本发明公开一种防腐蚀木门的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制备杀菌涂料,取如下重量份计的原料:水分散体树脂35‑45份、硅丙乳液12‑26份、填料6‑12份、纳米二氧化钛1‑3份、常规乳化剂2‑4份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1‑3份、杀菌剂2‑4份、成膜助剂3‑8份、分散剂2‑4份、消泡剂0.5‑1份、pH调节剂1‑2份、去离子水25‑35份;(2)将木门门板两面打磨光滑后涂覆防腐涂料、风干后涂覆杀菌涂料、再次风干后涂覆面漆。本发明设计合理,具有防腐、抗菌防霉的功能,且涂层厚度小,大大提高了高湿度、高污染场所等应用场所木质门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于木门制备技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀木门的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平不断提高,对木质门从基本的装饰和安全需求逐渐向多功能要求发展,普通木质门针对具体的使用场所还应附加一些特定的功能,由于木门的本质材料都是木头,其防腐蚀的性能一般都很差,在使用时间较长或者使用场所的空气湿度大或环境较差的情况下,木质门的腐蚀化概率很高,很容易发生腐烂发霉的现象,严重影响了木质门的外观以及性能,对周围人们的健康也有一定的危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种防腐蚀木门的制备工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防腐蚀木门的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备杀菌涂料,取如下重量份计的原料:水分散体树脂35-45份、硅丙乳液12-26份、填料6-12份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、常规乳化剂2-4份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份、杀菌剂2-4份、成膜助剂3-8份、分散剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1份、pH调节剂1-2份、去离子水25-35份;
将填料、常规乳化剂、杀菌剂、分散剂、消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,加入填料以及纳米二氧化钛,加入半量的去离子水,高速分散10-15min得到水性分散体,再将水性分散体、水分散体树脂、硅丙乳液以及有机硅改性的苯丙乳液混合于反应釜中混合,混合后加入成膜助剂、pH调节剂继续搅拌分散均匀,即得杀菌涂料;
(2)将木门门板两面打磨光滑后涂覆防腐涂料、风干后涂覆杀菌涂料、再次风干后涂覆面漆。
作为优选,所述分散剂为多磷酸钠和润湿分散剂,二者质量比为3:2的混合物。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明设计合理,具有防腐、抗菌防霉的功能,且涂层厚度小,大大提高了高湿度、高污染场所等应用场所木质门的使用寿命。

本实施例提供的防腐蚀木门的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备杀菌涂料,取如下重量份计的原料:水分散体树脂35-45份、硅丙乳液12-26份、填料6-12份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、常规乳化剂2-4份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份、杀菌剂2-4份、成膜助剂3-8份、分散剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1份、pH调节剂1-2份、去离子水25-35份;
将填料、常规乳化剂、杀菌剂、分散剂、消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,加入填料以及纳米二氧化钛,加入半量的去离子水,高速分散10-15min得到水性分散体,再将水性分散体、水分散体树脂、硅丙乳液以及有机硅改性的苯丙乳液混合于反应釜中混合,混合后加入成膜助剂、pH调节剂继续搅拌分散均匀,即得杀菌涂料;
(2)将木门门板两面打磨光滑后涂覆防腐涂料、风干后涂覆杀菌涂料、再次风干后涂覆面漆。

1.一种防腐蚀木门的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备杀菌涂料,取如下重量份计的原料:水分散体树脂35-45份、硅丙乳液12-26份、填料6-12份、纳米二氧化钛1-3份、常规乳化剂2-4份、有机硅改性的苯丙乳液1-3份、杀菌剂2-4份、成膜助剂3-8份、分散剂2-4份、消泡剂0.5-1份、pH调节剂1-2份、去离子水25-35份;
将填料、常规乳化剂、杀菌剂、分散剂、消泡剂混合搅拌均匀,加入填料以及纳米二氧化钛,加入半量的去离子水,高速分散10-15min得到水性分散体,再将水性分散体、水分散体树脂、硅丙乳液以及有机硅改性的苯丙乳液混合于反应釜中混合,混合后加入成膜助剂、pH调节剂继续搅拌分散均匀,即得杀菌涂料;
(2)将木门门板两面打磨光滑后涂覆防腐涂料、风干后涂覆杀菌涂料、再次风干后涂覆面漆。
