智能PAM加药装置,包括搅拌桶、真空主机、自动投料机;所述搅拌桶顶部中央设有减速电机,减速电机下端连接搅拌桶内的搅拌机桨叶;所述搅拌桶顶部设有自动投料机,自动投料机通过抽气软管和吸料软管连接分别连接真空主机和料仓;所述自动投料机从上到下依次设置进料口、储料仓、投料口,进料口与储料仓之间设有真空控制器,储料仓与投料口之间设有变频调速投料阀,投料口底部与搅拌桶顶部连通;所述搅拌桶顶部设有投料稀释器,投料稀释器连接自动投料机,投料稀释器的一侧设有进水管道;所述搅拌桶通过出料管连接PAM投加螺杆泵。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环保处理相关设备领域,具体涉及一种智能PAM加药装置。
背景技术
传统的污泥处理过程中,由于PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)难溶解,人工溶解操作要领难掌握,溶解过程中易结成絮团,而在药液中形成絮团后,将影响投药系统的正常运行。同时形成絮团后的药剂不能正常溶解,从而浪费了药剂,增加了水处理成本。为了解决上述问题和节省人力成本,正常情况下投加PAM(聚丙烯酰胺)圴采用全自动加药装置。
PAM全自动加药装置,有PAM全自动溶药装置(对聚丙烯酰胺进行溶解)、PAM全自动加药装置(包括溶解和投加)等。其装置设备的结构形式比较分散,其预混单元、溶药单元、投加单元、仪表控制系统等彼此独立设置,或者溶药单元和投加单元设置在一起、步梯独立设置、仪表控制系统独立设置挂在墙上。这样的装置结构形式占用空间大、操作繁琐、加工效率低,设备也不美观。
目前PAM加药装置的料斗中的粉状药剂经定量供料装置送入混合器中,与水进行完全混合后进入溶液箱中,混合液经多次搅拌后混匀成规定投加浓度的溶液,最后进入贮液室内,经计量泵投加至加药点。在水资源异常宝贵的今天,污水处理及回用是当今世界性的重大问题,在目前的各种污水处理方案中,为了节约占地面积,减少脱水设备的体积和数量,絮凝剂、助凝剂的使用是其中必不可少的一种辅助措施。以往的絮凝剂和助凝剂的添加都是靠人工控制,经常使用的絮凝剂是聚丙烯酰胺,而聚丙烯酰胺只有充分溶解于水中才能最好的发挥其絮凝作用,其溶解时间大约是1-2个小时,(1)、人工倾倒的药剂直接进入浓缩池的污泥中,药剂又没有经过溶解,有时聚丙烯酰胺还会聚集在池底成陀,其絮凝效果受到了很大的影响;(2)、人工撒药无法实现量的控制,而药量的大小也会影响到絮凝效果;(3)、人工加药缺乏及时性,药剂撒落不够均匀。以上这些最终都会影响到水质的处理结果。目前在污泥脱水处理工艺中投药使用的加药装置很多,但都存在如下问题:投药装置设备过多,运行操作管理不方便,维修维护工作量大,投资大;药剂投加系统整体占地面积庞大;并且配置浓度差、投加量不准。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种智能PAM加药装置。
为了实现本发明,采用以下技术方案:智能PAM加药装置,包括搅拌桶、真空主机、自动投料机;所述搅拌桶顶部中央设有减速电机,减速电机下端连接搅拌桶内的搅拌机桨叶;所述搅拌桶顶部设有自动投料机,自动投料机通过抽气软管和吸料软管连接分别连接真空主机和料仓;所述自动投料机从上到下依次设置进料口、储料仓、投料口,进料口与储料仓之间设有真空控制器,储料仓与投料口之间设有变频调速投料阀,投料口底部与搅拌桶顶部连通;所述搅拌桶顶部设有投料稀释器,投料稀释器连接自动投料机,投料稀释器的一侧设有进水管道;所述搅拌桶通过出料管连接PAM投加螺杆泵。
进一步,所述进料口的顶部连接抽气软管,进料口的外侧连接吸料软管。
进一步,所述投料口内部设有投料湿润器。
进一步,所述真空主机包括过滤器和吸风机,过滤器连接吸风机。
进一步,所述搅拌桶外侧的上部设有溢流管,搅拌桶外侧的下部设有放空管,溢流管与放空管在搅拌桶外侧的下部相连。
进一步,所述PAM投加螺杆泵一侧设有控制箱,控制箱连接控制真空主机、自动投料机和减速电机。
进一步,用先进的铸铝涡轮减速机代替传统的摆线针轮减速机,使工作噪声降低,能效提高。
