本发明公开了一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,包括机座,机座内为圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔内装配有定子绕组,在定子绕组内装配有铸铝转子,铸铝转子热套在转轴上,在轴伸端的机座上安装有前端盖,在非轴伸端的机座上安装有后端盖,在前端盖上安装有前轴承,在后端盖上安装有后轴承,前轴承和后轴承均为开式耐高温轴承并在前轴承和后轴承内加注高低温润滑脂,所述定子绕组为能够满足双转速要求的双定子绕组,在双定子绕组上加压浸绝缘漆并在绝缘漆上喷射有防霉菌漆,在前端盖与机座连接处、后端盖与机座连接处、电机出线处均设有氟橡胶246材质密封圈,具有设计合理,结构紧凑,能够保证在复杂环境中安全可靠运行的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于电动机技术领域,特别是涉及一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,对电动机的功能及使用环境的要求越来越多,要求同一种电动机具备的功能也越来越多。在某些特殊环境下,如用于可燃性气体环境中时,需要排走其他设备启动时产生的高温气体以避免产生爆炸,并有高低速两种工况,目前还没有一种能够既可满足隔爆、双速的需求,还能适应舰船所处的海洋环境,并在重复性的高温环境冲击后还能保证正常工作的电动机。
发明内容
本发明目的是为解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,而提出了一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,为达到上述目的所采取的技术方案是:
一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,包括机座,机座内为圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔内装配有定子绕组,在定子绕组内装配有铸铝转子,铸铝转子热套在转轴上,在轴伸端的机座上安装有前端盖,在非轴伸端的机座上安装有后端盖,在前端盖上安装有用于支撑转轴前端的前轴承,在后端盖上安装有用于支撑转轴后端的后轴承,所述前轴承和后轴承均采用具有防爆功能的带轴承内盖和轴承外盖的轴承,前轴承和后轴承均为开式耐高温轴承并在前轴承和后轴承内加注高低温润滑脂,所述定子绕组为能够满足双转速要求的双定子绕组,双定子绕组采用H级绝缘结构,在双定子绕组上加压浸绝缘漆并在绝缘漆上喷射有防霉菌漆,在转轴的后端安装有轴流风扇,在转轴贯通处采用聚四氟乙烯材质油封,在前端盖与机座连接处、后端盖与机座连接处、电机出线处均设有氟橡胶246材质密封圈。
优选的,所述前端盖为双层法兰端盖,双层法兰端盖包括端盖,在端盖上自后向前依次设有后法兰盘和前法兰盘,在端盖与后法兰盘之间饶周向均匀设有多个后支撑板,在后法兰盘与前法兰盘之间绕周向均匀设有多个前支撑板,在端盖的后表面上设有加强筋;在前法兰盘上设有多个用于电机整体安装的螺纹孔,在端盖上设有多个用于将端盖安装在机座上的光孔。
优选的,所述端盖采用316L奥氏体不锈钢制作。
优选的,所述前支撑板和后支撑板均为八个。
优选的,所述端盖与机座之间采用止口定位。
优选的,还包括接线螺栓和接地螺栓,所述接线螺栓和接地螺栓均采用铜镀银材质,且在表面涂覆适用于海洋环境的耐高温漆。
优选的,轴承内盖与转轴安装面、前端盖与机座的安装面、后端盖与机座的安装面均为隔爆连接面。
优选的,还包括电机接线盒,所述电机接线盒与机座之间通过导线管连接,所述导线管与机座的安装面、导线管与电机接线盒的安装面均为隔爆连接面。
本发明所具有的有益效果为:本三相异步电动机既能满足舰船用高低温(-40℃~+65℃)、潮湿(95%湿度)、腐蚀(霉菌、盐雾、油雾)环境、双速(6/12P)、隔爆(ExdⅡBT4 Gb)性能,并能在130℃高环温下连续带载运行24h无损坏,试验后电动机绝缘电阻正常,超过500MΩ,轴承润滑脂无泄漏,通电运行正常平稳,因此,本三相异步电动机具有设计合理,结构紧凑,能够保证在复杂环境中安全可靠运行的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,包括机座6,机座6内为圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔内装配有定子绕组5,在定子绕组5内装配有铸铝转子7,铸铝铸铝转子热套在转轴1上,在轴伸端的机座6上安装有前端盖14,在非轴伸端的机座6上安装有后端盖11,在前端盖14上安装有用于支撑转轴1前端的前轴承3,在后端盖11上安装有用于支撑转轴1后端的后轴承10,所述前轴承3和后轴承10均采用具有防爆功能的带轴承内盖4和轴承外盖2的轴承,前轴承3和后轴承10均为开式耐高温轴承并在前轴承3和后轴承10内加注高低温润滑脂,所述定子绕组5为能够满足双转速要求的双定子绕组,双定子绕组采用H级绝缘结构,在双定子绕组上加压浸绝缘漆并在绝缘漆上喷射有防霉菌漆,在转轴1的后端安装有轴流风扇11,在电动机的动密封处,即在转轴1贯通处采用聚四氟乙烯材质油封,在电动机的静密封处,即在前端盖14与机座6连接处、后端盖10与机座6连接处、电机出线处均设有氟橡胶246材质密封圈。
