本发明公开了一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,包括钢板、粘结层、保温层和瓷釉层,所述钢板作为基板,所述粘结层覆盖钢板表面,所述保温层表面设有紧密粘结的粘结层,所述瓷釉层覆盖于保温层表面,所述瓷釉层表面还喷涂防火涂料;所述防火涂料其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:环氧树脂15‑20%、氨基树脂7‑8%、氯化石蜡6‑12%、聚磷酸铵6‑9%、双季戊四醇6‑9%、三聚氰胺10‑20%、钛白15‑20%、硅灰石10‑20%、200#溶剂油25‑30%。所述钢板碳含量≤0.08%,所述瓷釉层的拼接处还填充玻化微珠,所述相邻的保温层之间利用铆钉相连接,所述铆钉表面喷涂丙烯酸粘剂。本发明中的保温层具有保温效果,瓷釉层不仅防火性能高,并且无甲醛、苯等有害气体,瓷釉层喷涂防火涂料,提高了板材的防火性能。

一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材。
背景技术
钢材是一种不会燃烧的建筑材料,它具有抗震,抗弯等特性。在实际应用中,钢材既可以相对增加建筑物的荷载能力,也可以满足建筑设计美感造型的需要;还避免了混凝土等建筑材料不能弯曲,拉伸的缺陷。因此钢材受到了建筑行业的青睐,单层,多层,摩天大楼,厂房,库房,候车室,候机厅等采用钢材都很普遍。
但是,钢材作为建筑材料在防火方面又存在一些难以避免的缺陷,它的机械性能,如屈服点,抗拉及弹性模量等均会因温度的升高而急剧下降。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,包括钢板、粘结层、保温层和瓷釉层,所述钢板作为基板,所述粘结层覆盖钢板表面,所述保温层表面设有紧密粘结的粘结层,所述瓷釉层覆盖于保温层表面,所述瓷釉层表面还喷涂防火涂料;所述防火涂料其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:环氧树脂15-20%、氨基树脂7-8%、氯化石蜡6-12%、聚磷酸铵6-9%、双季戊四醇6-9%、三聚氰胺10-20%、钛白15-20%、硅灰石10-20%、200#溶剂油25-30%。
进一步地,所述钢板碳含量≤0.08%。
进一步地,所述瓷釉层的拼接处还填充玻化微珠,所述玻化微珠为建筑外墙方面的A级保温材料,具有极高的保温性能。
进一步地,所述相邻的保温层之间利用铆钉相连接,铆钉质轻,体积小,利用铆钉连接更加稳固。
进一步地,所述铆钉表面喷涂丙烯酸粘剂,丙烯酸粘剂具有很强的粘结性,使保温层与瓷釉层很好的复合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的保温层为岩棉板,不仅具有很好的保温性能,而且燃烧性能为A级,具有很好的保温、防火性能。
2、瓷釉层不仅防火性能高,并且无甲醛、苯等有害气体,瓷釉层喷涂防火涂料,提高了板材的防火性能。
3、板材缝隙中填充的玻化微珠属于建筑外墙方面的A级保温材料,具有极高的保温性能。
4、铆钉上的丙烯酸粘剂具有很强的粘结性,使保温层与瓷釉层很好的复合。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。除非特别说明,实施例中所涉及的试剂、方法均为本领域常用的试剂和方法。
如图1所示,一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,包括钢板1、粘结层2、保温层3和瓷釉层4,钢板1作为基板,粘结层2覆盖钢板1表面,保温层3表面设有紧密粘结的粘结层2,瓷釉层4覆盖于保温层3表面,瓷釉层4表面还喷涂防火涂料。
在上述实施例中,钢板1为低碳钢板,碳含量≤0.08%,瓷釉层4的拼接处还填充玻化微珠41,玻化微珠41为建筑外墙方面的A级保温材料,具有极高的保温性能,
在上述实施例中,相邻的保温层3之间利用铆钉31相连接,铆钉31质轻,体积小,利用铆钉31连接更加稳固,铆钉31的表面喷涂丙烯酸粘剂,丙烯酸粘剂具有很强的粘结性,使保温层3与瓷釉层4很好的复合。
实施例一:
防火涂料其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:环氧树脂17%、氨基树脂7%、氯化石蜡8%、聚磷酸铵6%、双季戊四醇7%、三聚氰胺14%、钛白17%、硅灰石10%、200#溶剂油27%。
实施例二:
防火涂料其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:环氧树脂19%、氨基树脂8%、氯化石蜡10%、聚磷酸铵9%、双季戊四醇8%、三聚氰胺18%、钛白19%、硅灰石20%、200#溶剂油29%。
本发明的实施例公布的是较佳的实施例,但并不局限于此,本领域的普通技术人员,极易根据上述实施例,领会本发明的精神,并做出不同的引申和变化,但只要不脱离本发明的精神,都在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:包括钢板(1)、粘结层(2)、保温层(3)和瓷釉层(4),所述钢板(1)作为基板,所述粘结层(2)覆盖钢板(1)表面,所述保温层(3)表面设有紧密粘结的粘结层(2),所述瓷釉层(4)覆盖于保温层(3)表面,所述瓷釉层(4)表面还喷涂防火涂料;所述防火涂料其原料配方组份的质量百分含量如下:环氧树脂15-20%、氨基树脂7-8%、氯化石蜡6-12%、聚磷酸铵6-9%、双季戊四醇6-9%、三聚氰胺10-20%、钛白15-20%、硅灰石10-20%、200#溶剂油25-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:所述钢板(1)碳含量≤0.08%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:所述瓷釉层(4)的拼接处还填充玻化微珠(41)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:所述相邻的保温层(3)之间利用铆钉(31)相连接。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:所述保温层(3)为岩棉板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基于钢板的防火瓷釉板材,其特征在于:所述铆钉(31)表面喷涂丙烯酸粘剂。
