本发明提供了一种含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其创新点在于:包括底层、中间层和面层,三层材料通过缝合固定,所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述面料层包括经纱和纬纱;所述中间层设置有弹力层和蓄热层;所述弹力层内含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶。具体的,从下往上,底层的衬里织物层贴合中间层的蓄热层,蓄热层贴合中间层的弹力层,弹力层贴合面料层,形成含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶的面料。重要的是,在本发明中,中间层设置有弹力层,能够有效提高面料的弹力作用,成为高弹力面料,底层背面设置的衬里织物层,能够有效提高面料的强度,成为高强度面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料。
背景技术
随着国民经济总量的日益发展壮大,消费者对服装、面料的追求有着新的要求,市场不断推陈出新的向消费者提供各式各样的服装面料,纯棉面料是所有服装面料中最重要的产品之一,使用的场合非常多。锦纶有热定型特性,能保持住加热时形成的弯曲变形。锦纶的长丝可制成弹力丝,短丝可与棉及锦纶混纺,用来提高强度或者弹性。当然,除了在衣着和装饰品方面的应用外,还广泛应用在工业方面如帘子线、传动带、软管、渔网等方面。
例如中国专利CN105350152A公开了一种嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高强耐磨高棉感面料的制作工艺,其特征在于,具体工艺步骤如下:步骤1纱材选择:选择高纤维根数的锦纶6原丝,原丝通过机台吹纱制得高棉感的空气变形丝;步骤2分条整经:在400-500m/min速度下,通过分条整经机将高棉感空气变形丝纱线整成整轴;步骤3浆纱:在100-120m/min速度下,通过浆纱机使纱线上浆;喷水织机采用压克力浆料浆纱;步骤4并轴:在100-150m/min速度下,通过并轴机将步骤3中的整轴合并成一个织轴;步骤5织布:在500-600rpm转速下,通过钢筘的前后运动和综框的上下运动,经纬纱互相交织,织成平纹坯布;步骤6退浆水洗:平纹坯布在10-25m/min速度、80-100℃温度下,通过无张力退浆机,在NaOH:8-12g/l、去油剂:2-4g/l、精练剂:3-6g/l,80-100℃的水温条件下,保持布料在退浆机中10-15min时间,将纤维表面上的浆料、杂质清洗干净;步骤7染色:选择酸性染料,在2-4h染色时间、4-5pH值酸控,选择合适的染料染色过程,按照要求的颜色配方选择溢流染机染色;步骤8中定:选择轨道式定型机以60m/min速度、160℃温度下,布料在烘箱热定型1.5min时间;同时在生产过程中须经过布目校正器,调整纬弯斜,使经纬纱互垂直水平;步骤9泼水定型:选择轨道式定型机,于配液槽添加10-40g/l大金氟素泼水剂、3-5g/l的异氰酸盐架桥剂、10g/l氨基硅柔软剂、10-40g/l的异丙醇渗透剂施以拒水整理;泼水剂、架桥剂和渗透剂组合配液倒进水槽;将上述经步骤8之半成品布以10-30m/min速度通过水槽和轧辊,浸轧后以60%带液率进入预烘箱;紧接着进入160℃温度烘箱中焙烘1.5min时间并使之冷却;步骤10点塑整理,所述的点塑整理为:将已经泼水定型好的嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高强耐磨高棉感面料施以滴塑工艺,滴塑加工采用脂肪族常温固化型环氧树脂作为原料,施加在面料表面,形成一层保护层;得本发明所述的嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高强耐磨高棉感面料。该技术方案中,主要用于改善纯棉面料耐磨性能不足的缺陷,因此,在纯棉面料中加入嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶的方法具有改良性能的优势,但是目前尚未出现相关的嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与氨纶和毛纤维混合,制备多功能嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶的产品。
