Abstract

Description
本申请是申请日为2013年1月9日、申请号为201380005149.2、发明名称为“用于过滤来自工业装置的气体流出物的方法”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
本发明涉及过滤工业装置上的气体流出物的方法所用的膜,尤其是在核来源能量的生产领域。
更特别地,本发明可允许以高流速选择性分选气态化学品和/或放射性物类,尤其是通过膜分离,目标主要是在正常操作和异常操作情况下,特别是在严重事故期间,安全回收所述装置上生产的气体排放物。
在核装置的特定情况中,对环境的影响主要涉及废料的放射性特征、热特征和化学特征。取决于它们的辐射性水平和它们的化学组成,将放射性元素储存、处理然后包装以形成废料。这些放射性元素的一些以气态形式排出至大气中,当然是在适用的规章所严格限定的浓度下。在正常运行期间生产的气体排出物通常源自发电厂的纯化和过滤回路,其收集通过操作组成所述装置的系统和设备而产生的放射性元素的一部分。例如在法国,这些通过核电站生产的放射性气体排出物可通常呈现对于稀有气体(rare or noble gases)约1.1%的允许限度,对于氚为11.1%和对于碘(有机和无机两者)为3.6%。氦、氖、氩、氪、氙和氡形成稀有气体(rare gases)族,化学元素周期表的第零族,但是下文将使用稀有气体(noble gases)的名称,因为它被lUPAC(国际纯粹与应用化学联合会)和“BulletinOfficiel du Ministere Francais de I'Education nationale (法国国家教育部官方公告)”推荐。这些废料通常为低活性的,且它们包含的放射性核素不是非常毒性的,且通常具有短周期。应注意到气体排出物包含固体和液体颗粒。具有放射性特性的那些形成具有高可变粒径的气溶胶。在悬浮尘埃上遭遇的裂变现象产生放射性核素,例如卤素、稀有气体、氚和碳14。因此形成的气溶胶的组成和放射性在很大程度上取决于反应堆类型和排放路径。
通常,在它们排出至大气之前处理核电厂的气体流出物,以提取大多数的放射性元素。现有实践由过滤被污染的气体和建筑通风组成,以便在它们排出至大气之前由此提取放射性颗粒。空气通风和纯化系统通常包括与绝对过滤器结合的粗预过滤器。要指出的是,应注意到对于具有约0.3mm直径的颗粒,提取收率一般达到至少99.9%。
放射性碘通过与灰尘过滤器结合的浸渍有活性炭(charcoal)的过滤器提取。需要煤的浸渍以保留用碘化有机化合物。
由燃料元素放出的放射性稀有气体以延迟模式在分散之后释放至大气以降低活性水平。两种方法用于该目的:在专门贮器中缓冲存储或通过若干层活性炭。为了存储,因此,引入稀有气体和载气,通过将它们泵送入密封贮器,在此将它们保存直到批准将它们释放至大气中。另一个方法由以下组成:将流出物通至一系列的活性炭柱,其延迟稀有气体相对于载气的前进,因此促进它们的放射性衰变。
处理和包装低和中等活性废料的大多数方法目前得到良好开发,且在工业规模上使用。所述技术足够先进以保证来自发电厂的废料的有效处理,但是改进总是有可能的而且是期望的。这种管理的增加预算促进采用可将产生量减少至最小的方法和技术,以及研究进一步减少处理和包装阶段的体积的新手段。例如,我们提到使用以下:用于改善液体废料处理的特定矿物吸附剂;同样用于处理液体废料的膜技术;珠粒树脂和来自过滤器的泥浆的干燥;耗尽的离子交换树脂的焚化;衣物和其它保护性织物材料的干洗,用于减少洗衣用水的量;高耐性的密闭壳的使用,用于包装干燥的过滤器泥浆;中等活性的某些废料的玻璃化,用于减少要去除的体积;和非燃料废料的过压实。