如图2所示,所述前端盖14为双层法兰端盖,双层法兰端盖包括端盖17,所述端盖17与机座6之间采用止口定位,在端盖17上自后向前依次设有后法兰盘16和前法兰盘15,在端盖17与后法兰盘16之间饶周向均匀设有八个后支撑板19,在后法兰盘16与前法兰盘15之间饶周向均匀设有八个前支撑板20,在端盖17的后表面上设有加强筋18;在前法兰盘15上设有多个用于电机整体安装的螺纹孔,在端盖17上设有多个用于将端盖安装在机座6上的光孔。
所述端盖17采用316L奥氏体不锈钢制作,其热导率约为15W/(m.K),温度传导的速度不到常规钢材的三分之一。
通过后法兰盘16和前法兰盘15的双层法兰盘设置,一是加长了轴承到高温面的距离,二是能充分利用冷却风贯穿本双层法兰盘进行快速降温;后支撑板19和前支撑板20的设置一是减轻了本本双层法兰盘的整体质量,二是加强了冷却风与双层法兰盘的充分接触;与常规法兰端盖相比,轴承温升降低30K,从而有效保证电动机在特殊环境中安全可靠运行。
电动机还包括接线螺栓和接地螺栓,所述接线螺栓和接地螺栓均采用铜镀银材质,且在表面涂覆适用于海洋环境的耐高温漆,防止了在海洋环境中出现锈蚀失效问题的发生。
为了达到防爆的目的,所述轴承内盖4与转轴1安装面、前端盖14与机座6的安装面、后端盖10与机座6的安装面均为隔爆连接面;同时电机接线盒8与机座6之间通过导线管9连接,所述导线管9与机座6的安装面、导线管9与电机接线盒8的安装面均为隔爆连接面。
双定子绕组采用H级绝缘结构,可在180℃下长期使用;在双定子绕组上加压浸绝缘漆并在绝缘漆上喷射有防霉菌漆,适应了复杂的舰船用高低温、潮湿、腐蚀环境;轴流风扇11与风机一体的风路设计,形成流畅的冷却风路,并能隔断尾端热空气向电动机的传导;在电动机的动密封处,即在转轴1贯通处采用聚四氟乙烯材质油封,在电动机的静密封处,即在前端盖14与机座6连接处、后端盖10与机座6连接处、电机出线处均设有氟橡胶246材质密封圈,既能耐高温又能满足IP56的防护要求;为了保证电动机在高温下的隔爆间隙,在设计时在标准允许的范围内尽量放大隔爆间隙,并采用二次退火工艺,充分释放零部件的内部应力,防止高温下内部应力释放导致结构变形过大。

1.一种舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,包括机座,机座内为圆柱形空腔,在圆柱形空腔内装配有定子绕组,在定子绕组内装配有铸铝转子,铸铝转子热套在转轴上,在轴伸端的机座上安装有前端盖,在非轴伸端的机座上安装有后端盖,在前端盖上安装有用于支撑转轴前端的前轴承,在后端盖上安装有用于支撑转轴后端的后轴承,其特征在于,所述前轴承和后轴承均采用具有防爆功能的带轴承内盖和轴承外盖的轴承,前轴承和后轴承均为开式耐高温轴承并在前轴承和后轴承内加注高低温润滑脂,所述定子绕组为能够满足双转速要求的双定子绕组,双定子绕组采用H级绝缘结构,在双定子绕组上加压浸绝缘漆并在绝缘漆上喷射有防霉菌漆,在转轴的后端安装有轴流风扇,在转轴贯通处采用聚四氟乙烯材质油封,在前端盖与机座连接处、后端盖与机座连接处、电机出线处均设有氟橡胶246材质密封圈;
所述前端盖为双层法兰端盖,双层法兰端盖包括端盖,在端盖上自后向前依次设有后法兰盘和前法兰盘,在端盖与后法兰盘之间饶周向均匀设有多个后支撑板,在后法兰盘与前法兰盘之间绕周向均匀设有多个前支撑板,在端盖的后表面上设有加强筋;在前法兰盘上设有多个用于电机整体安装的螺纹孔,在端盖上设有多个用于将端盖安装在机座上的光孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,其特征在于,所述端盖采用316L奥氏体不锈钢制作。
3.根据权利要求2所述的舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,其特征在于,所述前支撑板和后支撑板均为八个。
4.根据权利要求3所述的舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,其特征在于,所述端盖与机座之间采用止口定位。
5.根据权利要求4所述的舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,其特征在于,还包括接线螺栓和接地螺栓,所述接线螺栓和接地螺栓均采用铜镀银材质,且在表面涂覆适用于海洋环境的耐高温漆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的舰船用隔爆型双速耐高温三相异步电动机,其特征在于,轴承内盖与转轴安装面、前端盖与机座的安装面、后端盖与机座的安装面均为隔爆连接面。
