背景技术
布袋除尘进风口密封,多采用面式密封,在使用过程中,存在着密封板容易变形,密封垫磨损严重,导致进风口密封不严、效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述现有技术中密封垫磨损后导致密封不严,效果差的问题而提供一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置,包括密封塞、拉杆、进风管;所述密封塞为半球形;所述半球形密封塞设置在进风管的进风口,所述拉杆的一端嵌入密封塞内,且位于密封塞的中间。
进一步优选方式,所述进风管的进风口为喇叭口。
所述拉杆为倒蘑菇形状。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用球形受压产生弹性形变的密封原理,进风口处设计为喇叭口,密封塞采用耐高温橡胶球体,拉杆下压,橡胶密封塞由于弹性变形,达到密封的效果;使得密封效果显著,球形密封塞也不会因球体变性而导致漏风;工作时间长,利用调节下压杆的行程,增加了使用寿命;因此,本发明具有密封效果好,减少漏风,提高除尘效率,节约除尘室空间等优点。

如图1所示,本实施例一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置,包括密封塞1、倒蘑菇形状的拉杆2、进风管3;所述密封塞1为半球形;所述半球形密封塞1紧密设置在进风管的进风口为喇叭口处,所述拉杆2的一端嵌入密封塞1内,且位于密封塞1的中间。

1.一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置,其特征是:包括密封塞(1)、拉杆(2)、进风管(3);所述密封塞(1)为半球形;所述半球形密封塞(1)设置在进风管的进风口,所述拉杆(2)的一端嵌入密封塞(1)内,且位于密封塞(1)的中间。