与本领域最近的工业现状相关的这些技术或许不会全部通用于废料的管理,特别是在核电厂中,但是该研究与开发工作显示了核工业和电厂操作员对于废料管理的安全性和经济性的重大关注,及宣告了提高。
本发明涉及在要用于处理由工业尤其是核装置产生的气体流出物的膜技术的特定方法中的用途。
在使用水冷反应堆技术(即现今世界范围安装基数的约95%)的核电厂反应堆的严重事故情况下,反应堆建筑物内部的气氛随时间变化并形成包含空气、蒸汽、不可冷凝气体(基本上为H2、CO、CO2、裂变产物如气溶胶、蒸气和气体……)的混合物,从空间和时间的两种观点来看,其比例可变。由此导致的压力增加和/或包含在该混合物中的有害产物的累积,最终导致释放至外部环境,以便避免由氢爆炸或超过所述建筑物可容许的压力导致的机械完整性的损失。从所述建筑物逃逸的流体可为空气、放射性气体、蒸汽或流体的混合物。该方法的目标为在脱气阶段期间对于排出物分离放射性和/或环境危害元素,以回收它们用于任选的特定处理用于存储,或鉴于它们的可能的再利用以及避免危险的排出物进入环境中而再加工它们。
在80年代早期,简单设备被安装到若干核电厂的适合位置,以限制事故后果。一个目标为能通过特定体统控制和过滤气体排出物。
现在,这些所谓的“缓和”系统用于通过将气体经过滤过程排出而引起反应堆建筑物中的压降。两种不同的技术存在于世界范围内运行的核安装基数中。
-砂滤系统,在其中无差别地俘获放射性气体:在严重事故的情况下,反应堆建筑物的密闭壳内部的压力可能或多或少快速地提高。通过起动砂滤系统,有可能以受控方法排出气体-蒸汽混合物的一部分。这将避免密闭壳的过度加压,同时显著地限制放射性排出物。这些砂滤器主要用于法国,使包含在气流中的有害元素的约50%被过滤,被保留,但是对稀有气体不起作用。图1说明了发电厂10,其装备有放置在气体排出烟囱15上游的砂滤器20和用于测量废料的单元25;
-利用喷洒的脱气系统,其不允许选择性的脱气。在这些回路中,在回路中循环的水的一部分作为蒸汽逃脱到大气中,尤其是,当其通入空气冷却塔时,而且另一部分送回至环境中,以限制不可蒸发产物的过高浓度。该系统,尤其是用于德国和瑞典,允许包含在气流中的有害元素的约75%被截留,但是也对稀有气体不起作用。这非常庞大(>100m3)和困难,且因此应用和维持起来昂贵。
这两种系统都被设置成通过手动或辅助活动以打开区域阀而主动操作。在上游它们需要驱动压力以便产生流动并获得有效过滤。它们的操作是被动的,直至一定压力阈值,所述压力阈值由过滤系统的选定尺寸尤其是由它的流体阻力决定。在该压力阈值以下,需要致动器并因此需要电力供应来扩展过滤功能。此外,不同参数的监控,尤其是环境参数,也需要电能的供应。
本发明的目标为提供被污染和/或有害的(尤其是放射性的)气体流出物的过滤方法,其不再产生上述缺点。
本发明的目标尤其是提供这样的过滤方法,其有效得多,允许将包含在待处理的气体流出物中的有害元素的总量基本过滤。
本发明的目标尤其是提供一种方法,其既允许放射性气体在脱气、其俘获、其区分、其暂存、其用于后续再利用的任选处理期间的选择性分离,又允许核电厂的密闭壳中的被污染气氛的受控稀释和处理。
本发明的目标还在于提供用于过滤来自核电厂的气体流出物的方法,其具有持久的有效性且能根据需求连续或间歇运行。
本发明的目标还在于提供用于过滤来自核电厂的气体流出物的方法,其在严重事故的情况下运行。
本发明的目标还在于提供用于过滤来自工业设备的气体流出物的装置,所述装置包括改进的膜。
因此,本发明的目标为过滤来自工业装置的有害气体流出物的方法所用的膜,其包含包括内表面和外表面的壁,所述壁在所述壁的径向及纵向上具有可变尺寸的孔(P)。