再例如中国专利CN104357985A公开了一种嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与芳纶混纺纺纱工艺,包括清花、梳棉、并粗、并纱、细纱、蒸纱、络筒工序,其特征是:首先对锦纶短纤维进行抗静电的预处理,将预处理的锦纶短纤与芳纶短纤按比例进行人工混合,在清花工序中制成棉卷,在梳棉工序中做成生条,然后对生条进行并条,经过四道并合后,制成熟条,熟条再经过粗纱,绵纶长丝丝饼经过并纱机进行倒筒,卷装成氨纶纺纱装置的双根丝饼;再将锦纶双根丝饼通过细纱机嵌入式纺纱装置与锦纶芳纶混纺的粗纱一起纺成细纱;然后将细纱管纱经过蒸纱机进行蒸纱定捻;最后通过络筒机,制成大卷装的成品以待使用。该技术方案中,将嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶嵌入锦纶与芳纶混合物中,主要到改善织物的吸湿性及穿着的舒适性,在保证织物耐磨性能及尺寸稳定性的基础上,提高织物的抗皱性能。但是目前尚未出现相关的嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与氨纶和毛纤维混合,制备多功能嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶的产品。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的尚未出现相关的嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与氨纶和毛纤维混合,制备多功能嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶的产品,以提高面料弹性和强度的问题,本发明提供了一种含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其创新点在于:包括底层、中间层和面层,三层材料通过缝合固定,所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述面料层包括经纱和纬纱;所述中间层设置有弹力层和蓄热层;所述弹力层内含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶。
在一些实施方式中,所述衬里织物层包括织物线和竹炭纤维线;所述织物线和竹炭纤维线通过编织形成织物层;所述织物线横向编织,所述竹炭纤维线竖向编织;所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为2:5~7。
在一些实施方式中,所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为1:3。
在一些实施方式中,所述竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:
纳米竹炭片 32-45%
腈纶 55-68%。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,在本发明中,中间层设置有弹力层,能够有效提高面料的弹力作用,成为高弹力面料,底层背面设置的衬里织物层,能够有效提高面料的强度,成为高强度面料。
(2)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,竹炭纤维线进行竖向编织,同时高强度的织物线横向编织,使得衬里织物层在横向方向行具有较强的强度,同时竖向的拉伸力得到增强,即断裂强度大,断裂伸长率大,避免织物容易变形走样,而竹炭纤维线进行竖向编织,改善了衬里织物层透气导湿功能,且竖向上的抱合力增强,另外,由于竖向竹炭纤维本身属于低强力纤维,其抵抗变形的能力较差,因此与横向设置断裂强度大,断裂伸长率大的织物线竖向方向上互补,得到具有高强度、且能够天然抗菌、抑菌以及抗击紫外线、吸湿除臭排汗等竹炭纤维优势。
(3)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,最佳比例织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为1:3的条件下,衬里织物层的最主要优势在于具有最大限度的保留了衬里织物层高强度的同时,保证了衬里织物层具有大的断裂强度和大的断裂伸长率;并保持竹炭纤维的自身优势。
(4)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,腈纶具有较好的弹性,且蓬松卷曲柔软,而纳米竹炭片具有天然抗菌、抑菌以及抗击紫外线和吸湿除臭的作用,两者复合,能够在一定程度上克服竹炭纤维本身抗形变能力差的缺陷。
(5)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,选用锦纶时,纳米竹炭片的用量较少,而选用涤纶时,纳米竹炭片的用量相对减多,这是考虑到,涤纶的吸湿性相对较差,强度较高,因此,需要适当增加纳米竹炭片的用量,以便弥补此缺陷。作为进一步优选的,上述纳米竹炭片的粒径是0.1~0.5nm,最多不得超过0.92nm。粒径过大,附着性能变差。
