本发明的目的是提供一种工业布浸胶配胶系统，配胶罐下方连接有底座，配胶罐上方设置有可拆卸的搅拌器，搅拌器底部为搅拌臂，搅拌臂位于配胶罐内中间；所述配胶罐左侧顶部设置有加料口；所述配胶罐右侧底部设置有可拆卸的安装口，安装口右侧连接有出液管，出液管右侧连接有输液管，输液管右侧连接有储液罐，输液管连接在储液罐的顶部。通过加料口加料到配胶罐中，通过搅拌器对料液进行搅拌，这样的配胶效果十分优异，配胶完毕后通过出液管和输液管运输到储液罐内，安装口可拆卸从而可拆下出液管便于清洗配胶罐，设置升降器对称重台进行升降可方便称重上料。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业用布的浸胶配制领域，尤其涉及一种工业布浸胶配胶系统。
背景技术
工业用布为用于工业中各种输送带，传送带的用布，对于某些领域来说，务必需要工业用布的性能更加优异，因此工业用布在生产中需要进行浸渍胶。浸胶需要多种原料进行配制，目前生产中的配制系统效果不好，效率低。因此解决这一问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种工业布浸胶配胶系统，通过加料口加料到配胶罐中，通过搅拌器对料液进行搅拌，这样的配胶效果十分优异，配胶完毕后通过出液管和输液管运输到储液罐内，安装口可拆卸从而可拆下出液管便于清洗配胶罐，设置升降器对称重台进行升降可方便称重上料，可以高效快速的进行配胶，解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种工业布浸胶配胶系统，包括有配胶罐，所述配胶罐下方连接有底座，配胶罐上方设置有可拆卸的搅拌器，搅拌器底部为搅拌臂，搅拌臂位于配胶罐内中间；所述配胶罐左侧顶部设置有加料口；所述配胶罐右侧底部设置有可拆卸的安装口，安装口右侧连接有出液管，出液管右侧连接有输液管，输液管右侧连接有储液罐，输液管连接在储液罐的顶部。
进一步改进在于：所述配胶罐底部设置有从左往右倾斜的导向板。
进一步改进在于：所述加料口顶部设置有顶盖。
进一步改进在于：所述出液管上方设置有抽液泵。
进一步改进在于：所述配胶罐左侧底部位于加料口下方设置有升降器，升降器顶部设置有称重台。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过加料口加料到配胶罐中，通过搅拌器对料液进行搅拌，这样的配胶效果十分优异，配胶完毕后通过出液管和输液管运输到储液罐内，安装口可拆卸从而可拆下出液管便于清洗配胶罐，设置升降器对称重台进行升降可方便称重上料，可以高效快速的进行配胶，适用于生产中。

如图1所示，本实施例提供一种工业布浸胶配胶系统，包括有配胶罐1，所述配胶罐1下方连接有底座2，配胶罐1上方设置有可拆卸的搅拌器3，搅拌器3底部为搅拌臂4，搅拌臂4位于配胶罐1内中间；所述配胶罐1左侧顶部设置有加料口5；所述配胶罐1右侧底部设置有可拆卸的安装口6，安装口6右侧连接有出液管7，出液管7右侧连接有输液管8，输液管8右侧连接有储液罐9，输液管8连接在储液罐9的顶部。所述配胶罐1底部设置有从左往右倾斜的导向板10。所述加料口5顶部设置有顶盖11。所述出液管7上方设置有抽液泵12。所述配胶罐1左侧底部位于加料口5下方设置有升降器13，升降器13顶部设置有称重台14。
通过加料口5加料到配胶罐1中，通过搅拌器3对料液进行搅拌，这样的配胶效果十分优异，配胶完毕后通过出液管7和输液管8运输到储液罐9内，安装口6可拆卸从而可拆下出液管7便于清洗配胶罐1，设置升降器13对称重台14进行升降可方便称重上料，可以高效快速的进行配胶，适用于生产中。

1.一种工业布浸胶配胶系统，包括有配胶罐（1），其特征在于：所述配胶罐（1）下方连接有底座（2），配胶罐（1）上方设置有可拆卸的搅拌器（3），搅拌器（3）底部为搅拌臂（4），搅拌臂（4）位于配胶罐（1）内中间；所述配胶罐（1）左侧顶部设置有加料口（5）；所述配胶罐（1）右侧底部设置有可拆卸的安装口（6），安装口（6）右侧连接有出液管（7），出液管（7）右侧连接有输液管（8），输液管（8）右侧连接有储液罐（9），输液管（8）连接在储液罐（9）的顶部。
