本发明涉及一种手摇厨用快速切片机,主要包括切片机构,凹凸轮、手摇机构、弹簧、支持壁、外壳构成;所述的手摇机构包括手摇杆、转轴、大皮带轮、皮带、小皮带轮构成;所述的支持壁和外壳提供各机件的依附和保护所述的切片机构由推凸头、刀片、下挡板依次连接构成,刀片的左端为推凸头、右端与下挡板平行并且相互上下有间距为切片的厚度,刀片与下挡板通过双侧面两条连接框连接不重叠;所述的切片机构上左面与凹凸轮活动接触、右面与弹簧固定连接;所述的凹凸轮与小皮带轮并排固定连接并且有共同转轴,小皮带轮通过皮带由人手摇动大皮带轮驱动。一种手摇厨用快速切片机结构简单、操作简单、切片快速、使用安全,是最好的家庭厨用工具。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种厨用切片机,特别涉及的是以手摇动为动力的切片机,属于农业加工技术领域。
背景技术
切片机是切制薄而均匀组织片的机械,组织用坚硬的石蜡或其他物质支持,每切一次借切片厚度器自动向前(向刀的方向)推进所需距离,厚度器的梯度通常为1微米。切制石蜡包埋的组织时,由于与前一张切片的蜡边粘着,而制成多张切片的切片条。
有的精密仪器式切片机,用于制作细胞或组织切片的机器。用于光学显微镜的有旋转式和滑走式切片机。用于电子显微镜的有超薄切片机,使用玻璃刀或钻石刀制作超薄切片。材料的装置有机械推进式和热膨胀式。用于冷冻切片法的有冷冻切片机、低温恒温器、冷冻超薄切片机。用于徒手切片的有圆筒切片机(cylinder microtome)。
切片机是切制薄而均匀组织片的机械,组织用坚硬的石蜡或其他物质支持,每切一次借切片厚度器自动向前(向刀的方向)推进所需距离,厚度器的梯度通常为1微米。切制石蜡包埋的组织时,由于与前一张切片的蜡边粘着,而制成多张切片的切片条。
切片机的基本类型的五种,按其结构可分为:(1)摇动式切片机,即振动式切片机。半自动的摇动式切片机可以在手动控制切片厚度的同时进行自动切片。全自动的摇动式切片机可以进行精确经济地切片。(2)轮转式切片机,轮转式切片机可直接使用一次性刀片,宽窄一次性刀片都可以使用,方便简单。采用流线型外罩整洁大方,罩壳顶部可放置刀片和蜡块,使用进口滚柱导轨,高精密度滚柱丝杆,设计合理、结构紧固、精密度高、稳定可靠是现代病理组织学切片的理想产品。3)滑动式切片机。(4)推动式(雪橇式)切片机,即平推式切片机。稳定的平推式切片机配备全封闭的微米进样系统,并具有靠近用户的样品头,符合人体工效学布置。使用方便触及的滑架锁可将运行自如的滑架锁定在11个位置。(5)冰冻切片机,当一名外科医生申请术中会诊时,冰冻切片机可快速、可靠、安全地处理冰冻组织,得到精准的冰冻切片,确保即刻获得切片分析结果。普通最常用的是轮转式切片机。
现今的厨用切片机主要用于对瓜果类进行切片,或一些冻肉进行切片,主要以手动的铡刀式切片机较多,然而铡刀式切片机难以做到一动几切片,因此一铡一片的方式还是太慢。快切的切片机有电动式切片机,电动机转动快速,切片当然快了,但电动式切片机成本过高,体积过大,不适合普通小型家庭使用。另一方面,从安全方面来说,我们不建设在厨房使用电力切片机,因为一般的瓜果水分过多,并且都是要先清洗后才切片,人的手经常处于潮湿状态,切片机也经常处于潮湿状态,很容易发生触电安全事故。
发明内容
为了克服一般的手摇切片机切片过慢, 而电动切片机成本过高、体积大、易潮湿、易触电的问题,我们发明了一种手摇式切片机,它结构简单,手摇切片快,体积小,成本低,使用简单安全,适合一般的家庭厨房使用。
一种手摇厨用快速切片机解决问题所采取的技术方案是:一种手摇厨用快速切片机,主要包括切片机构,凹凸轮、手摇机构、弹簧、支持壁、外壳构成;所述的手摇机构包括手摇杆、转轴、大皮带轮、皮带、小皮带轮构成;所述的支持壁和外壳提供各机件的依附和保护所述的切片机构由推凸头、刀片、下挡板依次连接构成,刀片的左端为推凸头、右端与下挡板平行并且相互上下有间距为切片的厚度,刀片与下挡板通过双侧面两条连接框连接不重叠;所述的切片机构上左面与凹凸轮活动接触、右面与弹簧固定连接;所述的凹凸轮与小皮带轮并排固定连接并且有共同转轴,小皮带轮通过皮带由人手摇动大皮带轮驱动。
