一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,所述超细纤维经编加捻布为复合结构,由表层、基层复合而成;所述表层设置于基层上表面;所述基层为采用0.52D或该规格以下的涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝为原料,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY为底丝做成;所述表层为加捻布,热焊接于基层上表面,加捻布表面布设有多个线条状凸点或/颗粒状凸点。本发明的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布通过采用复合结构,使得本发明具有多种功能性,加捻布表面的凸点使得本发明具有高摩擦力和防滑性能;基层超细旦纤维间具有较多的空隙,因此使得本发明具有很强的吸湿性能和透气性能;基层、表层呈网格形布置的热熔线焊接在一体使得两层之间连接牢固、不易破损、持久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及加捻布技术领域,具体涉及一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经编技术的进步和原料应用的多样化,各种差别化纤维、功能性纤维、特种纤维以及高档天然纤维的试制和应用,使得服装、装饰、产业用经编产品都得到全面开发。所不同的是在经编织造工艺过程中应用的纱线各有不同,如超细纤维织物,通常运用涤纶、锦纶、氨纶、丙纶等。现阶段复合(涤锦)超细纤维在织物中广泛运用,由于差别化纤维不同的组织结构成就了织物超强的吸水性与容脏性,继而实现了功能性产品的特殊性,被市场所接纳。但随着人们生活的不断提高和需求的增加,对功能性经编织物有了更高的要求。但目前的编织物结构比较单一,性能单一,表层摩擦力较小,不耐拉伸且不耐用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明旨在提出一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中编织物摩擦力较小,透气性差且不耐用等问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,所述超细纤维经编加捻布为复合结构,由表层、基层复合而成;所述表层设置于基层上表面;所述基层为采用0.52D或该规格以下的涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝为原料,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY为底丝做成;所述表层为表面为加捻布,热焊接于基层上表面,加捻布表面布设有多个线条状凸点或/颗粒状凸点。
优选的,所述基层中涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为40~80%,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY所占得质量百分比为60~20%。
优选的,所述表层附着有静电吸尘剂。
优选的,所述静电吸尘剂为电气石、硫化钙、硒化钙、一水硫酸锂中的一种或几种与粘合剂形成的混合物,混合溶液的浓度为10wt%-30wt %。
优选的,所述加捻布由经线和纬线交织而成,经线为100D加捻涤纶丝,所述纬线为100D加捻涤纶丝。
优选的,所述经线的密度为130根/cm,所述纬线的密度为73根/cm。
优选的,所述线条状凸点线径为0.5mm或0.5mm以下,所述颗粒状凸点的粒径为0.5mm或0.5mm以下。
所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备,选择并按配比准备原料;
2)基层织造,用E-2291型经编机基层,采用满穿工艺,梳栉数为6,机速500n/min;
3)表层织造,加捻布由100D加捻涤纶丝经线和100D加捻涤纶丝纬线交织制成;加捻布本体浸泡或喷涂静电吸尘剂后烘干处理;烘干后将凸点通过熔喷工艺粘附在加捻布表面;
4)基层、表层通过呈网格形布置的热熔线焊接在一体。
所述热熔线通过超声波热熔焊接形成,热熔线的形状为相连或断开的直线或曲线,热熔线之间的网格为菱形、方形或圆形。
本发明的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布通过采用复合结构,使得本发明具有多种功能性,加捻布表面的凸点使得本发明具有高摩擦力和防滑性能;基层超细旦纤维间具有较多的空隙,因此使得本发明具有很强的吸湿性能和透气性能;基层、表层呈网格形布置的热熔线焊接在一体使得两层之间连接牢固、不易破损、持久耐用。除此之外,表层加捻布本体浸泡或喷涂静电吸尘剂,通过加捻布的纤维空隙和静电吸尘剂的静电吸附作用,能够有效的吸附灰尘等杂物。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
本发明通过超细复合纤维的基层和具有纤维空隙、静电吸尘剂和防滑凸点的表层复合作用,使得本发明具有高摩擦性、透气性、吸湿性,且表层和基层之间通过热熔线焊接为一体,所以相比于其他复合加捻布不耐用的问题,本发明不易破损、持久耐用,也使得本发明具有很广适用性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布及制备方法、性能做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,所述超细纤维经编加捻布为复合结构,由表层、基层复合而成;所述表层设置于基层上表面;所述基层为采用0.52D的涤纶丝为原料,100D涤纶FDY为底丝做成;所述基层中涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为40%,100D涤纶FDY所占得质量百分比为60%。所述表层为加捻布,热焊接于基层上表面,加捻布表面布设有多个线条状凸点凸点,所述线条状凸点线径为0.5mm。所述加捻布由经线和纬线交织而成,经线为100D加捻涤纶丝,所述纬线为100D加捻涤纶丝。所述经线的密度为130根/cm,所述纬线的密度为73根/cm。所述表层附着有静电吸尘剂。所述静电吸尘剂为电气石与粘合剂形成的混合物,混合溶液的浓度为10wt%。