(6)本发明的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,首次将此三种成分进行混纺,嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维形成的复合纱,具有良好的耐磨性,吸湿性以及高弹力,嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶本身具有优秀的弹力,与精纺毛纤维复合后,大大提高了其强度和弹性,但是,同时混合纤维具有容易静电、透气性不佳的缺陷,因此,在这之后选择与棉纤维复合,利用棉纱和嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维形成的复合纱并线,形成双组份,并以合理的排列组合,嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维的复合纱作为经纱,棉纱作为纬纱,能够有效克服容易静电、透气性不佳的缺点,最后再与氨纶混纺,保证弹力层弹性优异,强度高出2~3倍,线密度也更细,并且更耐化学降解。

具体的,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述衬里织物层包括织物线和竹炭纤维线;所述织物线和竹炭纤维线通过编织形成织物层;所述织物线横向编织,所述竹炭纤维线竖向编织;所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为2:5~7。所述织物线选择高强度的丝线,在本发明中,竹炭纤维线进行竖向编织,同时高强度的织物线横向编织,使得衬里织物层在横向方向行具有较强的强度,同时竖向的拉伸力得到增强,即断裂强度大,断裂伸长率大,避免织物容易变形走样,而竹炭纤维线进行竖向编织,改善了衬里织物层透气导湿功能,且竖向上的抱合力增强,另外,由于竖向竹炭纤维本身属于低强力纤维,其抵抗变形的能力较差,因此与横向设置断裂强度大,断裂伸长率大的织物线竖向方向上互补,得到具有高强度、且能够天然抗菌、抑菌以及抗击紫外线、吸湿除臭排汗等竹炭纤维优势。作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为1:3。按照此种比例编织,织物线在横向与竖向上的作用力分别与竹炭纤维线在横向与竖向的作用力分别协同作用,抗拉、抗变形、强度等方面达到最佳性能,另外,织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例也决定了哪种性能占据优势,在本发明的最佳比例织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为1:3的条件下,衬里织物层的最主要优势在于具有最大限度的保留了衬里织物层高强度的同时,保证了衬里织物层具有大的断裂强度和大的断裂伸长率;并保持竹炭纤维的自身优势。
作为进一步优选的,为了赋予竹炭纤维的更好的性能效果,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:
纳米竹炭片 32-45%
腈纶 55-68%。
在本发明中,竹炭纤维线包括纳米竹炭片和锦纶这两种成分按照相应比例复合,使得腈纶上均匀附着纳米竹炭片,从而优化竹炭纤维的性能。在本发明中,腈纶具有较好的弹性,且蓬松卷曲柔软,而纳米竹炭片具有天然抗菌、抑菌以及抗击紫外线和吸湿除臭的作用,两者复合,能够在一定程度上克服竹炭纤维本身抗形变能力差的缺陷。作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式,竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:纳米竹炭片40%,腈纶60%。也就是百分之四十的纳米竹炭片均匀附着到百分之六十的腈纶上,复合后的竹炭纤维力学性能大大提高,能够在很大程度上改善竹炭纤维本身较差的例如,强度、抗形变、抗拉等性能。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,所述竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:
纳米竹炭片 32-45%
腈纶 40-60%
锦纶或涤纶 8-15%。
在本发明中,竹炭纤维线包括纳米竹炭片、腈纶和锦纶或涤纶之一组成,例如,当竹炭纤维线包括纳米竹炭片、腈纶和锦纶时,各自组分的百分比为:
纳米竹炭片 35-40%
腈纶 40-50%
锦纶 15%。
当竹炭纤维线包括纳米竹炭片、腈纶和涤纶时,各自组分的百分比为:
纳米竹炭片 40-45%
腈纶 45-50%
涤纶 10-15%。
首先,在本实施方式中,竹炭纤维线还增加了与锦纶或涤纶的混纺,由上述论述可知,腈纶上均匀附着纳米竹炭片,能够优化竹炭纤维的性能。在此基础上,复合后的腈纶再与锦纶或涤纶的混纺,能够提高衬里织物层柔软度的同时,附着在腈纶上的纳米竹炭片可以在混纺过程少量转移到锦纶或涤纶上,本发明采用腈纶上均匀附着纳米竹炭片的附着式而不是直接混纺式,可以提高纳米竹炭片的活动性,也就是说,能够使得锦纶或涤纶纤维也能得到一定的改性作用,集合多种优势,达到优良的性能面料。另一方面,由以上成分及相互之间的配比可以看出,选用锦纶时,纳米竹炭片的用量较少,而选用涤纶时,纳米竹炭片的用量相对减多,这是考虑到,涤纶的吸湿性相对较差,强度较高,因此,需要适当增加纳米竹炭片的用量,以便弥补此缺陷。作为进一步优选的,上述纳米竹炭片的粒径是0.1~0.5nm,最多不得超过0.92nm。粒径过大,附着性能变差。