一种手摇厨用快速切片机上的切片机构的刀片可以是块状的切片刀片,也可以是有弯拱刀形的切丝刀片。
一种手摇厨用快速切片机发明的有益效果是:一种手摇厨用快速切片机通过手摇动大皮带轮带动凹凸转轮上的小皮带轮,达到将凹凸转轮转速提高;一种手摇厨用快速切片机将切片机构左边的推凸头与凹凸轮活动接触,右边与弹簧连接,达到将摇动产生的转动形式转化为左右往复运动的切铡形式,将压到切片机构上的瓜果快速切成片状;一种手摇厨用快速切片机还可通过更换切片机构上的刀片为切丝刀片对瓜果作切丝状;一种手摇厨用快速切片机结构简单,切片操作简单,切片快速,使用安全,是最好的家庭厨用工具。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对一种摇厨用快速切片机作进一步的实施说明。
图1是一种手摇厨用快速切片机的中间剖面结构原理侧面图。图中我们看到了一只主要由外壳8围成的长方体状机械,长方体左上角侧面有手摇杆伸出,长方体上部中间有入口7、下部中间有出口16,其中入口7侧壁有一块入口壁6可由侧面的调节螺丝5作调节进行左右活动,进行扩张或收缩入口的调节,以适合不同大小的瓜果塞进去。以黄瓜3为例,黄瓜3进到入口7内,因重力而下落过程中,撞到一块下挡板17,当人摇动操作时,这块下挡板17不是静止的,却是横向伸缩动作,下挡板17刚开始向右边的支持壁9中缩去,紧接着右边侧面上部有一块刀片14伸了出来,黄瓜3被即刻截去了一小块黄瓜片15,刀片14的下部却没了下挡板17,于是黄瓜片15掉了下去,如此不断的重复,一条黄瓜3掉到入口7,从出口16出来的全部变成了黄瓜片15。
我们拆开这部一种手摇厨用快速切片机看看内部结构,到底为什么刀片14和下挡板17能作不断的横向往复切铡动作。原来,刀片14与下挡板17通过两侧的两条连接框19进行了连接,刀片14的左边连接一推凸头13,它们共同连接一体化成为切片机构。这一切片机构的左右移动是因为推凸头13与一个怪状的凹凸轮12作活动接触,凹凸轮12的转动将把凹沟和凸头在推凸头13前轮替出现,而切片机构右边的弹簧18将迫使切片机构要保持与凹凸轮12作接触,因此皮切片机构要适应这种凹凸而作左右的往复运动。从图1中我们看到了凹凸轮12上有一小皮带轮11,中间还有转轴10,小皮带轮11上有皮带4,顺着皮带4往上看,原为有一个大皮带轮2由人手摇杆1控制摇转,这么一来,人只要摇一圈,凹凸轮12已经转了好几圈,而凹凸轮12上有4个凹凸头,凹凸轮12转一圈,凹凸轮12上刀片14往复作切铡动作4次,也就是说,人摇一圈,黄瓜15被切了十几块,这只不过是发生在两秒间的事。如果换作人工操刀切,这么快速的切瓜也称老师傅了,但切到黄瓜尾却把手指也切了。
为了让人们更好地了解切片机构的构造,我们展示了图2,图2是一种手摇厨用快速切片机的切片机构原理上表面俯视图。图中我们看到了整个切片机构包括依次连接的推凸头13、刀片14、下挡板17。另外,图2还出现了弹簧18。刀片14与下挡板17的上下间距,就是切片的厚度,下挡板17的设置,使人在摇动的动程中,不论是快、慢、或停下,条状的瓜果是不能掉过切刀14的,只有通过切片后才能掉下。更换不同间隔的切片机构,就可以进行不同厚度的切片。
图3展示了切丝式的切片机构结构原理图,图3的切片机构只是将刀片14更换成了切丝刀片。

1.一种手摇厨用快速切片机,主要包括切片机构,凹凸轮、手摇机构、弹簧、支持壁、外壳构成;所述的手摇机构包括手摇杆、转轴、大皮带轮、皮带、小皮带轮构成;所述的支持壁和外壳提供各机件的依附和保护;其特征是:所述的切片机构由推凸头、刀片、下挡板依次连接构成,刀片的左端为推凸头、右端与下挡板平行并且相互上下有间距为切片的厚度,刀片与下挡板通过双侧面两条连接框连接不重叠;所述的切片机构上左面与凹凸轮活动接触、右面与弹簧固定连接;所述的凹凸轮与小皮带轮并排固定连接并且有共同转轴,小皮带轮通过皮带由人手摇动大皮带轮驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手摇厨用快速切片机,其特征是:所述的切片机构上的刀片可以是块状的切片刀片,也可以是有弯拱刀形的切丝刀片。
