Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pomegranate bark and smilax china extraction processes, in particular to a pomegranate bark and smilax china extract and an extraction method thereof, and application of the pomegranate bark and smilax china extract in preparing a medicine with double effects of covering and treating leucoderma.
Background
At present, along with the environmental pollution and the improvement of the living pressure of human beings, the number of patients suffering from leucoderma is increasing, the leucoderma belongs to difficult miscellaneous diseases, the etiology is complex, the complete cure rate is low, the treatment course is very long, particularly, the complete cure rate of the leucoderma at exposed parts (such as hands and faces) is low, the medicine resistance is easy, and the patients lose the patience of long-term continuous treatment. Although leucoderma has no obvious influence on health, the mental stress brought by the leucoderma is large, and normal work, study and social communication are influenced to a certain extent. If the pure natural botanical drug active ingredients are used for carrying out non-destructive treatment on the vitiligo and simultaneously generating better covering effect in the treatment process, the treatment confidence of the patient can be improved, the mental pressure can be relieved, the active cooperation treatment of the patient can be obtained, and the treatment effect can be improved.
At present, an aqueous extract prepared from chinaroot greenbrier rhizome, safflower, suberect spatholobus stem, dahurian angelica root and glabrous greenbrier rhizome is mainly used as an external liniment for treating leucoderma, the aqueous extract takes water as an extracting agent, the aqueous extract is heated and boiled for one half hour, filtered, filter residue is heated and boiled again for extraction and filtration, extracting solutions are combined and heated and concentrated to obtain an aqueous extract, the aqueous extract is subjected to conventional pressure reduction and solvent recovery to obtain an extract, and the extract is dried to obtain a solid extract.
