Abstract

本发明公开了一种装配式加气混凝土大板,包括钢筋骨架1和加气混凝土2。所述的钢筋骨架1在预制时可以在其内部放置高效保温层3。本发明减少了施工难度,一定程度上有利于提高工程质量;使用的高强度加气混凝土使得加气混凝土大板的强度得到显著地提高,可以用作承重墙体;使用高效保温层的加气混凝土大板具有高效的保温,同时减轻了墙体的自重。本发明方案目的明确清晰,可广泛应用于建筑外墙板的施工。

Description

一种装配式加气混凝土大板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑构件,具体涉及一种新型高效节能加气混凝土大板。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑业能耗占社会总能耗的35%-40%。我国既有的近400亿平方米建筑中的99%为高耗能建筑,新建建筑中95%以上仍属于高耗能建筑,单位建筑面积采暖能耗为发达国家新建建筑的3倍以上。
为了降低建筑能耗,我国引进了加气混凝土技术。传统的加气混凝土技术主要应用在预制工厂,通过预制砌块、条板,然后成品再在现场进行拼装,这不仅给施工带来了一定的难度,同时砌块、条板的接缝处存在防水质量难以保证等问题,这给工程质量带来一定程度的影响。
针对上述存在的问题,提出一种装配式加气混凝土大板。
发明内容
为了解决传统加气混凝土砌块、条板在施工中存在的问题,提出了一种装配式加气混凝土大板。
所述的装配式加气混凝土大板是由钢筋骨架1和加气混凝土2构成。所述的钢筋骨架1是按传统普通混凝土装配式墙体配筋,所述的加气混凝土2采用强度等级较高的加气混凝土,从而使得该装配式加气混凝土大板能够有较高的承载力,可以用作承重墙体。
所述的装配式加气混凝土大板的两端可以预留出拼接企口,主要起到构造防水的作用。
所述的装配式加气混凝土大板可以在大板内部布置高效保温层3,所述的高效保温层3可以是高效保温材料,或者是封闭的空腔,有益于减轻墙体自重,同时提高墙体的保温性能。
所述的高效保温材料可以是真空绝热板、气凝胶保温材料、岩棉等。
所述的封闭的空腔,是通过利用密闭空腔导热系数低的特点,从而达到高效的保温效果。
本发明减少了施工难度,一定程度上有利于提高工程质量;使用的高强度加气混凝土使得装配式加气混凝土大板的强度得到显著地提高,可以用作承重墙体;使用高效保温层的装配式加气混凝土大板具有高效的保温,同时减轻了墙体的自重。本发明方案目的明确清晰,可广泛应用于建筑外墙板的施工。

实施方式
结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
如附图1所示,装配式加气混凝土大板配筋方式和普通混凝土装配式墙体的配筋方式一致。
如附图2所示,该构造形式是装配式加气混凝土大板第一种构造形式,所述第一种构造形式的装配式加气混凝土大板由钢筋骨架1和高强度加气混凝土2构成,其高度为3m到4.5m,宽度随工程需要进行调整,厚度为200mm到300mm。
如附图3所示,装配式加气混凝土大板第二种构造形式是在第一种构造形式的基础上,在装配式加气混凝土大板的两端预留出拼接企口。该构造形式主要适用于单块装配式加气混凝土大板不能满足需要,而需要多块装配式加气混凝土大板进行拼接的大跨度墙体。
如附图4、附图6所示,该构造形式是装配式加气混凝土大板的第三种构造形式的尺寸和第一种构造形式一致。所述的第三种构造形式的装配式加气混凝土大板是由钢筋骨架1、高强度加气混凝土2、高效保温层3组成,所述的高效保温层3厚为50mm到70mm,长宽尺寸根据装配式加气混凝土大板的尺寸进行调整,一般距板四边各20mm到60mm,所述的高效保温层3在预制时提前放置在钢筋骨架1中,并通过在钢筋骨架1上安装卡条来固定。
如附图5、附图7所示,该构造形式是在装配式加气混凝土大板的第三种构造形式的基础上,在其端部预留连接企口,企口的尺寸随板厚进行调整。
本发明具有如下优点:
1.本发明减少了施工难度,一定程度上有利于提高工程质量;
2.使用高强度加气混凝土使得加气混凝土大板的强度得到显著地提高,可以用作承重墙体;
3.使用高效保温层的加气混凝土大板具有高效的保温效果,同时减轻了墙体的自重。

Claims (7)

1.一种装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于,包括钢筋骨架(1)、加气混凝土(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于,所述的钢筋骨架(1)预制时可以在其内部放置高效保温层(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于,所述的高效保温层(3)可以是高效保温材料,或者是封闭的空腔。
4.如权利要求1所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于:所述的加气混凝土(2)为高强度加气混凝土。
5.如权利要求1所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于:所述的装配式加气混凝土大板高度为3m到4.5m,宽度根据工程需要进行选择,厚度为200mm到300mm。
6.如权利要求3所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于,所述的高效保温层(3)厚度为50mm到70mm,长宽尺寸根据装配式加气混凝土大板的尺寸进行调整,一般距板四边各20mm到60mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的装配式加气混凝土大板,其特征在于:所述的装配式加气混凝土大板两侧可以预留拼接企口。
