Abstract
The invention provides a washing fluid for horizontal well construction in a limestone stratum, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1 to 0.2 percent of salt-resistant copolymer; 0.1 to 0.2 percent of fluid loss agent; 0.2 to 0.3 percent of tackifier; coating agent 0.3% -0.4%; 0.4 to 0.5 percent of non-fluorescent lubricant; 0.4 to 0.6 percent of mud inhibitor; the balance of water. The horizontal well construction flushing fluid in the limestone stratum fully utilizes the tackifying performance of the salt-resistant copolymer (GTQ) and the tackifier, the prepared slurry has the characteristics of high viscosity and strong rock powder carrying capacity, and particularly, the coating agent (BBJ) is added, so that rock powder generated during drilling in a hole can be timely taken out of a horizontal well section, and the drilling accidents of jamming and burying caused by high solid phase content in the flushing fluid are well reduced.

Background
The conventional flushing fluid is mainly prepared by taking measurement data such as viscosity, water loss, specific gravity, sand content and the like as measurement standards, is designed for a conventional construction straight hole section, is deficient in construction research of a horizontal well, and cannot well solve the problems of rock dust carrying and hole wall maintenance, particularly the problems of sand setting and drill supporting of the horizontal well section.
Particularly, when a horizontal well is constructed in a limestone stratum, the accidents of jamming and burying of the drill bit caused by the quality of the flushing fluid frequently occur, the configuration method of the flushing fluid is an important guarantee for the quality of the flushing fluid, and the problems that the existing flushing fluid is low in viscosity, limited in rock carrying capacity, easy to cause the accidents of jamming and burying of the drill bit and the like are solved.

0.4 to 0.5 percent of non-fluorescent lubricant;
0.4 to 0.6 percent of mud inhibitor;
the balance of water.

Preferably, the non-fluorescent lubricant is GLUB.

(5) adding the salt-resistant copolymer according to the proportion, and continuing stirring;
(6) adding the non-fluorescent lubricant in proportion, and continuing stirring;
(7) adding a slurry inhibitor according to the proportion, and continuously stirring;
(8) and after the drilling fluid additives are uniformly mixed, obtaining the horizontal well construction flushing fluid in the limestone stratum.
Compared with the prior art, the horizontal well construction flushing fluid in the limestone formation has the following advantages:

Unless defined otherwise, technical terms used in the following examples have the same meanings as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs. The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
In the following examples:
the salt-resistant copolymer is GTQ, purchased from Chengtong drilling material factories in Beijing, and has the functions of improving viscosity, improving cutting, reducing water loss, protecting glue and the like;
the coating agent is BBJ, is purchased from Chengtong drilling material factories in Beijing, can coat rock debris, improves the inhibition performance, and has the functions of improving the viscosity and reducing the water loss;
the fluid loss agent is GPNA, is purchased from Chengtong drilling material factories in Beijing, can reduce the fluid loss amount of slurry and slightly increase the viscosity;
the tackifier is SN, is purchased from Shijiazhuang Dingsheng science and technology Limited company, can quickly improve the viscosity and the cutting of the slurry and carry rock powder;
the low-fluorescence lubricant is FT-342, purchased from Puyang Puhao chemical industry Co., Ltd, and is capable of reducing the frictional resistance;
the potassium-containing inhibitor and the calcium-containing inhibitor are purchased from Chengtong drilling material factories in Beijing and can improve the mud inhibition performance.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
In each example, the limestone formation horizontal well construction flushing fluid is prepared by the following method,
(1) adding water into a stirrer according to a proportion, and starting a stirring device in the stirrer to stir;
(2) adding the coating agent in proportion, and continuously stirring to fully dissolve the coating agent;
(3) adding the tackifier according to the proportion, and continuously stirring to fully dissolve the tackifier;
(4) adding the fluid loss agent in proportion, and continuously stirring to dissolve uniformly;
(5) adding the salt-resistant copolymer according to the proportion, and continuing stirring;
(6) adding the non-fluorescent lubricant in proportion, and continuing stirring;
(7) adding a slurry inhibitor according to the proportion, and continuously stirring;
(8) and after the drilling fluid additives are uniformly mixed, obtaining the horizontal well construction flushing fluid in the limestone stratum.
Example 1
The horizontal well construction flushing fluid for the limestone formation comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.1% of salt-resistant copolymer; 0.1 percent of fluid loss agent; 0.2 percent of tackifier; coating agent 0.3%; 0.4% of non-fluorescent lubricant; 0.4% of potassium-containing inhibitor; 0.1% of calcium-containing inhibitor; the balance of water.

The horizontal well construction flushing fluid for the limestone formation comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.2% of salt-resistant copolymer; 0.2 percent of fluid loss agent; 0.3 percent of tackifier; coating agent 0.4%; 0.5% of non-fluorescent lubricant; 0.4% of potassium-containing inhibitor; 0.1% of calcium-containing inhibitor; the balance of water.
Example 3
The horizontal well construction flushing fluid for the limestone formation comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.15% of salt-resistant copolymer; 0.15 percent of fluid loss agent; 0.25% of tackifier; coating agent 0.35%; 0.45% of non-fluorescent lubricant; 0.4% of potassium-containing inhibitor; 0.1% of calcium-containing inhibitor; the balance of water.
The performance parameters of each example are shown in table 1.
