The heat dissipation of VR head in use among the prior art is a problem, utilizes little fan to dispel the heat usually, but the radiating effect of fan is not good, but also can produce the noise, influences user experience.
Therefore, the VR head with the heat dissipation function, which utilizes the water cooling device to dissipate heat in the using process, not only has a good heat dissipation effect, but also does not generate noise to influence the user experience, is a problem to be solved in the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to overcome the problem that heat dissipation of a VR head display in the prior art is a problem in use, and generally a small fan is used for heat dissipation, but the heat dissipation effect of the fan is poor, and noise is generated, which affects user experience, so as to provide a VR head display with a heat dissipation function, which uses a water cooling device for heat dissipation in a use process, has a good heat dissipation effect, and does not generate noise to affect user experience.

According to the technical scheme, when the VR head with the heat dissipation function is used, the mobile phone is fixed on the partition board in the mobile phone fixing shell and is arranged opposite to the water pipe, when the temperature of the mobile phone is too high, the micro water pump is started, water flows in the water pipe, and therefore the mobile phone is effectively cooled, the cooling mode is good in effect, and noise is not low. In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present invention provides a VR head display with heat dissipation function, the VR head display including: the VR display body 1, the mobile phone fixing shell 2, the heat dissipation water tank 8, the water pipe 7 and the micro water pump; the mobile phone fixing shell 2 is detachably fixed on one side of the VR display body 1, and the mobile phone fixing shell 2 is further provided with a head fixing strap 5; the heat dissipation water tank 8 is arranged on the mobile phone fixing shell 2, the water pipe 7 is arranged on the partition plate 10 on the mobile phone fixing shell 2 in a bending mode, two ends of the water pipe 7 are communicated with the heat dissipation water tank 8 respectively, and the micro water pump is arranged in the heat dissipation water tank 8 and used for driving water to flow in the water pipe 7.
According to the technical scheme, when the VR head with the heat dissipation function is used, the mobile phone is fixed on the partition plate 10 in the mobile phone fixing shell 2 and is arranged opposite to the water pipe 7, when the temperature of the mobile phone is too high, the micro water pump is started, water flows in the water pipe 7, and therefore the mobile phone is effectively cooled, the cooling mode is good in effect, and noise is not low. The VR head display with the heat dissipation function provided by the invention overcomes the problem that the heat dissipation of the VR head display in the prior art is a problem in use, usually a small fan is used for heat dissipation, but the heat dissipation effect of the fan is poor, noise is generated, and the user experience is influenced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a partition 10 is disposed inside the mobile phone fixing case 2, the water pipe 7 is fixed on a side of the partition opposite to the VR display body 1, a water pump switch is further disposed on an upper side of the VR display body 1, and the mobile phone is also fixed on the partition 10 at a side opposite to the water pipe 7 when in use, so that the water pipe 7 can effectively dissipate heat of the mobile phone.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the partition plate 10 is made of copper, which has a better heat conductivity, so that heat generated by the mobile phone is absorbed by the partition plate 10, and the water pipe 7 can cool the partition plate 10, thereby indirectly cooling the mobile phone, and the cooling effect is better.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an opening 6 is disposed on one side of the mobile phone fixing case 2 close to the water pipe 7, and a cover plate 4 matched with the opening 6 is hinged to the edge of the opening 6, so that a user can open the cover plate 4 conveniently to view and maintain the water pipe inside the mobile phone fixing case 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cover plate 4 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 3, and the heat dissipation holes 3 are beneficial to dissipating heat inside the mobile phone fixing case 2, so as to improve the heat dissipation effect.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a temperature sensor 11 is further disposed on the partition 10, a display 9 electrically connected to the temperature sensor 11 is disposed on one side of the mobile phone fixing case 2, the temperature sensor 11 can effectively detect a problem on the partition 10, and a detection result is displayed by the display 9, so that a user can know the temperature inside the mobile phone fixing case 2, that is, the temperature of the mobile phone.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a cooling plate 12 is disposed outside the heat dissipation water tank 8, and a cooling side of the cooling plate 12 can cool the water tank, so as to ensure that the temperature of water inside the water tank is not too high, and thus the water cooling effect is better.
