Comparative example 9
The comparative example provides an anti-collapse drilling fluid, which is different from the embodiment 1 only in that no nano polymer microsphere exists in the plugging agent, the total amount of the plugging agent is unchanged, the ratio of calcium carbonate to sulfonated asphalt is unchanged, and other raw materials, the dosage and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 1.
Comparative example 10
This comparative example provides an anti-collapse drilling fluid which differs from example 1 only in that the total amount of plugging agent is unchanged, only sulfonated asphalt is used, and other materials, amounts and preparation methods are the same as in example 1.
Performance testing
The drilling fluids provided in examples 1-13 and comparative examples 1-10 were thermally rolled for 16h at 120 ℃ to measure the rheological properties, fluid loss properties, lubricity and inhibition properties before and after the thermal rolling;
(1) Apparent Viscosity (AV), plastic Viscosity (PV) and dynamic shear force (YP): on-site testing of drilling fluids for the petroleum and gas industry using GB/T16783 part 1: testing by a testing method of rheological property in the water-based drilling fluid;
(2) API Fluid Loss (FL) API ) And HTHP Fluid Loss (FL) HTHP ): using GB/T16783 petroleum and gas industry drilling fluid field test part 1: a method for testing the filtration loss in water-based drilling fluid;
(3) Lubrication coefficient: testing by adopting a FANN drilling fluid E-P extreme pressure lubrication instrument;
(4) Rock debris rolling recovery rate and core expansion rate: processing a complex coal bed rock sample into 5-10 mesh particles for rock debris rolling dispersion recovery rate experiments, grinding the rock debris, pressing the rock debris into a core through a 100 mesh sieve for expansion rate test experiments, and evaluating the inhibition performance of drilling fluid; the shale inhibition evaluation method is tested by adopting NB/T10121-2018 drilling fluid.
The specific test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the table, the collapse-preventing drilling fluid provided by the invention can effectively block micropores and microcracks of complex coal bed rock through the multi-element synergistic effect of physical blocking, chemical cementing and hydration inhibition by compounding the inhibitor, the blocking agent and the wall fixing agent and adopting the combination of the elastic blocking agent, the rigid blocking agent and the nano blocking agent as the blocking agent, so that the penetration of drilling fluid filtrate is reduced, the pressure bearing capacity of a well Zhou Yandan is improved, the inhibition performance is better, and meanwhile, the lubricating resistance is better.
From examples 1 to 3, the anti-collapse drilling fluid has moderate viscosity, API (application program interface) filtration loss after hot rolling of 2 to 2.8mL, HTHP filtration loss of 7.2 to 7.8mL, lubrication coefficient of 0.1206 to 0.1236, rock debris rolling recovery rate of 95.23 to 95.37 percent, core expansion rate of 7.38 to 8.09 percent, and can effectively inhibit hydration expansion of rock.
As is clear from comparison of examples 1 and 4 and 5, the inhibitor, the plugging agent and the wall fixing agent are not in a specific range, the fluid loss of the drilling fluid is increased, the plugging performance is deteriorated, and a compact plugging layer cannot be formed; as is clear from comparison between example 1 and example 6, when the elastic plugging agent, the rigid plugging agent and the nano plugging agent in the plugging agent are not in the specific range, the filtration loss of the drilling fluid is increased, the plugging performance is deteriorated, and a compact plugging layer cannot be formed; as is clear from comparison of examples 1 and examples 7 to 9, when the elastic plugging agent is not of a specific type and particle diameter, the drilling fluid loss increases, the plugging performance deteriorates, and a dense plugging layer cannot be formed; as is clear from comparison of examples 1 and 10 to 11, when the number of the rigid plugging agent is not specific, the fluid loss of the drilling fluid is increased, the plugging performance is deteriorated, and a dense plugging layer cannot be formed; as can be seen from a comparison of example 1 and example 12, the drilling fluid loss wall-forming property and the inhibition performance are deteriorated after the polymer microspheres are replaced by the polymer emulsion; as is clear from a comparison of example 1 and example 13, the chemical wall-fixing agent SDGB was replaced with another chemical wall-fixing agent, and the drilling fluid loss wall-forming property and the inhibition performance were deteriorated.
