本发明涉及墙暖技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种墙暖木饰面系统及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,家庭、办公场所等通常设置有地暖装置。传统的地暖装置为水暖加热,在地面铺设2cm保温板层,然后用钢丝将循环水管定位于保温板层上方,再浇注4-5cm混凝土层,最后加盖1.5-1.8cm地板层;由于对于地暖装置的强度要求较高,需要保证地暖装置具有一定的厚度,进而使得热传导路径较长;并且地暖装置还存在安装复杂、工程量大、热传导速度慢、温度分布上下不均匀、出现故障难以检修、供暖费用高等问题。
因此,如何提供一种传热速度快、安装简单、拆卸方便、不占空间的供暖系统成为了本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种墙暖木饰面系统及其生产工艺,其传热速度快,可即开即用、省电环保,且安装简单,拆卸方便,不占空间,还可作为装饰提升房间的美观度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,包括:保温板,反射膜,发热板和复合板;所述保温板、反射膜、发热板和复合板依次铺设于墙体表面;所述复合板包括金属层、第一PUR胶层和表皮层;所述金属层靠近所述发热板放置,所述表皮层通过所述第一PUR胶层粘接于所述金属层上背离所述发热板的一侧。
进一步地,所述保温板为挤塑板(XPS),是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料,经由特殊工艺连续挤出发泡成型的硬质板材,其内部为独立的密闭式气泡结构,是一种具有高抗压、不吸水、防潮、不透气、轻质、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长、导热系数低等优异性能的环保型保温材料。
进一步地,所述反射膜为铝箔、无纺布复合膜,其中铝箔层朝向发热板。反射膜的设置可将发热板发出的热量反射到复合板,进而加速墙暖木饰面系统表面温度的升高。
进一步地,所述发热板为碳纤维发热板,碳纤维发热板在电场作用下,碳素中的微粒做布朗运动并碰撞摩擦产生热能,使温度快速升高;发热板的最高工作温度不足60℃,不会成为着火源,不会温度过高造成人体不适、烫伤;并且整个系统采用并联方式连接,加有漏电保护系统,安全可靠性高;通过发热板进行发热使得系统不需要任何清洗、添加或更换材料和维护,无人为损伤,可确保系统安全使用50年以上。
进一步地,所述金属层为镀锌板或铝板,镀锌板或铝板导热效率高,其与表皮层复合后的导热速度为同等厚度传统实木的15倍。

一种墙暖木饰面系统的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述复合板的制作包括以下步骤:
(1)表皮层的制作:将天然木皮沿着木纹长度方向打齿指接成卷材,在成卷天然木皮的表面涂布PUR胶,带胶天然木皮输送到压辊,压辊上绕一层多孔无纺布,通过压辊将无纺布压贴在天然木皮的表面;
(2)金属层的处理:制作指定厚度的金属板,板面平整,无凹凸点;将金属板放入拉丝机,用钢丝轮对粘贴面进行拉丝处理,将表面拉毛;
(3)贴面:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,用布胶辊将PUR胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,将表皮层的无纺布面平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上;
(4)养生:贴面后得到的复合板放入养生房养生;
(5)修边:将复合板上多余的表皮层割掉,要求切割平直,无缺损掉肉;
(6)表面修饰:对复合板的木皮表面进行砂光、擦色、烘干、滚修色底漆、光固化、砂光、滚面漆、光固化;其中,底漆和面漆分别加入质量分数5-10%三氧化二铝,底漆加入颜色对木饰面进行修色,面漆不加颜色。

经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明公开提供了一种墙暖木饰面系统,具有以下有益效果:

(2)造价低:相比传统水暖地板方案、电暖地板方案,降低费用30%-50%。
(3)拆装方便:100平米面积,当天结束施工。
(4)传热快速均匀:一方面由于热量到系统表面的传热路径短,另一方面由于保温板,反射膜,发热板和复合板的配置使得传热效率高,使得本发明可即开即热,8分钟表热,30分钟房间热,与空调的加热速度相近,是电加热实木地暖加热速度的2-3倍,是水加热实木地暖加热速度的4-6倍。
(5)省电、费用低:传热速度快,使得热量损耗少;人走即关,有人才开,使得开机时间大幅降低;发热板电热转换率可达99%以上,是目前电热转换效率最高的材料,节能效果好;可通过配置智能温控器对每个房间的温度进行独立控制,能耗约为普通水暖的50%,约为空调的65%。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开了一种墙暖木饰面系统,包括:保温板1,反射膜2,发热板3和复合板4;保温板1、反射膜2、发热板3和复合板4依次铺设于墙体表面;复合板4包括金属层41、第一PUR胶层42、表皮层43和木蜡油层44;金属层41靠近发热板3放置;表皮层43包括木皮层431、第二PUR胶层432和无纺布层433;无纺布层433通过第二PUR胶层432与木皮层431相粘接,并且无纺布层433通过第一PUR胶层42与金属层41相粘接;木蜡油层44涂覆于木皮层431表面。
保温板1为挤塑板(XPS)。
反射膜2为铝箔、无纺布复合膜,其中铝箔层朝向发热板3。
发热板3为碳纤维发热板。
金属层41为镀锌板、铝板等。
进一步地,墙暖木饰面系统的厚度为7-10mm。
优选地,保温板1的厚度为5mm;发热板3的厚度为1mm;金属层41的厚度为1mm;木皮层431的厚度为0.4mm。
进一步地,木皮层431为橡木、榆木、枫木、黑胡桃、酸枝、泰柚或花梨等天然木皮制成。
进一步地,复合板4的制作包括以下步骤:
(1)表皮层的制作:将天然木皮沿着木纹长度方向打齿指接成卷材,在成卷天然木皮的表面涂布PUR胶,PUR胶温度140℃-160℃,胶量60-100克/平米,带胶天然木皮输送到压辊,压辊上绕一层多孔无纺布,通过压辊将无纺布压贴在天然木皮的表面,进而将天然木皮横向拼接到所需宽度,保证木皮层的柔韧性和横向抗拉强度。
(2)金属层的处理:制作指定厚度的金属板,板面平整,无凹凸点;将金属板放入拉丝机,用钢丝轮对粘贴面进行拉丝处理,钢丝直径为0.15-0.2mm;将表面拉毛可提高表面粗糙度,增加表面面积,从而提高胶合强度,同时去除表面污渍。
(3)贴面:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,预热温度为30-40℃;用布胶辊将PUR胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,PUR胶温度为130-150℃,布胶量60-80克/平米,将表皮层的无纺布面平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上,压辊数量为16-24支。
(4)养生:贴面后得到的复合板放入养生房养生,养生条件为温度20-30℃,湿度50-70%,时间48小时。
(5)修边:使用美工刀将复合板上多余的表皮层割掉,要求切割平直,无缺损掉肉。
(6)表面修饰:对复合板的木皮表面进行砂光、擦色、烘干、滚修色底漆、光固化、砂光、滚面漆、光固化;其中,底漆和面漆分别加入质量分数5-10%三氧化二铝,底漆加入颜色对木饰面进行修色,面漆不加颜色。底漆涂2次,面漆涂1次。底漆和面漆均为木蜡油。
对所制作的复合板进行冷热循环测试:
选取本发明复合板作为测试组,并设置对照组,63℃烘箱2小时,-20℃冰箱2小时作为一个测试循环,每个测试循环后,观察表面开裂、鼓泡程度。
对照组1:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,预热温度为30-40℃;用布胶辊将PUR胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,PUR胶温度为130-150℃,布胶量60-80克/平米,将天然木皮平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上,压辊数量为16-24支,对复合板进行修边和表面修饰。
对照组2:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,预热温度为30-40℃;用布胶辊将白乳胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,将天然木皮平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上,压辊数量为16-24支,对复合板进行修边。

由表1可以得出,本发明复合板相比对照组复合板,不易开裂、不易鼓泡,稳定性好。
对所制作的复合板进行浸渍剥离测试:
选取本发明复合板作为测试组,并设置对照组,63℃水浴锅3小时,63℃烘箱3小时作为一个测试循环,每个测试循环后,观察胶层是否发生剥离及剥离的程度。
对照组1:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,预热温度为30-40℃;用布胶辊将PUR胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,PUR胶温度为130-150℃,布胶量60-80克/平米,将天然木皮平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上,压辊数量为16-24支,对复合板进行修边和表面修饰。
对照组2:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,预热温度为30-40℃;用布胶辊将白乳胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,将天然木皮平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上,压辊数量为16-24支,对复合板进行修边。