所述方法主要参考其在具有密闭壳的核电厂的应用来描述,然而也适用于无任何密闭壳的核电厂,且更普遍地适用于任何类型的工业装置。
对于法国安装基数中的压水反应堆,密闭壳100具有约70,000-80,000m3的体积,且通常由混凝土的双重壁110、120构成,如图3说明。在密闭壳内由事故引起的裂变产物的存在(以气溶胶、蒸气和气体的形式)导致在密闭壳和贮槽的气氛内相当大的β和γ剂量率,所述贮槽中大多数气溶胶沉降。在这两各阶段中的预期剂量率通常为约10kGy.h-1。
无论什么情况,该值尤其取决于燃料的劣化条件、保留在主回路中的裂变产物、密闭壳内的气氛和贮槽之间的裂变产物的分布、密闭壳内主要的热工水力条件的函数本身,而且当然取决于由事故开始经过的时间。
气体流出物的温度通常大于发电厂外环境的环境温度。普遍接受的温度通常为40℃-140℃,根据情况和所考虑的时间标度。应注意到40℃以下或140℃以上的温度为可能的。至于湿度率,其自身也可在0-100%变化,取决于事故的动力学和预期类型。
辐射分解可能导致臭氧、一氧化二氮N2O、一氧化氮NO、二氧化氮NO2、亚硝酸HNO2和硝酸HNO3的形成。
不同的小组已经实验观察到,在干燥空气中,O3、NO2和半五氧化物N2O5的形成,和在湿空气中(0.5%的水质量分数),O3、NO2、HNO2和HNO3的形成。概括来说,在严重事故的情况下,可存在于密闭壳中的辐射分解产物大部分为NOx(NO2和N2O)和当然O3。
由包括IRSSN(“lnstitut de Radioprotection et de Surete Nucleaire (辐射防护和和安全学会)”)的若干实验室在项目范围内进行的实验已经给出检测通过固体金属碘化物的分解产生挥发性碘的物理-化学反应的可能性,所述项目目标是控制核电厂中尤其是涉及催化复合器行为的氢风险。
以下表格显示了对于在操作法国的运行安装基数的反应堆的严重事故期间遇到的来源项(典型排出)评估的主要要素的数量级。由于所述来源项为反应堆类型的特性,根据国家可能观察到差异。无论如何,这些值可用作选定尺寸的基础,用于实施适用于核电厂的本发明。
应在活性水平和排出的质量当量水平两方面注意到稀有气体的显著贡献。
本方法可经选定尺寸以便能处理流速为至少1kg/s,有利地为3.5kg/s的湿空气,其达到足够驱动压力以操作所述系统,即至少1巴的压力,有利地为至少10巴绝对压力,在5巴下具有4kg/m3的平均比重,且能在数个月(通常三个月)的周期内,处理约1kg或更多的放射性碘。
特别地,本方法的目标为提供非污染性处理,其考虑了待处理的流体的全部上述数据,其所需要的纯化系数为:
-对于气溶胶,本方法具有大于1,000的纯化系数。
-关于无机碘(I2),纯化系数大于1,000。
-关于有机碘(ICH3),纯化系数大于100。
-本方法有利表明对稀有气体的非常高的纯化系数,尤其是大于1,000。
-本方法对四氧化钌(RuO4)具有大于100的纯化系数。
-本方法的目标也为通过处理包含放射性气体的空气,随时间使密闭壳内部的活性稀释。
所述纯化系数定义为过滤装置的测量的上游/下游比率。
本方法使用膜滤法,以实施密闭壳的脱气:在密闭壳中主要压力的作用下,至少释放流速为3.5-7kg/s的由空气、蒸汽、气体(O3、NO2、HNO2、HNO3、N2O5类型)和密闭壳中存在的裂变产物(形式为气溶胶、蒸气和气体例如稀有气体、无机碘和有机碘)组成的流体。
