本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理器,包括依次连接的连接套,第一催化管,除尘管,第二催化管,集流管,燃烧室,以及水封装置;所述连接套用于连接汽车排气管和第一催化管;第一催化管内设置有碳和催化剂;除尘管内设置有过滤网,除尘管下端设置有集尘斗和集尘箱;第二催化管内设置有三效催化剂;集流管的直径沿气体流动方向逐渐缩小;燃烧室内靠近集流管的一端设置有火花塞和用于通入空气的单向阀。该处理器能够有效净化汽车尾气,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车尾气处理器。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车的数量越来越多,汽车尾气的污染问题越发严重,因此有必要对汽车尾气进行净化处理,现有的一些处理技术通常是采用吸附装置,然而吸附装置容易堵塞。所以需要一种实用性强的汽车尾气处理器来进行有效的汽车尾气净化。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气处理器,该处理器能够有效净化汽车尾气,实用型强。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案:
一种汽车尾气处理器,包括依次连接的连接套,第一催化管,除尘管,第二催化管,集流管,燃烧室,以及水封装置;所述连接套用于连接汽车排气管和第一催化管;第一催化管内设置有碳和催化剂;除尘管内设置有过滤网,除尘管下端设置有集尘斗和集尘箱;第二催化管内设置有三效催化剂;集流管的直径沿气体流动方向逐渐缩小;燃烧室内靠近集流管的一端设置有火花塞和用于通入空气的单向阀。
所述的汽车尾气处理器中, 燃烧室和水封装置之间连接有一根铜管,该铜管先往第二催化管方向延伸并缠绕在第二催化管上,然后再连接至水封装置。
所述的汽车尾气处理器中,所述过滤网倾斜设置,其上端往第一催化管方向倾斜。
所述的汽车尾气处理器中,所述水封装置上端设置有挡网。
所述的汽车尾气处理器中,所述水封装置底部设置有排液口。
有益效果:
本发明提供了一种汽车尾气处理器,能够对尾气依次进行初步化学反应转化、除尘、二次化学反应转化、燃烧处理和吸收处理,能够有效净化汽车尾气,实用性强。

请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种汽车尾气处理器,包括依次连接的连接套1,第一催化管2,除尘管3,第二催化管4,集流管5,燃烧室6,以及水封装置7;所述连接套1用于连接汽车排气管90和第一催化管2;第一催化管内设置有碳和催化剂;除尘管内设置有过滤网8,除尘管下端设置有集尘斗9和集尘箱10;第二催化管内设置有三效催化剂;集流管的直径沿气体流动方向逐渐缩小;燃烧室内靠近集流管的一端设置有火花塞11和用于通入空气的单向阀12。
汽车尾气中主要含有CO、NO、NO2、H2、H2O、N2、C颗粒等;在第一催化管内;在碳和催化剂以及尾气余热的作用下,C和H2O反应生成H2和CO,在除尘管内,较大颗粒被过滤,并落入集尘箱;在第二催化管内,在三效催化剂和尾气余热作用下,氮氧化物被还原为H2O和N2;在燃烧室内尾气中剩余的CO、H2、C颗粒被燃烧生成无害的H2O和CO2;最后经过水封装置把尾气的热量和剩余颗粒物吸收。该装置能够有效净化汽车尾气,实用性强。
进一步的, 燃烧室6和水封装置7之间连接有一根铜管13,该铜管先往第二催化管方向延伸并缠绕在第二催化管上,然后再连接至水封装置。利用燃烧室中产生的热量来对第二催化管进行加热,提高第二催化管内的化学反应速度,此外也能把燃烧室内燃烧产生的振动更多地传递到除尘管,使粘附在过滤网上的颗粒抖落。
较优的,所述过滤网8倾斜设置,其上端往第一催化管方向倾斜,有利于颗粒顺利落入集尘箱。
本实施例中,所述水封装置7上端设置有挡网71,以截留液体。
此外,所述水封装置7底部设置有排液口72。
