Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗裂粘接砂浆,旨在解决普通粘接砂浆在因外界气温降低的情况下导致的容易开裂问题。本发明的技术方案为:一种抗裂粘接砂浆,其配比由干料和外加剂构成;干料组成为水泥、粉煤灰、细沙,占比分别为,水泥25~30%,粉煤灰15~20%,细沙40~50%;外加剂组成为可分散性乳胶粉、聚丙烯、丙烯酸酯,占比分别为,可分散性乳胶粉0.15~0.20%,聚丙烯0.05~0.10%,丙烯酸酯0.05~0.1%。本发明优点在于砂浆粘接性能良好,且抗裂性能优异。

一种抗裂粘接砂浆
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种抗裂粘接砂浆。
背景技术
粘结砂浆是由水泥、石英砂、聚合物胶结料配以多种添加剂经机械混合均匀而成的一种砂浆。主要用于粘结保温板的粘结剂,也被称为聚合物保温板粘结砂浆。该粘结砂浆采用优质改性特制水泥及多种高分子材料、填料经独特工艺复合而成。保水性好,粘接强度高,耐水、耐老化效果好,同时具有良好的抗冲击性。已在建筑外墙以及保温板粘接领域占有很大市场份额。但粘接砂浆在冬季施工时受温度影响很容易发生开裂,施工完成后也会因发生墙体开裂而导致外部保温板撕裂的情况发生。本发明为一种抗裂粘接砂浆,在砂浆中加入一定量的乳液和纤维使粘接砂浆具有一定的柔性,在防止自身开裂的同时也会防止因墙体开裂导致的外层保温板开裂。具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种抗裂粘接砂浆,旨在解决普通粘接砂浆在因外界气温降低的情况下导致的容易开裂问题。
本发明的技术方案如下所示:
一种抗裂粘接砂浆,其配比由干料和外加剂构成;干料组成为水泥、粉煤灰、细沙,占比分别为,水泥25~30%,粉煤灰15~20%,细沙40~50%;外加剂组成为可分散性乳胶粉、聚丙烯、丙烯酸酯,占比分别为,可分散性乳胶粉0.15~0.20%,聚丙烯0.05~0.10%,丙烯酸酯0.05~0.1%;
所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,其强度等级为32.5;
所述粉煤灰为一级粉煤灰;
所述细沙为建筑用普通机制砂。
本发明优点:采用等级强度为32.5的普通硅酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,水化凝结速度快,早期强度和后期强度高,冻融性较好。粉煤灰占比大,减少了水泥的用量节约了资源,经济效益显著。可分散性乳胶粉主要成分为热塑性树脂,能在墙体和保温板接触面间形成柔韧性粘接,再次硬化后转化为强力粘接。聚丙烯属于抗裂纤维能增加粘接砂浆的抗裂性能,防止砂浆出现开裂的情况。丙烯酸酯属于弹性乳液,能增加硬化后砂浆的形变能力,抵抗因外力或低温冻缩造成的微细裂纹产生。
具体实施例:
结合本发明的成分配比,现进行以下两个实施案例,但本发明不限于所述案例的范围之内。
实施例1
水泥30kg,粉煤灰20kg,细沙45kg,可分散性乳胶粉0.15kg,聚丙烯0.05kg,丙烯酸酯0.05kg。
制备上述抗裂砂浆,先将称量好的水泥、粉煤灰、细沙倒入混料机中搅拌3~5min使其混合均匀,再依次加入可分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯和丙烯酸酯,继续搅拌3~5min即可。该砂浆粘接强度为1.23MPa,抗裂等级为一级,裂缝降低系数为82%。
实施例2
水泥25kg,粉煤灰15kg,细沙40kg,可分散性乳胶粉0.20kg,聚丙烯0.10kg,丙烯酸酯0.10kg。
制备方法与实施例1相同。该砂浆粘接强度为1.19MPa,抗裂等级为一级,裂缝降低系数为87%。
以上两实施例的施工与普通粘接砂浆的实施方法相同,按料重的25~30%加入适量的水,直至搅拌均匀,并尽快在2小时内将拌和好的砂浆用完。

1.一种抗裂粘接砂浆,特征在于,其配比由干料和外加剂构成;干料组成为水泥、粉煤灰、细沙,占比分别为,水泥25~30%,粉煤灰15~20%,细沙40~50%;外加剂组成为可分散性乳胶粉、聚丙烯、丙烯酸酯,占比分别为,可分散性乳胶粉0.15~0.20%,聚丙烯0.05~0.10%,丙烯酸酯0.05~0.1%;
所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,其强度等级为32.5;
所述粉煤灰为一级粉煤灰;
所述细沙为建筑用普通机制砂。