本方法有利地将惰性气体例如氮用作载体。通过本方法处理的流体可用水和蒸汽饱和。为了避免由待处理的流体内的水(存在或不存在)造成的再结合和膜的氧化风险,将完全用气体饱和并通过这些气体加压的水通过压差引导至数个(通常四个)疏水脱气膜的电池200。膜分离通过筛除、吸附和/或扩散实现。由此通过载气例如氮运载的气体经过疏水膜(具有中空纤维的脱气法),尤其是通过渗透压扩散和分离,并引导至选择性气体扩散膜的电池210、220、230、……,根据需求和/或益处,采用允许分选和选择气体的级联或串联。
膜分离方法基于膜对于待分离分子的选择性截留性质。对于级联内的第一气体扩散膜,有可能考虑全部上述数据且回收全部稀有气体,取决于所需的纯化系数。
这些是选择性膜,尤其基于陶瓷,(对于放射性为惰性),陶瓷尤其保证氙、氪和氩的分离。所述膜还可由其它适合的材料制造,例如像碳化物(尤其是二氧化硅的碳化物)、钨或钛、Kevlar、聚合物(尤其是PEEK(聚醚醚酮)或PTFE(聚四氟乙烯))。由此分离的气体和存在于截留物中的全部可以压缩形式储存在密封的贮器中,每一个包含单一的气体物类。这些贮器允许裂变产物的存储和放射性衰变两者、捕获气体的可能的再利用、它们的中和或甚至它们通过在空气中稀释而最终排出。
所述膜的气体扩散和选择透过性允许气体通过特定陶瓷膜以在一方面捕获无机碘,在另一方面捕获有机碘。
也可能提供经过在其上已经接枝俘获目标元素(例如铯)的冠状杯4芳烃分子的一个(或多个)膜,然后以相同的原理,经过捕集锶的膜(例如,包括由于它对锶的特别的亲合力而选择的另一种杯芳烃)。
每个膜包括提供有内表面和外表面的壁。所述壁具有孔P。所述壁可为圆柱形或平面形。可将数个壁重叠,按圆柱结构同轴或按平面结构堆积。
图4示意性地更特别地说明了具有管状几何形状的膜210的结构。所述膜的壁包括适合于保留气体流出物中有害元素的孔P。取决于孔的材料和尺寸,所述膜专用于特给定元素的过滤。所述孔的尺寸为径向可变的,例如从外部到内部减少,和轴向可变的,例如在图4说明的位置从右到左地减少。本实例中,待过滤的气流在膜外部以箭头A的方向流动,而载气在膜内部以相反方向流动,按箭头B的方向。在气流中待过滤的元素在穿过膜的壁时被分离,从外部到内部,通过从最大孔通到最小孔。该分离可在压力下进行,通过膜壁内部和外部之间的压差,或通过扩散。
所述膜为具有经校准的中空多孔纤维的模块。通过螺旋卷绕纤维,对于高脱气速率的流的大暴露可能具有最小的压降。在每个阶段,孔直径受控制低至几纳米。因此这些膜沿着膜表面的径向和纵向包括可变的孔隙性,适于要捕获的分子大小。陶瓷材料的有利实施方案还显示所述材料对于放射性的完全不受损害。
载气N2的选择允许NO2、HNO2、HNO3、N2O5类型的气体再结合为氮和H2O。在选择性膜的出口,通过测量气体污染,经过通往冷却和排出烟囱的受控螺线管阀,有可能在第一阶段得到清洁的经处理流体排出物。
该螺线管阀也得到以下可能性:沿着用于稀释密闭壳内部稀释的返回管线130发送所有或部分回收的氮。这可通过经氮分离膜送回富氧但是无任何放射性元素的空气来实现。
该方法在无外部能量下运行,只要在水调节中的压力大于由系统选定尺寸决定的下限值,通常1.5巴。手动打开所述回路的一个入口阀导致存储缸的自动加压以存储载气(通常为氮)和经由膨胀阀将该载气放入回路内。
另一方面,在低于下限值(通常1.5巴)的压力的情况下,通过致动器或加压的外部回路例如通过真空压缩机,从疏水膜脱除气体。
这样的一个实施方案包括在交换器内部提供吸力的真空泵,所述交换器提供有自动排放器和增压泵,其将水送回至调节。该真空泵将吸入的气体压缩以在选择性膜的一侧产生高压。
选择性膜的低压侧通过空气冷却塔产生的吸力得到,或通过由风扇在密闭壳内部产生的再循环空气的吸力得到。
