本发明涉及搅拌技术领域的设备，具体地说是涉及搅拌装置。
背景技术
搅拌装置具有动力带动的搅拌轴，搅拌轴下面具有搅拌叶片，使用时搅拌轴的下端伸入到搅拌桶中，就可以对搅拌桶里面的物料进行搅拌；现有技术中，搅拌装置都是比较小的，用手拿着就可以实现搅拌，可是在大型的生产中，有的搅拌桶盛装的物料较多，适用手拿着的搅拌装置具有生产效率低的缺点，使用较大的搅拌装置用手又拿不住，不能满足这些生产的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种可以不用手拿、满足大型生产需要、移动方便的搅拌装置——移动式搅拌装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：移动式搅拌装置，包括搅拌装置本体，所述的搅拌装置本体具有电机带动的搅拌轴，搅拌轴下面具有搅拌叶片；其特征是：它还包括一个架子，所述的架子下面具有辊轮，架子上面具有横梁，所述的搅拌电机安装在横梁上，所述的搅拌轴朝下设置。
进一步地讲，所述的架子包括左右两侧的立柱，所述的轮子安装在立柱下面，立柱上设置有竖直的滑道，还有滑条配合滑道安装在滑道内，所述的横梁两端安装在滑条上端，在滑条下端和立柱之间具有升降气缸，还有升降气源连接着升降气缸，升降气缸升降可以使滑条升降。
进一步地讲，所述的两个立柱下面具有卡件，两个卡件相对设置在横梁下面，卡件内侧具有卡着搅拌桶的卡部，所述的卡部是配合搅拌桶侧面的部件。
进一步地讲，所说的横梁上具有朝下的定位灯，定位灯经过开关连接电源，定位灯的照射范围是搅拌桶的放置。
本发明的有益效果是：这样的装置具有可以不用手拿、满足大型生产需要、移动方便的优点；

所述的两个立柱下面具有卡件，两个卡件相对设置在横梁下面，卡件内侧具有卡着搅拌桶的卡部，所述的卡部是配合搅拌桶侧面的部件，具有卡部卡着搅拌桶，防止搅拌时本搅拌装置和搅拌桶相对移动的优点。
所说的横梁上具有朝下的定位灯，定位灯经过开关连接电源，具有可以对搅拌桶进行定位、防止搅拌轴深入到搅拌桶位置不正确的优点。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1、2、3所示，移动式搅拌装置，包括搅拌装置本体，所述的搅拌装置本体具有电机1带动的搅拌轴2，搅拌轴下面具有搅拌叶片3；其特征是：它还包括一个架子4，所述的架子下面具有辊轮5，架子上面具有横梁12，所述的搅拌电机安装在横梁上，所述的搅拌轴朝下设置。
这样，本发明可以用轮子移动，移动到搅拌桶6上面进行搅拌，具有满足大型生产、适用方便的优点。
进一步地讲，所述的架子包括左右两侧的立柱7，所述的轮子安装在立柱下面，立柱上设置有竖直的滑道，还有滑条8配合滑道安装在滑道内，所述的横梁两端安装在滑条上端，在滑条下端和立柱之间具有升降气缸9，还有升降气源连接着升降气缸，升降气缸升降可以使滑条升降。这样用气缸可以升降滑条、升降横梁、升降搅拌装置本体、升降搅拌叶片，实现不同搅拌桶深度的搅拌。
进一步地讲，所述的两个立柱下面具有卡件10，两个卡件相对设置在横梁下面，卡件内侧具有卡着搅拌桶的卡部，所述的卡部是配合搅拌桶侧面的部件，所述的卡部可以是圆弧形的结构，只要配合搅拌桶侧面即可，使用时卡部固定着搅拌桶。
进一步地讲，所说的横梁上具有朝下的定位灯11，定位灯经过开关连接电源，定位灯的照射范围是搅拌桶的放置，使用时定位灯朝下照射，在照亮的区域放置搅拌桶，便于对搅拌桶定位。

2.根据权利要求1所述的移动式搅拌装置，其特征是：所述的架子包括左右两侧的立柱，所述的轮子安装在立柱下面，立柱上设置有竖直的滑道，还有滑条配合滑道安装在滑道内，所述的横梁两端安装在滑条上端，在滑条下端和立柱之间具有升降气缸，还有升降气源连接着升降气缸，升降气缸升降可以使滑条升降。
3.根据权利要求2所述的移动式搅拌装置，其特征是：所述的两个立柱下面具有卡件，两个卡件相对设置在横梁下面，卡件内侧具有卡着搅拌桶的卡部，所述的卡部是配合搅拌桶侧面的部件。
