Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物源原花青素在改善肉鸡肠道发育和肉品质中的应用,其特征在于:原花青素来源葡萄籽提取物,是工厂中酿葡萄酒等生产工艺中丰富的废弃天然植物资源。在肉鸡上市前两个月时,按照基础日粮的比例,每天连续添加400mg/kg植物源原花青素,搅拌均匀,按时按量饲喂肉鸡。此方法在实施过程中原花青素适口性很好,肉鸡喜欢吃;同时,原花青素促进了肉鸡肠道发育,改善了肉品质,继而能够提高肉鸡的免疫力,降低发病率,减少了抗生素等药物的使用,因此,生产的肉鸡为绿色食品,肉质鲜美,口感好,具有较高的经济价值和社会意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及家禽生态养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种植物源原花青素在改善肉鸡肠道发育和肉品质中的应用方法。
背景技术
鸡肉是生活中重要的优质蛋白来源,一直备受人们的青睐,其消费量相当大。近年来,养殖业滥用抗生素带来的耐药性和副作用等问题不断引起人们的关注,“绿色消费”理念深入人心,为提高动物机体健康水平,积极研发天然植物饲料添加剂凸显重要。葡萄籽提取物原花青素属于植物多酚,具有高效、低毒和生物利用度高等特性。有研究学者发现饲粮中添加原花青素可改善产蛋后期蛋鸡的产蛋率和哈夫单位,增加蛋壳厚度,改善机体抗氧化能力。肉鸡与蛋鸡相比,生产性能、新陈代谢等都有很大的不同:肉鸡的生长速度较快,整个生长期基本都处于雏鸡阶段,淋巴系统发育不健全,消化道相对较短,肠道黏膜屏障十分脆弱,极易受到有害菌和寄生虫感染而发病。原花青素是天然植物提取成分,具有安全无残留的优势,将其作为改善肉鸡肠道形态发育,生产绿色肉产品的饲料添加剂,符合健康生态养殖的理念。
目前,畜禽养殖业中肉鸡饲料主要有:1、含有大量激素和抗生素的饲料;2、牧草等青料;3、稻谷、玉米等粗粮。然而,葡萄籽提取物原花青素在提高肉鸡肠道营养吸收以及肉品质方面的研究未见详细报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是提供一种植物源原花青素在改善肉鸡肠道发育和肉品质中的方法,其能够促进肉鸡肠道的形态发育和营养吸收,调节血脂,提高肉品质。
本发明中所使用的葡萄籽提取物原花青素外观性状黄棕至红棕色粉末,纯度≥95%,粒度98%通过100目。
本发明在肉鸡屠宰前两个月,按照基础日粮的比例,每天连续添加400mg/kg葡萄籽原花青素。
本发明将葡萄籽原花青素与基础日粮混合均匀,早上7:00按时饲喂,添加的量在两小时内吃完,下午2点后再继续添加基础日粮,自由饮食,保持舍内良好的空气环境。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
1.一种植物源原花青素在改善肉鸡肠道发育和肉品质中的应用,其特征在于:肉鸡在上市前两个月,用葡萄籽提取物原花青素作为饲料添加剂来饲喂肉鸡,而且是持续投喂两个月以上;
具体包括如下步骤:
(1)肉鸡饲喂期:按常规方法饲养肉鸡一个月,然后在肉鸡上市前两个月开始连续饲喂;
(2)葡萄籽提取物原花青素饲用时的外观性状:黄棕至红棕色粉末,纯度≥95%;
(3)原花青素投喂量:按照肉鸡基础日粮的比例,每天连续添加400mg/kg植物源原花青素;
(4)饲喂方法:在发酵床肉鸡饲养片区中,按常规方法给肉鸡投喂基础日粮,在此基础上添加400mg/kg原花青素,搅拌均匀,分区投喂,保证每个小区的肉鸡都能吃到原花青素添加的饲料,每天早上7:00按时饲喂,添加的量在两小时内吃完,下午2点再继续添加基础日粮;
(5)场地管理:维护发酵床正常运行,保持舍内空气环境良好,及时打扫舍内卫生;
