背景技术
布袋除尘进风口密封，多采用面式密封，在使用过程中，存在着密封板容易变形，密封垫磨损严重，导致进风口密封不严、效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述现有技术中密封垫磨损后导致密封不严，效果差的问题而提供一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置，包括密封塞、拉杆、进风管；所述密封塞为半球形；所述半球形密封塞设置在进风管的进风口，所述拉杆的一端嵌入密封塞内，且位于密封塞的中间。
进一步优选方式，所述进风管的进风口为喇叭口。
所述拉杆为倒蘑菇形状。
与现有技术相比，本发明采用球形受压产生弹性形变的密封原理，进风口处设计为喇叭口，密封塞采用耐高温橡胶球体，拉杆下压，橡胶密封塞由于弹性变形，达到密封的效果；使得密封效果显著，球形密封塞也不会因球体变性而导致漏风；工作时间长，利用调节下压杆的行程，增加了使用寿命；因此，本发明具有密封效果好，减少漏风，提高除尘效率，节约除尘室空间等优点。

如图1所示，本实施例一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置，包括密封塞1、倒蘑菇形状的拉杆2、进风管3；所述密封塞1为半球形；所述半球形密封塞1紧密设置在进风管的进风口为喇叭口处，所述拉杆2的一端嵌入密封塞1内，且位于密封塞1的中间。

1.一种布袋除尘进风口密封装置，其特征是：包括密封塞(1)、拉杆(2)、进风管(3)；所述密封塞(1)为半球形；所述半球形密封塞(1)设置在进风管的进风口，所述拉杆(2)的一端嵌入密封塞(1)内，且位于密封塞(1)的中间。