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述弹力层包括棉纤维、嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶、氨纶、精纺毛纤维进行混合纺织得到;所述棉纤维、嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶、氨纶、精纺毛纤维四种成分的质量比为3:1:2:1。在本发明的此实施方式中,弹力层的主要作用是保证面料具有高弹性,其中,弹力层的组成组分中,最重要的是嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶、棉纤维和精纺毛纤维的混纺,在本发明中,首次将此三种成分进行混纺,嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维形成的复合纱,具有良好的耐磨性,吸湿性以及高弹力,绵纶长丝本身具有优秀的弹力,与精纺毛纤维复合后,大大提高了其强度和弹性,但是,同时混合纤维具有容易静电、透气性不佳的缺陷,因此,在这之后选择与棉纤维复合,利用棉纱和嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维形成的复合纱并线,形成双组份,并以合理的排列组合,嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶与精纺毛纤维的复合纱作为经纱,棉纱作为纬纱,能够有效克服容易静电、透气性不佳的缺点,最后再与氨纶混纺,保证弹力层弹性优异,强度高出2~3倍,线密度也更细,并且更耐化学降解。
作为进一步优选的,在本发明的此实施方式中,所述蓄热层包括蓄热纤维;所述蓄热纤维上均匀分散有蓄热成分;所述蓄热成分进行吸光蓄热或者吸湿蓄热。具体的,所述吸光蓄热成分为粒径是0.1~1μm的金纳米粒子;所述吸湿蓄热成分为粒径是5~10nm的陶瓷纤维粒子、碳化锆粒子和双氢氧化物粒子的混合物。
作为进一步优选的,所述面料层的经纱采用棉纤维、亚麻纤维、苎麻纤维混合纺织,所述的棉纤维、亚麻纤维、苎麻纤维质量比为1:2:1。所述面料层的纬纱采用涤纶纤维、棉纤维混合纺织,所述的涤纶纤维、棉纤维质量比为3:5。

Claims (10)

1.一种含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:包括底层、中间层和面层,三层材料通过缝合固定,所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述面料层包括经纱和纬纱;所述中间层设置有弹力层和蓄热层;所述弹力层内含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述衬里织物层包括织物线和竹炭纤维线;所述织物线和竹炭纤维线通过编织形成织物层;所述织物线横向编织,所述竹炭纤维线竖向编织;所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为2:5~7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述织物线与竹炭纤维线的编织比例为1:3。
4.根据权利要求2所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:
纳米竹炭片 32-45%
腈纶 55-68%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述竹炭纤维线由以下质量百分比的成分组成:
纳米竹炭片 40%
腈纶 60%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述弹力层包括棉纤维、嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶、氨纶、精纺毛纤维进行混合纺织得到;所述棉纤维、嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶、氨纶、精纺毛纤维四种成分的质量比为3:1:2:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述蓄热层包括蓄热纤维;所述蓄热纤维上均匀分散有蓄热成分;所述蓄热成分进行吸光蓄热或者吸湿蓄热。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述吸光蓄热成分为粒径是0.1~1μm的金纳米粒子;所述吸湿蓄热成分为粒径是5~10nm的陶瓷纤维粒子、碳化锆粒子和双氢氧化物粒子的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述面料层的经纱采用棉纤维、亚麻纤维、苎麻纤维混合纺织,所述的棉纤维、亚麻纤维、苎麻纤维质量比为1:2:1。
10.根据权利要求1所述的含有嵌入绵纶长丝的锦纶高弹力高强度面料,其特征在于:所述面料层的纬纱采用涤纶纤维、棉纤维混合纺织,所述的涤纶纤维、棉纤维质量比为3:5。