4)基层、表层通过呈网格形布置的热熔线焊接在一体。

一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,所述超细纤维经编加捻布为复合结构,由表层、基层复合而成;所述表层设置于基层上表面;所述基层为采用0.52D涤纶丝为原料,120D涤纶DTY为底丝做成,所述基层中涤纶丝所占的质量百分比为60%,120D涤纶DTY所占得质量百分比为40%。所述表层为加捻布,热焊接于基层上表面,所述加捻布由经线和纬线交织而成,经线为100D加捻涤纶丝,所述纬线为100D加捻涤纶丝。所述经线的密度为130根/cm,所述纬线的密度为73根/cm。加捻布表面布设有多个颗粒状凸点,所述颗粒状凸点的粒径为0.4mm。所述表层附着有静电吸尘剂。所述静电吸尘剂为一水硫酸锂中与粘合剂形成的混合物,混合溶液的浓度为30wt %。
所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备,选择并按配比准备原料;
2)基层织造,用E-2291型经编机基层,采用满穿工艺,梳栉数为6,机速500n/min;
3)表层织造,加捻布由100D加捻涤纶丝经线和100D加捻涤纶丝纬线交织制成;加捻布本体浸泡静电吸尘剂后烘干处理;烘干后将凸点通过熔喷工艺粘附在加捻布表面;
4)基层、表层通过呈网格形布置的热熔线焊接在一体。
所述热熔线通过超声波热熔焊接形成,热熔线的形状为相连的直线或曲线,热熔线之间的网格圆形。
为了对比本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点,取现有技术中一种加捻布作为样品1、另一种加捻布作为样品2,对样品与本发明实施例的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布做摩擦性测试和强度拉伸测试,摩擦性测试方式为采用MXD-02布料摩擦系数测试仪对布料的静摩擦系数、动摩擦系数进行测试,结果如下表1所示:
强度拉伸测试方式为采用网格布拉伸断裂强力试验机对布料进行拉伸测试,在不同的试验力作用下测试布料的变形范围(单位:mm),结果如下表2所示:
由上述测试结果的表1可知,本发明的高摩擦力超细纤维经编加捻布与现有技术的加捻布相比具有更高的动摩擦系数和静摩擦系数,证明本发明具有更高的摩擦力,解决了现有技术中加捻布易打滑、摩擦力小的问题;由表2可知,本发明的高摩擦力超细纤维经编加捻布与现有技术的加捻布相比在不同的测试力作用下变形量较小,更加牢固耐拉扯,解决了现有技术中加捻布易变性、不耐用的问题。

Claims (9)

1.一种高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于,所述超细纤维经编加捻布为复合结构,由表层和基层复合而成;所述表层设置于基层的上表面;所述基层为采用0.52D或该规格以下的涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝为原料,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY为底丝做成;所述表层为加捻布,热焊接于基层上表面,加捻布表面布设有多个线条状凸点或/颗粒状凸点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述基层中涤纶丝或者涤锦复合丝所占的质量百分比为40~80%,100~150D涤纶FDY或DTY所占得质量百分比为60~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述表层附着有静电吸尘剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述静电吸尘剂为电气石、硫化钙、硒化钙、一水硫酸锂中的一种或几种与粘合剂形成的混合物,混合溶液的浓度为10wt%-30wt %。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述加捻布由经线和纬线交织而成,经线为100D加捻涤纶丝,所述纬线为100D加捻涤纶丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述经线的密度为130根/cm,所述纬线的密度为73根/cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于所述线条状凸点线径为0.5mm或0.5mm以下,所述颗粒状凸点的粒径为0.5mm或0.5mm以下。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述的高摩擦力的超细纤维经编加捻布,其特征在于其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备,选择并按配比准备原料;
2)基层织造,用E-2291型经编机基层,采用满穿工艺,梳栉数为6,机速500n/min;
3)表层织造,加捻布由100D加捻涤纶丝经线和100D加捻涤纶丝纬线交织制成;加捻布本体浸泡或喷涂静电吸尘剂后烘干处理;烘干后将凸点通过熔喷工艺粘附在加捻布表面;
