Abstract
本发明提出了一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料及其加工工艺,包括亲肤层和外部层,所述亲肤层包括经纬交织的桑蚕丝;所述外部层包括经线层和纬线层,所述经线层包括三股苎麻丝和一股尼龙丝间隔排列,所述纬线层为醋酸丝,其工艺包括制备苎麻丝和涡流纺纱等步骤,使用涡流纺纱的方式在棉线上加捻了苎麻纤维,制得的苎麻面料能够抑菌抗菌,并且吸水吸汗,吸收有毒物质,防霉耐磨,但同时设置了桑蚕丝的双层结构,能够增加接触舒适度,并且夹杂了醋酸丝,更易于上色。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及新型复合涡流纺纱面料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
苎麻是我国一种比较稀少的纺织面料,一直以来被称之为“天然纤维之王”,也被称之为“中国草,中国宝”。苎麻面料的吸湿透气性能是普通纺织面料的5倍左右,该面料中含有叮咛、嘧啶以及嘌呤等元素,此类元素就是苎麻面料具有独特特性的主要原因,但现有技术中的苎麻面料表面接触度不够,使用不舒适,涡流纺纱是利用空气涡流作用使开松成单根状态的纤维凝聚和加拈成纱的方法,现有技术中还没有关于使用苎麻原料配合涡流纺纱的工艺进行加工的。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料,包括亲肤层和外部层,所述亲肤层包括经纬交织的桑蚕丝;所述外部层包括经线层和纬线层,所述经线层包括三股苎麻丝和一股尼龙丝间隔排列,所述纬线层为醋酸丝。
优选的,所述苎麻丝包括中心棉,所述中心棉外部有苎麻纤维加捻。
优选的,所述经纱层密度为68根/cm,纬纱密度为35根/cm。
一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备苎麻丝:选用苎麻原材,采用0.02%的生物酶,温度控制在50℃-60℃,对苎麻原材浸泡1-2小时,加入快速脱胶煮练剂,溶解原麻胶质,提取精干麻;
S2:涡流纺纱:取精干麻泡油软化,将精干麻通过刺辊开松呈单根纤维状态,将纤维通过通道进入涡流管内,形成纤维流,将棉线放置于涡流中心,通过涡流使得纤维缠绕与棉线上,最后拉出成纱;
S3:使用电脑横机,导纱器的原料为苎麻丝、尼龙丝、醋酸丝、桑蚕丝,使用双面纬向编织的方法制得面料得到桑蚕丝至的亲肤层和苎麻丝、尼龙丝、醋酸丝制的外部层。
优选的,所述亲肤层厚度为1mm,所述外部层厚度为2mm。
本发明提出的新型复合涡流纺纱面料及其加工工艺有以下有益效果:使用涡流纺纱的方式在棉线上加捻了苎麻纤维,制得的苎麻面料能够抑菌抗菌,并且吸水吸汗,吸收有毒物质,防霉耐磨,但同时设置了桑蚕丝的双层结构,能够增加接触舒适度,并且夹杂了醋酸丝,更易于上色。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1-图3所示,本发明提出了一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料,包括亲肤层1和外部层2,所述亲肤层1包括经纬交织的桑蚕丝3;所述外部层2包括经线层和纬线层,所述经线层包括三股苎麻丝和一股尼龙丝4间隔排列,桑蚕丝3的一面与皮肤接触,保证了柔软以及光滑的触感,同时使用苎麻丝,所述苎麻丝包括中心棉6,所述中心棉6外部有苎麻纤维7加捻,由于苎麻与普通的棉、毛纤维相比,苎麻面料最大的特点就是具有超强的抗菌抑菌功能同样数量的细菌在普通纤维产品上会迅速繁衍,而在苎麻产品上的细菌在一定时间内被杀死2/3,主要原因是苎麻面料中含有大料的有益元素,如叮咛、嘧啶以及嘌呤等,能够大大提高面料的抗菌性,
并且其非常细密的微孔结构具有非常强的吸附功能。空气中含有大量甲醛、苯以及氨等有害物质,这些物质一旦粘附在纤维面料上就会产生浓重的异味,苎麻面料的吸附功能可以有效地吸附空气中含有的有害物质,经过曝晒挥发后,苎麻面料仍能保持原有的吸附特性。
优选的,所述经纱层密度为68根/cm,纬纱密度为35根/cm。
所述纬线层为醋酸丝5,醋酸丝5易于上色,且耐磨性能较好,混入醋酸丝5能够提高耐磨性以及上色度,适用性广。
一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备苎麻丝:选用苎麻原材,采用0.02%的生物酶,温度控制在50℃-60℃,对苎麻原材浸泡1-2小时,加入快速脱胶煮练剂,溶解原麻胶质,提取精干麻;
S2:涡流纺纱:取精干麻泡油软化,将精干麻通过刺辊开松呈单根纤维状态,将纤维通过通道进入涡流管内,形成纤维流,将棉线放置于涡流中心,通过涡流使得纤维缠绕与棉线上,最后拉出成纱;
S3:使用电脑横机,导纱器的原料为苎麻丝、尼龙丝4、醋酸丝5、桑蚕丝3,使用双面纬向编织的方法制得面料得到桑蚕丝3至的亲肤层1和苎麻丝、尼龙丝4、醋酸丝5制的外部层2。
优选的,所述亲肤层1厚度为1mm,所述外部层2厚度为2mm。
使用上述方式,能够最大限度的保证苎麻材料的最大限度性能,实现材料的最高利用率。

1.一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料,其特征在于,包括亲肤层和外部层,所述亲肤层包括经纬交织的桑蚕丝;所述外部层包括经线层和纬线层,所述经线层包括三股苎麻丝和一股尼龙丝间隔排列,所述纬线层为醋酸丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合涡流纺纱面料,其特征在于,所述苎麻丝包括中心棉,所述中心棉外部有苎麻纤维加捻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合涡流纺纱面料,其特征在于,所述经纱层密度为68根/cm,纬纱密度为35根/cm。
4.一种新型复合涡流纺纱面料的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备苎麻丝:选用苎麻原材,采用0.02%的生物酶,温度控制在50℃-60℃,对苎麻原材浸泡1-2小时,加入快速脱胶煮练剂,溶解原麻胶质,提取精干麻;
S2:涡流纺纱:取精干麻泡油软化,将精干麻通过刺辊开松呈单根纤维状态,将纤维通过通道进入涡流管内,形成纤维流,将棉线放置于涡流中心,通过涡流使得纤维缠绕与棉线上,最后拉出成纱;

5.根据权利要求4所述的新型复合涡流纺纱面料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层厚度为1mm,所述外部层厚度为2mm。
