本发明公开了一种竹笋切片机,所述的竹笋切片机包括箱体、切片组件、导笋组件、导板;所述箱体为长方形,内部掏空;所述切片组件安装在所述箱体内壁上;所述导笋组件安装在所述箱体内壁上;所述导板安装在所述箱体内,处于所述切片组件和所述导笋组件下方。本发明有效代替传统人工手动切笋片的方式,极大提高切笋片的效率,保证切出笋片的均匀性,同时做到安全切笋片的安全性。

本发明属于竹笋加工技术领域,具体来说是一种竹笋切片机。
背景技术
目前,传统的竹笋切片方式,都是人工一手握住竹笋另一只手用刀具一刀刀的切片,这样势必会给人们带来繁重的劳动强度,同时效率也会很慢,切一节竹笋起码要十五至三十分钟,其次人工切片也无法保证每片笋片厚度均匀一致,笋片厚度不一致会影响到食用的口感,还有手握住竹笋来切极其容易切伤手指,存在安全隐患。
因此,有需要设计出一种不仅能够满足正常切笋片,同时无需手握竹笋切片,还能保证笋片厚度均匀一致的竹笋切片机;不仅能代替传统人工切笋片提高切笋片的效率,也避免了竹笋切片时存在误伤的安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种竹笋切片机。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种竹笋切片机,所述的竹笋切片机包括箱体(1)、切片组件(2)、导笋组件(3)、导板(4);所述箱体(1)为长方形,内部掏空;所述切片组件(2)安装在所述箱体(1)内壁上;所述导笋组件(3)安装在所述箱体(1)内壁上;所述导板(4)安装在所述箱体(1)内,处于所述切片组件(2)和所述导笋组件(3)下方。
优选的,所述的箱体(1),箱体(1)内部为掏空;箱体(1)前端封面设有长方形的取笋口(11);后封面中心靠右侧设有切笋组件连接孔(12);切笋组件连接孔(12)同一中心线上的左侧设有导笋组件连接孔(13);在导笋组件连接孔(13)同一中心线上的箱体(1)内壁上,左右对称设有两条导滑槽(14)。减少外界粉尘对笋片的污染,同时利于笋片的加工和收集。
优选的,所述的切片组件(2),由转动柄(21)、固定座(22)、传动柄(23)、切片刀(24)组成;转动柄(21)为Z字型,最前端以圆心为中心每90度设有连接口(211),共四个;固定座(22)整体为梯字型,顶部中心为带螺纹的轴孔(221),固定座(22)安装在转动柄(21)和传动柄(23)上;传动柄(23)尾端以圆心为中心每90度设有凸起的连接卡块(231),共四个,连接卡块(231)尺寸与连接口(211)尺寸一致,传动柄(23)中间设有螺纹(232),传动柄(23)的连接卡块(231)与转动柄(21)的连接口(211)配套连接;切片刀(24)安装在传动柄(23)尾端,切片刀(24)以中心的固定孔(242)为圆心四周设有四片扇形的刀片(241),每90度一片,刀片(241)头大尾小,四周边都为内倾斜刀口,切片刀(24)之间安装间距为3MM。做到切笋片省力,提高竹笋切片效率,从而降低劳动强度;保证切刀组件的可靠性和耐用性。保证竹笋切片时,保证每片笋片的厚度均匀一致。
优选的,所述的导笋组件(3),由导管片(31)、导管片弹簧(32)、滑动座弹簧(33)、滑动座(34)组成;导管片(31)为对称两片,中心内部为半圆形,两侧边均匀对称设有六个弹簧固定孔座(311);导管片弹簧(32)安装在两片组成的导管片(31)的弹簧固定孔座(311)内,共六根导管片弹簧(32);滑动座(34)为正方形,共两块,一端为半圆形的固定面(341),固定面(341)内直径等于导管片(31)的外直径,固定面(341)上下两端中心设有弹簧固定孔座孔(342),弹簧固定孔座孔(342)两侧中心线上设有滑动座弹簧固定孔(343);滑动座(34)侧面中心位置设有导滑块(344),导滑块(344)外形尺寸与导滑槽(14)内尺寸一致;滑动座弹簧(33)安装在两块组成的滑动座(34)上的滑动座弹簧固定孔(343)内,共四根滑动座弹簧(33)。保证满足固定不同尺寸大小的竹笋,避免不会因为不同尺寸大小的竹笋导致无法固定无法进行切片;保持匀线性,从而保证竹笋切片的厚度均匀一致性。
优选的,所述的导板(4),上部分为向下倾斜的导斜面(41),导斜面(41)尾端为折弯的折挡面(42);导斜面(41)与箱体(1)内部底面倾斜夹角角度为170度,导斜面(41)与折挡面(42)的夹角角度为100度;导斜面(41)两侧边与箱体(1)两侧壁为密封结构,折挡面(42)与箱体(1)内部底面为密封结构。便于笋片的收集,保证密封性的同时利于清洁清理。
优选的,所述切片组件(2)的切刀(24),第一把切刀(24)的切刀面要与所述导笋组件(3)的导管片(31)前端面相切;切刀(24)的转动半径等于或大于导管片(31)两片组合的直径。保证可以完全切断所切竹笋完成切片。
