Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-3, the hydraulic support pin dismounting device comprises a crane and a pin pulling device.
The crane comprises a vertical rod 1, a base 2, a fixed seat 11, a lifting mechanism and a rotating mechanism.
The vertical pole 1 is vertically fixed on one side of the base 2, three vertically arranged slotted holes are formed in the lower portion of the vertical pole 1, and a connecting device corresponding to the slotted holes is arranged on the base 2.
The lifting mechanism comprises a lifting oil cylinder 3, a cantilever oil cylinder 4, a diagonal oil cylinder 5, a first fixed pulley 6, a first movable pulley 7, a second fixed pulley 8, a second movable pulley 9 and a sling 10.
The vertical rod 1 is of a hollow structure, a cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder 3 is vertically fixed in a cavity in the middle of the vertical rod 1 through a fixing device, a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 3 is connected above the cylinder barrel of the lifting oil cylinder in a telescopic manner, and a first movable pulley 7 is connected to the extending end of the piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 3.
The first fixed pulley 6 and the second fixed pulley 8 are arranged up and down and connected above the lifting oil cylinder 3 in the vertical rod 1.
The fixed end of the cylinder barrel of the cantilever cylinder 4 is rotatably connected to the middle part of the outer side of the vertical rod 1, and the second movable pulley 9 is connected to the extending end of the piston rod of the cantilever cylinder 4.
The fixed end of the cylinder barrel of the inclined-pull oil cylinder 5 is rotationally connected to the outer side of the upright rod 1 above the connecting end of the cantilever oil cylinder 4, and the extending end of the piston rod of the inclined-pull oil cylinder 5 is connected to the cylinder barrel of the cantilever oil cylinder 4.
One end of a sling 10 is fixed on a piston rod of the lifting oil cylinder 3, the other end of the sling 10 sequentially bypasses the first fixed pulley 6, the first movable pulley 7, the second fixed pulley 8 and the second movable pulley 9 and then is connected with a pin pulling device, an opening is formed in the side wall of the upright 1 corresponding to the second fixed pulley 8, and the sling 10 penetrates out of the opening.
The rotating mechanism comprises a double-acting double-piston-rod oil cylinder 12, a transverse shaft 13 and a pull rope 14.
The fixed seat 11 is connected to one side of the vertical rod 1 above the hoisting mechanism, and the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12 is horizontally fixed on the fixed seat 11; the transverse shaft 13 is horizontally fixed on the other side of the upright 1 corresponding to the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12, and the transverse shaft 13 is vertical to the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12; the two ends of the pull rope 14 are respectively connected with the end parts of the piston rods at the two ends of the double-acting double-piston-rod oil cylinder 12, and the middle part of the pull rope 14 is connected with the middle part of the transverse shaft 13.
The stretching of the piston rods at the two ends of the double-acting double-piston-rod oil cylinder 12 drives the pull rope 14 to pull the transverse shaft 13 to move in different directions, so that the vertical rod 1 is driven to rotate around the central axis of the vertical rod to one side or the other side.
The pin pulling device comprises a connecting rope 15, a connecting ring 16, a pin pulling oil cylinder 17, a sleeve 18 and a pin shaft connecting device 19.
The pin pulling oil cylinder 17 and the sleeve 18 are horizontally arranged, one end of the sleeve 18 is connected with the fixed end of the cylinder barrel of the pin pulling oil cylinder 17 through a bolt, the pin shaft connecting device 19 adopts a pull ring, and the extending end of the piston rod of the pin pulling oil cylinder 17 is connected with the ring part of the pull ring.
Two connecting rings 16 are respectively arranged at two sides of the joint of the pin pulling cylinder 17 and the sleeve 18, the two connecting rings 16 are respectively fixed on a cylinder barrel of the pin pulling cylinder 17 and the outer wall of the sleeve 18, two ends of the connecting rope 15 are respectively connected with the two connecting rings 16, and the sling 10 is connected in the middle of the connecting rope 15.
When the hydraulic support pin shaft dismounting device is used for dismounting the pin shaft, firstly, the hydraulic support is beaten to the corresponding position of the crane, and then the hydraulic support is stopped and locked firmly; then the upright rod 1 is rotated through the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12, the sling 10 is driven to move through the lifting oil cylinder 3, the cantilever oil cylinder 4 and the inclined pulling oil cylinder 5, the position of the pin pulling device is adjusted, the sleeve 18 is propped against the hydraulic support, and the pin shaft connecting device 19 is opposite to the pin shaft to be removed; then the piston rod of the pin pulling cylinder 17 extends out to enable the connecting end of the pull ring of the pin connecting device 19 to be fixedly connected with the pin to be removed, and the piston rod of the pin pulling cylinder 17 is contracted to pull out the pin to be removed; finally, the upright rod 1 is rotated through the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12, the sling 10 is driven to move through the lifting oil cylinder 3, the cantilever oil cylinder 4 and the inclined pulling oil cylinder 5, the position of the pin pulling device is adjusted, the detached pin is placed at a construction position which is not affected, and the pin is detached. The lifting oil cylinder 3, the cantilever oil cylinder 4, the inclined pulling oil cylinder 5, the double-acting double-piston rod oil cylinder 12 and the pin pulling oil cylinder 17 are controlled remotely through the hydraulic control valve, and can be completed by only 1 operator, so that the operator is far away from the falling and swinging range of the weight during lifting and moving of the weight, and the construction safety is improved.
