4)底表面开设有锥型出料口(12)，锥型出料口(12)贯通与第二破碎腔(5)，所述第二破碎腔(5)底表面开设有排料口(13)，且第二破碎腔(5)内部设置有滚筒(14)，所述滚筒(14)表面均匀设置有多组凸出破碎刀头(15)，该滚筒(14)中部固定插设有转轴，转轴一端活动插设在第二破碎腔(5)左侧壁中部，且转轴固定套设在驱动电机的主轴上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油饼用破碎装置，其特征在于：所述切割刀片(11)在第二齿轮(9)中部表面均匀设置有两组，两组所述切割刀片(11)之间距离为三厘米，且两组所述切割刀片(11)下端与第一轴杆(6)表面距离为零点三厘米。
