Abstract
本发明提出了一种医用非织造布,包括表层无纺布层、拒液层和里层基布层,所述表层无纺布层与里层基布层之间设有拒液层,所述拒液层为拒液微孔膜,所述拒液微孔膜表面均匀布置有若干个圆孔,所述表层无纺布层为热风非织造布,所述里层基布层为热风非织造布,经多层复合而成,中间层为拒液微孔膜,以中间微孔层为拒液层,发挥拒液作用,上下层为热风非织造布,热风非织造布以ES皮芯纤维为原料,通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,最终多层复合布再经热风穿刺进行加固;采用热风非织造布质轻且表面柔软舒适,较传统水刺非织造布舒适感提升,并以微孔拒液层代替拒液整理,保留了最终非织造布具有较好的透气性,且缩短了工艺降低了环境污染。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及无纺布的领域,特别是一种医用非织造布。
【背景技术】
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。医疗手术过程中,病患的血液、体液等液体易喷溅至手术医生身上,若防护措施不足,则容易造成感染。目前常规的有拒液整理非织造布用于阻隔,但经拒液整理非织造布透气性明显减弱,长时间穿着会闷热积汗,使穿着者不适,因此提出一种医用非织造布。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种医用非织造布,经多层复合而层,中间层为拒液微孔膜,以中间微孔层为拒液层,发挥拒液作用,上下层为热风非织造布,较传统水刺非织造布舒适感提升,并以微孔拒液层代替拒液整理,保留了最终非织造布具有较好的透气性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种医用非织造布,包括表层无纺布层、拒液层和里层基布层,所述表层无纺布层与里层基布层之间设有拒液层,所述拒液层为拒液微孔膜,所述拒液微孔膜表面均匀布置有若干个圆孔,所述表层无纺布层为热风非织造布,所述里层基布层为热风非织造布。
作为优选,所述表层无纺布层包括70%~80%ES皮芯纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。
作为优选,所述里层基布层包括30%~60%ES皮芯纤维、20%~40%吸水纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维、吸水纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。
作为优选,所述拒液层和里层基布层之间还设有导湿层,所述导湿层为超细纤维层,所述超细纤维层内均布有纳米银离子颗粒。
作为优选,所述表层无纺布层、拒液层、里层基布层和导湿层经热风穿刺进行加固形成复合非织造布。

参阅图1本发明一种医用非织造布,包括表层无纺布层1、拒液层2和里层基布层3,所述表层无纺布层1与里层基布层3之间设有拒液层2,所述拒液层2为拒液微孔膜,所述拒液微孔膜表面均匀布置有若干个圆孔,所述表层无纺布层1为热风非织造布,所述里层基布层3为热风非织造布。所述表层无纺布层1包括70%~80%ES皮芯纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。所述里层基布层3包括30%~60%ES皮芯纤维、20%~40%吸水纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维、吸水纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。所述拒液层2和里层基布层3之间还设有导湿层4,所述导湿层4为超细纤维层,所述超细纤维层内均布有纳米银离子颗粒。所述表层无纺布层1、拒液层2、里层基布层3和导湿层4经热风穿刺进行加固形成复合非织造布。

1.一种医用非织造布,其特征在于:包括表层无纺布层(1)、拒液层(2)和里层基布层(3),所述表层无纺布层(1)与里层基布层(3)之间设有拒液层(2),所述拒液层(2)为拒液微孔膜,所述拒液微孔膜表面均匀布置有若干个圆孔,所述表层无纺布层(1)为热风非织造布,所述里层基布层(3)为热风非织造布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种医用非织造布,其特征在于:所述表层无纺布层(1)包括70%~80%ES皮芯纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种医用非织造布,其特征在于:所述里层基布层(3)包括30%~60%ES皮芯纤维、20%~40%吸水纤维和20%~30%抗菌纤维,所述ES皮芯纤维、吸水纤维和抗菌纤维通过热风熔融皮层结构固结成布,所述吸水纤维为粘胶纤维或棉纤维,所述抗菌纤维为竹纤维或甲壳素纤维。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种医用非织造布,其特征在于:所述拒液层(2)和里层基布层(3)之间还设有导湿层(4),所述导湿层(4)为超细纤维层,所述超细纤维层内均布有纳米银离子颗粒。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种医用非织造布,其特征在于:所述表层无纺布层(1)、拒液层(2)、里层基布层(3)和导湿层(4)经热风穿刺进行加固形成复合非织造布。
