Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,包括复合滤袋本体,复合滤袋本体为针刺毡或无纺布,所述复合滤袋本体的迎尘面上覆有光洁层,复合滤袋本体的迎尘面与光洁层之间设有PTFE短纤维层,PTFE短纤维层的外表面上复合有高温催化层,高温催化层在高温条件下用以催化分解烟尘中的有毒有害气体。本发明不但能够过滤垃圾焚烧、燃煤发电、金属冶炼等工业生产过程中产生的烟尘、粉尘,还能够直接催化分解排向大气中的有毒有害气体。

Description

一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋
技术领域
本发明涉及高温空气过滤领域,主要针对垃圾焚烧、燃煤发电、金属冶炼等工业领域生产中易产生的粉尘和有毒有害气体,更具体地说,涉及一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋。
背景技术
我国的城市生活垃圾普遍存在湿度过高且分类不清等问题,所以在垃圾焚烧过程中极易产生一些如二噁英等一类的有毒有害气体。目前,我国市场上常用的高温过滤材料主要都是针对燃烧过程中产生的固体粉尘,而这些高温过滤材料中,又属PTFE针刺高温过滤材料对于固体粉尘的过滤效率能够高于99.9%,但是,在过滤的过程中还是有部分有毒有害气体却依然被排放到大气中去。
国内目前对有毒有害气体的排放控制主要是采用提高袋式除尘器的过滤精度,同时再使用活性碳吸附的方式,该方法看似行之有效,但吸附下来的含有有毒有害气体的活性碳与飞灰都须作为有害危废物进行二次处理,而且日积月累的活性碳消耗和有毒有害危废物的处置会大大增加垃圾焚烧厂等企业的运营费用。
也有在除尘滤袋的表面设置复合催化层,将有毒有害气体进行催化分解并向大气中,复合催化有多种形式,如光催化、化学引催等。如申请号为201710631855.8所公开的“具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋及其制备方法”,主要是通过光照与O2的辅助作用下进行催化分解功能,但是,由于除尘滤袋都是放置于除尘器的内部,不能与光照与O2的直接接触,采用光催化方式根本就无法起到催化作用;而采用化学引催方式还需对除尘滤袋另行加工,非常不经济实用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,不但能够过滤垃圾焚烧、燃煤发电、金属冶炼等工业生产过程中产生的烟尘、粉尘,还能够在袋式除尘器内部直接催化分解排向大气中的有毒有害气体。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,包括复合滤袋本体,复合滤袋本体为针刺毡或无纺布,所述复合滤袋本体的迎尘面上覆有光洁层,复合滤袋本体的迎尘面与光洁层之间设有PTFE短纤维层,PTFE短纤维层表面上复合有高温催化层,高温催化层用以吸附催化分解烟尘中的有毒有害气体。
所述的光洁层为涂覆PTFE乳液。
所述的高温催化层为碳酸锂。
所述的高温催化层通过复合胶水复合于PTFE短纤维层表面上。
所述的复合胶水中设有催化剂。
所述的PTFE短纤维层中设有催化剂。
所述的催化剂为含钴化合物或含锂化合物。
在上述的技术方案中,本发明所提供的一种具有高温催化分解功能的 PTFE复合滤袋,还具有以下几点有益效果:
1.本发明在满足基本高温烟尘过滤的基础上(过滤效率大于99.9%),还具有催化分解燃烧过程中产生的有毒有害气体的功能,在光照与O2的辅助下,催化效果会大幅提升,将有毒有害气体分解为CO2、H2O、C l 2等无害气体排放到空气中;
2.本发明外表面上涂覆的PTFE乳液层,提高了本复合滤袋迎尘面的表面光洁度,有利于在实际使用过程中的脉冲清灰,即提高了本复合滤袋的使用寿命;
3.本发明所采用的催化材料,尤其是在温度达到150~200℃的条件下,而一般滤袋使用的工况温度也在150-200℃之间,从而使得该滤袋能在工况条件下发挥出最佳的使用效果,避免了常规催化材料在高温下失效的问题,并能在袋式除尘器内部直接对有毒有害气体进行催化分解,提高了催化分解的效率,制作工艺简单,尤其是对苯环类、烃类的去除率可达到97%以上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
请结合图1至图3所示,本发明所提供的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,包括复合滤袋本体1,复合滤袋本体1为针刺毡或无纺布,上述为现有技术部分,在此就不再赘述。与现有技术不同的是,所述复合滤袋本体1的迎尘面(即内表面)上覆有一层光洁层2,光洁层2采用PTFE乳液,提高了本复合滤袋迎尘面的表面光洁度,有利于在实际使用过程中的脉冲清灰,即提高了本复合滤袋的使用寿命,复合滤袋本体1的迎尘面与光洁层2之间还设有PTFE短纤维层3,PTFE短纤维层3表面上通过高温烧结工艺复合了高温催化层4,通过高温催化层4在150~200℃的高温条件下能够吸附并催化分解烟尘中的有毒有害气体,也可以直接催化粉尘。
较佳的,所述的高温催化层4选用碳酸锂,该材质尤其在180℃左右时,对苯环类、烃类的去除率可达到97%以上
较佳的,所述的高温催化层4通过复合胶水高温烧结复合于PTFE短纤维层表面3上,并且,在复合胶水中可以混入催化剂,进一步的提高了高温催化分解的效率。
较佳的,所述的PTFE短纤维层3中也可以混入催化剂5,PTFE短纤维层3本就具有防腐、耐高温的性能、化学稳定性和抗结露性,加入催化剂 5后能够有效提高复合滤袋的过滤精度,又提高有毒有害气体催化分解的功能。
较佳的,所述的催化剂可以选用含钴类化合物或是含锂类化合物,对于去除苯环类、烃类的有毒有害物质效果较佳。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述实施例的变化、变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。

1.一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,包括复合滤袋本体,复合滤袋本体为针刺毡或无纺布,其特征在于:所述复合滤袋本体的迎尘面上覆有光洁层,复合滤袋本体的迎尘面与光洁层之间设有PTFE短纤维层,PTFE短纤维层的外表面上复合有高温催化层,高温催化层在高温条件下用以催化分解烟尘中的有毒有害气体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的光洁层为涂覆PTFE乳液。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的高温催化层为碳酸锂。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的高温催化层通过复合胶水复合于PTFE短纤维层表面上。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的复合胶水中设有催化剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的PTFE短纤维层中设有催化剂。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的一种具有高温催化分解功能的PTFE复合滤袋,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为含钴化合物或含锂化合物。