As can be seen from the comparison of examples 1-3 and comparative example 1, the anti-collapse drilling fluid provided by the invention has various performances superior to KCl/polymer water-based drilling fluid; as is clear from the comparison between the example 1 and the comparative examples 2 to 6, when the inhibitor, the plugging agent or the wall fixing agent is not in the specific range, the wall forming property and the inhibition performance of the drilling fluid are poor, and particularly when the content of the wall fixing agent is too high, the viscosity of the drilling fluid is serious; as is clear from a comparison of example 1 and comparative examples 7 to 10, the plugging agent is not specifically compounded with the inhibitor and the wall fixing agent, and the drilling fluid loss wall forming property and the inhibition performance are deteriorated.
In conclusion, the anti-collapse drilling fluid provided by the invention is compounded by the inhibitor, the plugging agent and the wall fixing agent with specific content and types, so that the viscosity and the shear force of the drilling fluid are moderate, the fluid loss is low, the hydration expansion of rock is effectively inhibited, the lubricating drag reduction and the dispersion performance are good, and the stability of the well wall of a complex coal seam can be improved.

Claims (26)

1. The anti-collapse drilling fluid for the complex coal seam is characterized by comprising, by weight, 90-100 parts of water, 1-3 parts of an inhibitor, 7-13 parts of a plugging agent and 0.1-0.3 part of a wall fixing agent;
the blocking agent comprises a combination of an elastic blocking agent, a rigid blocking agent and a nano blocking agent;
the mass ratio of the inhibitor to the plugging agent to the wall fixing agent in the collapse-preventing drilling fluid is 1 (6-13) (0.1-0.3);
the elastic plugging agent comprises modified asphalt or elastic graphite;
the modified asphalt is sulfonated asphalt;
the rigid blocking agent comprises calcite or calcium carbonate;
the wall fixing agent comprises a chemical wall fixing agent;
the chemical wall fixing agent comprises modified polysaccharide;
the modified polysaccharide comprises chitosan containing catechol structure.
2. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the inhibitor comprises potassium polyacrylate and/or polyamine.
3. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the blocking agent comprises 3 to 5 parts by weight of an elastic blocking agent, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a rigid blocking agent, and 1 to 3 parts by weight of a nano blocking agent.
4. The collapse prevention drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the elastic blocking agent to the rigid blocking agent to the nano blocking agent in the blocking agent is 1 (1-1.7): 0.2-1.
5. The anti-collapse drilling fluid according to claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of the elastic blocking agent to the rigid blocking agent to the nano blocking agent in the blocking agent is 1 (1.5-1.7): 0.2-1.
6. The collapse prevention drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the elastic plugging agent is 20-100 μm.
7. The collapse prevention drilling fluid of claim 6, wherein the particle size of the elastic plugging agent is 20-70 μm.
8. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the mesh number of the rigid plugging agent is 800-1200 mesh.
9. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the nano plugging agent comprises polymer microspheres and/or silica.
10. The collapse prevention drilling fluid according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano plugging agent is 100-300 nm.
11. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 1 to 3 parts of bentonite.
12. The collapse prevention drilling fluid of claim 11, wherein the bentonite comprises sodium bentonite.
13. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 0.05 to 0.15 parts of a pH adjustor.
14. The collapse preventing drilling fluid of claim 13, wherein the pH adjuster comprises sodium carbonate and/or sodium hydroxide.
15. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 15 to 30 parts by weight of a weighting material.
16. The collapse prevention drilling fluid of claim 15, wherein the weighting material comprises barite.
17. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 1 to 2 parts by weight of a fluid loss additive.
18. The collapse preventing drilling fluid of claim 17, wherein the fluid loss additive comprises modified starch.
19. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 0.05 to 0.2 parts by weight of a tackifying and cutting agent.
20. The collapse prevention drilling fluid of claim 19, wherein the viscosified shear agent comprises xanthan gum.
21. The collapse preventing drilling fluid according to claim 1, further comprising 1 to 3 parts by weight of a lubricating drag reducer.
22. A method of preparing an anti-collapse drilling fluid according to any one of claims 1 to 21, comprising:
and mixing water, an inhibitor, a plugging agent and a wall fixing agent to obtain the collapse-preventing drilling fluid.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein the mixed material further comprises any one or a combination of at least two of bentonite, pH adjuster, weighting material, fluid loss additive, viscosified cutting additive, or lubricating drag reducer.
24. The method of claim 22, wherein the rotational speed of the mixing is 5000-7000 rpm.
25. The method of claim 22, wherein the mixing is for a period of 1 to 2 hours.
26. Use of an anti-collapse drilling fluid according to any one of claims 1 to 21 in a complex coal seam drilling process.
