Abstract
一种遮光薄膜技术领域的吸光薄膜及其应用,包括黑色吸光层以及层叠设置在黑色吸光层上的若干功能层,所述各功能层的折射率按各层与黑色吸光层之间的垂直距离从远到近逐层降低。本发明在黑色吸光层上设置多层折射率依次减小的功能层,光线随着各功能层折射率的减小而逐渐发散,透过的光线减少,光线到达黑色吸光层时基本被吸收,从而达到遮光的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种遮光胶带领域的技术,具体是一种吸光薄膜及其应用。
背景技术
目前OLED技术已经广泛应用于移动终端设备中。在OLED屏幕设计中,往往采用玻璃或者PI作为基底,而玻璃和PI(Polyimide,聚酰亚胺)均存在漏光的风险,因此会在屏幕后面增加一层遮光胶带,以增加屏幕的对比度。
目前的遮光胶带多采用黑色PET薄膜,涂布压敏胶后贴在OLED屏幕后面,或者采用透明PET薄膜,涂布黑色油墨,再涂布压敏胶,然后贴在OLED屏幕后面。但采用这两种方式仍有部分光线透过,导致遮光胶带对增加屏幕对比度的效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提出了一种吸光薄膜及其应用,在黑色吸光层上设置多层折射率依次减小的功能层,光线随着各功能层折射率的减小而逐渐发散,透过的光线减少,光线到达黑色吸光层时基本被吸收,从而达到遮光的目的。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明涉及一种吸光薄膜,包括黑色吸光层以及层叠设置在黑色吸光层上的若干功能层,所述各功能层的折射率按各层与黑色吸光层之间的垂直距离从远到近逐层降低。
所述功能层的层数为2层或3层。
优选地,所述功能层的层数为三层,包括依次设置的第一折射率层、第二折射率层和第三折射率层,其中,第一折射率层的折射率为1.6~1.63,第二折射率层的折射率为1.5~1.58,第三折射率层的折射率为1.35~1.43。
所述第一折射率层和第二折射率层均包括高折射率材料和低折射率材料;按重量份数,第一折射率层中高折射率材料为25~30份、低折射率材料为70~75份,在第二折射率层中高折射率材料为5~10份、低折射率材料为90~95份;
所述的高折射率材料的折射率范围为2.493~2.903,优选地,所述高折射率材料为TiO2;
所述的低折射率材料的折射率范围为1.484~1.487,优选地,所述低折射率材料为SiO2;
所述的第三折射率层包括有机硅粒子,所述有机硅粒子占第三折射率层的重量比例为5%~10%。
所述第一折射率层的厚度为1~3μm,所述第二折射率层的厚度为1~3μm,所述第三折射率层的厚度为1~3μm。
所述黑色吸光层母粒中添加有黑色色母。
所述黑色吸光层的厚度为5~10μm。
所述的黑色吸光层在远离各功能层的一侧设有背层;所述背层为PE层、PP层和PET层中任意一层或多层层叠组合,优选地,所述背层为一层PET层。
所述的吸光薄膜通过将各层原料采用共挤出工艺双向拉伸得到。
本发明涉及一种遮光胶带,包括所述的吸光薄膜;所述的吸光薄膜通过压敏胶粘结在离型膜上,收卷备用。
技术效果
与现有技术相比,本发明在黑色吸光层上设置多层折射率依次减小的功能层,光线随着折射率的减小而逐渐发散,透光的光线减少,光线到达黑色吸光层时基本被吸收,从而达到遮光的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。雾度和透过率测试采用型号NDH2000的雾度计,测试依据标准JIS7136;180°剥离力测试采用万能拉力机,测试依据标准为GB/T-2792-2014。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种吸光薄膜,包括从上至下依次设置的第一折射率层、第二折射率层、第三折射率层、黑色吸光层和背层,其中,第一折射率层、第二折射率层和第三折射率层的折射率分别为1.63、1.55、1.43,折射率依次减小;吸光薄膜通过将各层原料采用共挤出工艺双向拉伸得到。
所述第一折射率层、第二折射率层和第三折射率层的厚度均为1μm,所述黑色吸光层的厚度为8μm,所述背层的厚度为1μm。
所述第一折射率层和第二折射率层均包括高折射率材料二氧化钛粒子和低折射率材料二氧化硅粒子;按重量份数,在第一折射率层中二氧化钛粒子为25份、二氧化硅粒子为75份,在第二折射率层中二氧化钛粒子为10份、二氧化硅粒子为90份;所述第三折射率层包括有机硅粒子,有机硅粒子占第三折射率层的重量比例为5%。
所述的黑色吸光层母粒中添加有黑色色母。
优选地,所述的背层为一层PET层。
本实施例涉及一种遮光胶带,包括如上所述的吸光薄膜,吸光薄膜通过压敏胶粘结在离型膜上,收卷备用。
本实施例中遮光胶带经测试,雾度为99.9%,透光率为0.01%,180°剥离力为500gf。
实施例2
本实施例涉及一种吸光薄膜,包括从上至下依次设置的上折射率层、下折射率层、黑色吸光层和背层,其中,上折射率层和下折射率层的折射率分别为1.6、1.5;吸光薄膜通过将各层原料采用共挤出工艺双向拉伸得到。
所述上折射率层和下折射率层的厚度均为3μm,所述黑色吸光层的厚度为5μm,所述背层的厚度为1μm。
所述上折射率层和下折射率层均包括高折射率材料二氧化钛粒子和低折射率材料二氧化硅粒子,按重量份数,在第一折射率层中二氧化钛粒子为30份、二氧化硅粒子为70份,在第二折射率层中二氧化钛粒子为5份、二氧化硅粒子为95份。
所述黑色吸光层母粒中添加有黑色色母。
所述背层为一层PP层。
本实施例中遮光胶带经测试,雾度为99.9%,透光率为0.02%,180°剥离力为600gf。

Claims (9)
1.一种吸光薄膜,其特征在于,包括黑色吸光层以及层叠设置在黑色吸光层上的3层功能层,所述3层功能层的折射率按各层与黑色吸光层之间的垂直距离从远到近逐层降低;
所述3层功能层包括依次设置的第一折射率层、第二折射率层和第三折射率层,其中,第一折射率层的折射率为1.6~1.63,第二折射率层的折射率为1.5~1.58,第三折射率层的折射率为1.35~1.43。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述第一折射率层和第二折射率层均包括高折射率材料和低折射率材料;按重量份数,第一折射率层中高折射率材料为25~30份、低折射率材料为70~75份,在第二折射率层中高折射率材料为5~10份、低折射率材料为90~95份;
所述的高折射率材料的折射率范围为2.493~2.903;
所述的低折射率材料的折射率范围为1.484~1.487。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述高折射率材料为TiO2,所述低折射率材料为SiO2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述的第三折射率层包括有机硅粒子,所述有机硅粒子占第三折射率层的重量比例为5%~10%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述第一折射率层的厚度为1~3μm,所述第二折射率层的厚度为1~3μm,所述第三折射率层的厚度为1~3μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述黑色吸光层母粒中添加有黑色色母。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述的黑色吸光层在远离各功能层的一侧设有背层;所述背层为PE层、PP层和PET层中任意一层或多层层叠组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸光薄膜,其特征是,所述的吸光薄膜通过将各层原料采用共挤出工艺双向拉伸得到。
9.一种遮光胶带,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的吸光薄膜;所述的吸光薄膜通过压敏胶粘结在离型膜上,收卷备用。