由表2可以得出,本发明复合板相比对照组复合板,受热或泡水不易产生影响,抗热和防水能力较强。
本发明墙暖木饰面系统的铺装方法为:
(1)将墙面找平,从踢脚线开始或从指定高度向上用枪钉将保温板1、反射膜2依次固定在墙面上;
(2)将发热板3裁剪成所需尺寸,裁减的边缘部分用绝缘胶带包边处理,保证粘贴牢固无遗漏,防止绝缘胶带脱落造成漏电;发热板3背面设置有铜片,将电源连接线焊接在铜片上,用防水胶泥对所有焊接点和焊接点的背面进行防水处理,并用绝缘胶带作绝缘处理;然后,用绝缘胶带将发热板3粘贴到反射膜2表面;最后,在发热板3的中心位置开设一空洞,空洞周围用绝缘胶带作绝缘处理,将温控感应器安置于空洞内,并将发热板3连接线和温控感应器一起并联接入温控器指定的接口。
(3)进行发热测试,保证发热板3以及温控感应器正常运行;
(4)在发热板3外部铺设复合板4,复合板4边缘采用固定卡条固定;固定卡条可选用常规装修用卡条;保温板1、反射膜2、发热板3、复合板4之间均紧密贴合,避免热量的浪费,以提高热传导效率。
本发明使用时,发热板3在电场作用下,碳素中的微粒做布朗运动并碰撞摩擦产生热能,使温度升高,并传热给反射膜2和复合板4。反射膜2又将热能反射到复合板4,使其表面温度升高,复合板4与表面空气之间短时间达到热态平衡,以恒定的温度向外进行热辐射,辐射出的红外线接触到周围实体后,能被吸收转化为热能,使实体的温度升高。
本发明的温度调节可通过智能温控器进行自动控制。优选地,温控器负荷电流:16A-25A;负载功率:3520W-5500W;额定电压:AC 110/220V/50Hz;温控范围:0-90℃。可通过在发热板和室内均设置温控感应器,同时检测室温和发热板自身温度,当室温和发热板温度均低于设定值时,温控器自动开始加热,当室温或发热板温度有一者达到设定值时,温控器会自动停止加热。如此既延长发热板使用寿命,使其维持合适的温度,又使系统更加节能。
进一步地,针对于不同的加热空间,可设置多个智能温控器,以实现分室温控。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)

1.一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,包括:保温板,反射膜,发热板和复合板;所述保温板、反射膜、发热板和复合板依次铺设于墙体表面;所述复合板包括金属层、第一PUR胶层和表皮层;所述金属层靠近所述发热板放置,所述表皮层通过所述第一PUR胶层粘接于所述金属层上背离所述发热板的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述金属层为镀锌板或铝板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述复合板还包括木蜡油层,所述木蜡油层涂覆于所述表皮层上背离所述第一PUR胶层的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述表皮层包括木皮层、第二PUR胶层和无纺布层;所述无纺布层通过所述第二PUR胶层与所述木皮层相粘接,并且所述无纺布层通过所述第一PUR胶层与所述金属层相粘接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述墙暖木饰面系统的厚度为7-10mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述保温板的厚度为4.5-5.5mm;所述发热板的厚度为0.5-1.5mm;所述金属层的厚度为0.6-2mm;所述木皮层的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统,其特征在于,所述木皮层为橡木、榆木、枫木、黑胡桃、酸枝、泰柚或花梨。
8.一种墙暖木饰面系统的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述复合板的制作包括以下步骤:
(1)表皮层的制作:将天然木皮沿着木纹长度方向打齿指接成卷材,在成卷天然木皮的表面涂布PUR胶,带胶天然木皮输送到压辊,压辊上绕一层多孔无纺布,通过压辊将无纺布压贴在天然木皮的表面;
(2)金属层的处理:制作指定厚度的金属板,板面平整,无凹凸点;将金属板放入拉丝机,用钢丝轮对粘贴面进行拉丝处理,将表面拉毛;
(3)贴面:将金属层放入贴面机进行预热,用布胶辊将PUR胶均匀地涂布在金属层的粘贴面上,将表皮层的无纺布面平铺在带胶金属层上方,然后输送至压辊中将表皮层粘贴到金属层上;
(4)养生:贴面后得到的复合板放入养生房养生;
(5)修边:将复合板上多余的表皮层割掉,要求切割平直,无缺损掉肉;
(6)表面修饰:对复合板的木皮表面进行砂光、擦色、烘干、滚修色底漆、光固化、砂光、滚面漆、光固化;其中,底漆和面漆分别加入质量分数5-10%三氧化二铝,底漆加入颜色对木饰面进行修色,面漆不加颜色。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中PUR胶温度140℃-160℃,胶量60-100克/平米,天然木皮厚度0.3-0.6mm;
所述步骤(2)中钢丝直径为0.15-0.2mm;
所述步骤(3)中预热温度为30-40℃,PUR胶温度为130-150℃,布胶量60-80克/平米,压辊数量为16-24支;
所述步骤(4)中养生条件为温度20-30℃,湿度50-70%,时间48小时;
所述步骤(6)中底漆涂2次,面漆涂1次。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种墙暖木饰面系统的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中底漆和面漆均为木蜡油。