本发明的有益效果是:一种竹笋切片机,利用转动柄和传动柄来做到省力同时避免切伤的安全隐患,旋转式等距切刀能够有效持续的对竹笋切片,还能够保证切出的笋片在厚度上均匀一致;滑动收缩式的导管片,可以自动对不同尺寸大小的竹笋进行固定,让竹笋进行直线性滑动,进一步满足切笋片的厚度均匀一致性的需求;密闭的箱体和导板能够降低外界对笋片的污染以及便于笋片的收集。

现在结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的说明:
如图1至图12所示,一种竹笋切片机,所述的竹笋切片机包括箱体(1)、切片组件(2)、导笋组件(3)、导板(4);所述箱体(1)为长方形,内部掏空;所述切片组件(2)安装在所述箱体(1)内壁上;所述导笋组件(3)安装在所述箱体(1)内壁上;所述导板(4)安装在所述箱体(1)内,处于所述切片组件(2)和所述导笋组件(3)下方。
如图1至图12所示为本发明实例,当需要切笋时,把竹笋放入箱体1固定在导笋组件连接孔13上的导笋组件3内,竹笋会把导笋组件3上的导管片31撑开,同时弹簧固定孔座311的导管片弹簧32也会受到竹笋的撑力扩张而收缩收紧固定竹笋,此时固定在箱体1内壁上导滑槽14的滑动座34的固定面341和弹簧固定孔座孔342在受到导笋组件3上的导管片31撑开的作用力下打开,滑动座弹簧固定孔343上的滑动座弹簧33会施加作用力到滑动座34来让导滑块344在竹笋所产生的作用力下沿着箱体1内壁上导滑槽14滑动。待竹笋滑动到导笋组件3出口处时,人们手握固定在箱体1切笋组件连接孔12的切片组件2的转动柄21,转动转动柄21,转动柄21在固定座22上的轴孔221的固定支撑下转动,转动柄21前端的连接口211会与传动柄23尾端的连接卡块231配合带动传动柄23中间的螺纹232在固定座22上的轴孔221转动,通过固定孔242在传动柄23上安装的切片刀24会随之转动,切片刀24四周的刀片241会在转动作用力下进行转动对竹笋进行切片,切好的笋片会掉落到导板4上的导斜面41顺势滑落到折挡面42之后掉落到箱体1的取笋口11内侧区域,在切完竹笋或者切笋的途中人们都可以在取笋口11收集切好的笋片。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹笋切片机,其特征在于:所述的切片组件(2),由转动柄(21)、固定座(22)、传动柄(23)、切片刀(24)组成;转动柄(21)为Z字型,最前端以圆心为中心每90度设有连接口(211),共四个;固定座(22)整体为梯字型,顶部中心为带螺纹的轴孔(221),固定座(22)安装在转动柄(21)和传动柄(23)上;传动柄(23)尾端以圆心为中心每90度设有凸起的连接卡块(231),共四个,连接卡块(231)尺寸与连接口(211)尺寸一致,传动柄(23)中间设有螺纹(232),传动柄(23)的连接卡块(231)与转动柄(21)的连接口(211)配套连接;切片刀(24)安装在传动柄(23)尾端,切片刀(24)以中心的固定孔(242)为圆心四周设有四片扇形的刀片(241),每90度一片,刀片(241)头大尾小,四周边都为内倾斜刀口,切片刀(24)之间安装间距为3MM。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹笋切片机,其特征在于:所述的导笋组件(3),由导管片(31)、导管片弹簧(32)、滑动座弹簧(33)、滑动座(34)组成;导管片(31)为对称两片,中心内部为半圆形,两侧边均匀对称设有六个弹簧固定孔座(311);导管片弹簧(32)安装在两片组成的导管片(31)的弹簧固定孔座(311)内,共六根导管片弹簧(32);滑动座(34)为正方形,共两块,一端为半圆形的固定面(341),固定面(341)内直径等于导管片(31)的外直径,固定面(341)上下两端中心设有弹簧固定孔座孔(342),弹簧固定孔座孔(342)两侧中心线上设有滑动座弹簧固定孔(343);滑动座(34)侧面中心位置设有导滑块(344),导滑块(344)外形尺寸与导滑槽(14)内尺寸一致;滑动座弹簧(33)安装在两块组成的滑动座(34)上的滑动座弹簧固定孔(343)内,共四根滑动座弹簧(33)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹笋切片机,其特征在于:所述的导板(4),上部分为向下倾斜的导斜面(41),导斜面(41)尾端为折弯的折挡面(42);导斜面(41)与箱体(1)内部底面倾斜夹角角度为170度,导斜面(41)与折挡面(42)的夹角角度为100度;导斜面(41)两侧边与箱体(1)两侧壁为密封结构,折挡面(42)与箱体(1)内部底面为密封结构。