有利地,所述方法包含:第一前端过滤,尤其是利用金属预过滤器以减少带出的放射性;第二切向过滤,用于从待处理的流出物分离空气、CO2、CO、蒸汽和残余水;第三过滤,其通过气体扩散来分离和储存有害元素(例如无机和有机碘和稀有气体),并将剩余的空气、CO2和CO排出至烟囱150;和第四过滤,其通过气体渗透回收载气例如氮,经由返回管线130以供再利用或密闭壳100内部的稀释。
用本方法,也可能处理除事故以外的密闭壳的放射性环境,以便允许在计划调节(scheduled intervention)期间在密闭壳内更快的调节。这尤其在图3中说明,其中包含在壁110和120两者之间的气氛被持续监控。在内壁110有泄漏的情况下,因此可将排出物连续过滤直到下一次维护,在维护期间将修理泄漏。这避免了一旦出现这样的泄漏就停止发电厂。
本方法的特别的优点为它的可靠性和它特别高的效率。事实上,有可能捕获大于99.5%的有害元素,且其对稀有气体是有效的,不同于现有装置。
本方法使用非分散技术:无泡沫或乳液的风险。所述过滤系统为强固的且无任何移动部分,不同于旋转式吸收塔。不管密闭壳的压力改变、湿度测定速率或温度变动,所述方法起作用。所述方法易于以工业规模创建,尤其是根据流速考虑线性扩大比例。明显比现有装置更经济。
本方法采取模块化原理并使用适合于此的技术,尤其是在连接件、组件和密封件上。该模块化允许提高的灵活性,模块的数量可根据密闭壳的污染元素和要获得的它们的回收率而调节。
所述模块的生产通过装配数千至一百万以上的元件纤维来实现,这表示,对于数百至数千平方米(m2)的膜表面,可达到1,000km的累计长度。
本方法包含有中空纤维的模块,其具有管状交换器结构、高压(HP)回路和低压(LP)回路、一定的管程和一定的压延尺寸(calender size)。本发明特别具有其紧凑性的优点,因为该比交换表面积比柱的比交换表面积大得多:为2000-3000m2/m3,而不是30-300m2/m3。
本方法允许选择性地脱除所有放射性气体,包括稀有气体。
本方法允许完全管理来自压缩气体存储的气体排出物,通过沸石将它们转换为固体废物,用于可能处理或后续的使用。
本方法安装在通风系统上,通过具有双重排出机会的系统,使得可稀释密闭壳的污染。

膜分离的性能为膜的固有性质的组合结果:
-选择性;
-渗透性;
-操作参数,例如在模块内流体的压力、温度、布置。
对于膜方法的另一个重要参数为施加在膜两侧的压差。该压差的增加(通过增加高压或减少低压)导致渗透驱动力的增加且使得分离更容易。
对于涉及气体分离的应用,渗透物的低压(气体在该压力下产生)通常为优化的重要参数,高压通常通过上游过程施加。考虑到膜的分离性能,期望尽可能低的低压。
根据另一个有利的方面,如上所述用于核电厂的利用多个膜的分选方法还可用于其它类型的工业装置,且尤其是化学工厂。膜的数量和类型将基于要过滤的和要分选出的元素来选择。
虽然已经参考其特定实施方案描述本发明,但应理解其不受限于这些实施方案,而是与此相反,本领域技术人员可提供对其所有有用的改进,而不偏离如所附权利要求限定的本发明的范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种膜(210),其用于过滤来自工业装置的气体流出物的方法,所述膜包含:
多个选择性气体扩散膜的电池,其选择性截留选自稀有气体、有机碘、无机碘、铯、锶、四氧化钌、气溶胶、蒸气和裂变产物的一种或多种,其中每一个选择性气体扩散膜由包括内表面和外表面的由经校准的中空多孔纤维形成的壁组成,
所述壁在所述壁的厚度方向及纵向上具有可变尺寸的孔(P),所述孔的尺寸在厚度方向上沿流出物气流的方向减少,所述孔的尺寸在所述壁的纵向上增加,并且每一个选择性气体扩散膜的孔隙性适于过滤选自稀有气体、有机碘、无机碘、铯、锶、四氧化钌、气溶胶、蒸气和裂变产物的一种或多种。