(6)投喂周期:从投喂葡萄籽原花青素开始,要持续投喂两个月以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
按照基础日粮的比例,添加100mg/kg葡萄籽原花青素,搅拌均匀,按时饲喂发酵床笼养肉鸡,保持舍内温度适宜,通风换气,及时跟踪肉鸡的生长状况,屠宰后,观察肉鸡肠道形态和检测肉品质。
实施例2
按照基础日粮的比例,添加200mg/kg葡萄籽原花青素,搅拌均匀,按时饲喂发酵床笼养肉鸡,保持舍内温度适宜,通风换气,及时跟踪肉鸡的生长状况,屠宰后,观察肉鸡肠道形态和检测肉品质。
实施例3
按照基础日粮的比例,添加400mg/kg葡萄籽原花青素,搅拌均匀,按时饲喂肉鸡,保持舍内温度适宜,通风换气,及时跟踪肉鸡的生长状况,屠宰后,观察肉鸡肠道形态和检测肉品质。
试验例
下面结合试验例进一步阐明有效效果。
试验方法
试验采用发酵床网上散养模式,选用30日龄,体重相近,健康状态良好的肉鸡(购自江苏立华牧业股份有限公司)360只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组(Con)饲喂基础日粮,GSPE 1组、GSPE 2组和GSPE 3组:分别按照基础日粮的比例,添加100、200和400mg/kg的GSPE,试验期两个月。

试验结论
由图1、图2观察分析,与对照组相比,饲喂原花青素(GSPE)试验组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛长度/隐窝深度比值有上升趋势,同时,肠道黏膜层杯状细胞分泌的黏蛋白数量也有一定程度增多。各试验组中GSPE 3组十二指肠黏膜形态良好,更有助于肠道的营养吸收,绒毛长度/隐窝深度比值显著增加了29.5%(P<0.05),显微视野下黏蛋白数量增多了11.2%(P>0.05)。表明在肉鸡快速生长期饲喂合适剂量的天然植物添加剂GSPE可促进肠道黏膜形态发育,有利于营养吸收。
表1和表2显示,饲喂GSPE有改善鸡肉品质的作用。与对照组相比,试验组中胸肌剪切力有下降的趋势,其中GSPE 3组胸肌剪切力有显著降低(P<0.05),腿肌剪切力有一定程度的降低,但差异不显著;GSPE 2组腿肌粗蛋白含量与对照组相比有明显的升高(P<0.05);同时,GSPE 3组腿肌粗脂肪含量与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),降低了26.9%;其中,各试验组水分、PH、肉色、滴水损失和胶原与对照组相比没有显著变化。
本研究表明日粮中添加适宜量的GSPE饲喂肉鸡,可一定程度上提高肉鸡的生长性能,改善鸡肉品质,且比兽用抗生素更加有效、安全。400mg/kg GSPE试验组应用效果最佳,可能通过调节血脂与抗氧化水平,提高了畜禽的抗病力,从而减少抗生素等药物使用,对推动农业生态健康养殖具有重要的意义。

Claims (1)
1.一种植物源原花青素在改善肉鸡肠道发育和肉品质中的应用,其特征在于:肉鸡在上市前两个月,选用葡萄籽提取物原花青素,将其作为绿色饲料添加剂来饲喂肉鸡,而且是持续投喂两个月以上;
具体包括如下步骤:
(1)原花青素:来源于葡萄籽提取物,黄棕至红棕色粉末,纯度≥95%;
(2)肉鸡育雏:按常规方法育雏;
(3)原花青素投喂量:按照肉鸡常规基础日粮的比例,在肉鸡在上市前两个月开始连续饲喂,每天添加400mg/kg植物源原花青素;
(4)饲喂方法:将原花青素搅拌均匀,每天早上7:00按时饲喂,添加的量在两小时内吃完,下午2点再继续添加基础日粮,自由采食即可;
(5)场地管理:葡萄籽原花青素在投喂过程中,要均匀的分区投喂,每个小区的肉鸡都能吃到饲料,保证每个肉鸡的食用量大致相同,并每天适时清扫,确保饲用量和环境卫生;
(6)投喂周期:从投喂葡萄籽原花青素开始,要持续投喂两个月以上。