进一步,搅拌机桨叶采用小角度推流技术,使搅拌混合效果明显优于传统搅拌结构,能耗更低。
有益效果:(1)本设备系统采用新颖的真空吸料技术,改进了传统吸料装置易堵塞防尘网造成的不工作状态,智能的防尘系统确保设备长期无故障运行。
(2)吸料主机与真空主机采用分体安装的方式,使设备更加美观协调,维护更加方便。
(3)投料稀释装置根据PAM药粉的特性优化了传统设备的弊端,利用水力旋切技术混合药粉。
(4)药粉投加口加装移动密闭封盖,在不加药时不让药粉接触空气,解决了传统工艺药粉投加口容易受潮湿润凝固而影响正常投加工作的问题。
(5)因新设计料仓保持在密闭状态中,使药粉不与空气接触,能保证药粉的原始状态,所以传统工艺中的如下料振动器、电加热辅助等都琐碎配置均不需体现在新工艺设计中。

实施例:智能PAM加药装置,包括搅拌桶1、真空主机2、自动投料机3;所述搅拌桶1顶部中央设有减速电机4,减速电机4下端连接搅拌桶1内的搅拌机桨叶5;所述搅拌桶1顶部设有自动投料机3,自动投料机3通过抽气软管6和吸料软管7连接分别连接真空主机2和料仓8;所述自动投料机3从上到下依次设置进料口9、储料仓10、投料口11,进料口9与储料仓10之间设有真空控制器12,储料仓10与投料口11之间设有变频调速投料阀13,投料口11底部与搅拌桶1顶部连通;所述搅拌桶1顶部设有投料稀释器14,投料稀释器14连接自动投料机3,投料稀释器14的一侧设有进水管道15;所述搅拌桶1通过出料管16连接PAM投加螺杆泵17。
所述进料口9的顶部连接抽气软管6,进料口9的外侧连接吸料软管7;所述投料口11内部设有投料湿润器111;所述真空主机2包括过滤器21和吸风机22,过滤器21连接吸风机22;所述搅拌桶1外侧的上部设有溢流管18,搅拌桶1外侧的下部设有放空管19,溢流管18与放空管19在搅拌桶1外侧的下部相连;所述PAM投加螺杆泵17一侧设有控制箱20,控制箱20连接控制真空主机2、自动投料机3和减速电机4。

1.智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,包括搅拌桶(1)、真空主机(2)、自动投料机(3);所述搅拌桶(1)顶部中央设有减速电机(4),减速电机(4)下端连接搅拌桶(1)内的搅拌机桨叶(5);所述搅拌桶(1)顶部设有自动投料机(3),自动投料机(3)通过抽气软管(6)和吸料软管(7)连接分别连接真空主机(2)和料仓(8);所述自动投料机(3)从上到下依次设置进料口(9)、储料仓(10)、投料口(11),进料口(9)与储料仓(10)之间设有真空控制器(12),储料仓(10)与投料口(11)之间设有变频调速投料阀(13),投料口(11)底部与搅拌桶(1)顶部连通;所述搅拌桶(1)顶部设有投料稀释器(14),投料稀释器(14)连接自动投料机(3),投料稀释器(14)的一侧设有进水管道(15);所述搅拌桶(1)通过出料管(16)连接PAM投加螺杆泵(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,所述进料口(9)的顶部连接抽气软管(6),进料口(9)的外侧连接吸料软管(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,所述投料口(11)内部设有投料湿润器(111)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,所述真空主机(2)包括过滤器(21)和吸风机(22),过滤器(21)连接吸风机(22)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌桶(1)外侧的上部设有溢流管(18),搅拌桶(1)外侧的下部设有放空管(19),溢流管(18)与放空管(19)在搅拌桶(1)外侧的下部相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能PAM加药装置,其特征在于,所述PAM投加螺杆泵(17)一侧设有控制箱(20),控制箱(20)连接控制真空主机(2)、自动投料机(3)和减速电机(4)。
