本发明涉及一种中草药组合物，更具体地说是涉及一种治疗慢性咽炎的中草药组合物。
背景技术
慢性咽炎是一种常见病多发病，是咽部粘膜、粘膜下及淋巴组织的弥漫性炎症，临床上表现为咽喉干燥、痒痛不适，如有异物梗阻，吐之不出，咽之不下，干咳少痰为症状，查体无明显器质性病变，病情时好时坏，症状易反复发作。主要症状为咽部不适，如异物感、咽干、咽痒、 咽刺痛，咳嗽，恶心甚至呕吐。慢性咽炎中具体分类包括慢性单纯性咽炎和慢性肥厚性咽炎。慢性单纯性咽炎，病变主要在黏膜层，表现为咽部黏膜慢性充血，其血管周围有较多淋巴细胞浸润，也可见白细胞及浆细胞浸润。黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织增生。 黏液腺可肥大，分泌功能亢进，黏液分泌增多。多见成年人，病程长，易复发。慢性肥厚性咽炎，常为慢性单纯性咽炎的继发病，其咽部黏膜充血增厚， 黏膜及黏膜下有较广泛的结缔组织及淋巴组织增生，在黏液腺周围的淋巴组织增生突起，在咽后壁上变现为多个颗粒隆起，呈慢性充血状，有时甚至融合成一片。黏液腺内的炎性渗出物被封闭其中，在淋巴颗粒隆起的顶部形成 囊状白点，破溃时可见黄白色渗出物。此型咽炎常累及咽侧索淋巴组织，使其增生肥厚，呈条索状。

蝉蜕：味甘，性寒；归肺、肝经；具有宣风除热，透疹，利咽，退翳，解痉之功效。
百合：味甘、微苦，性微寒；归心、肺经；具有养阴润肺，清心安神之功效。
金果榄：味苦，性寒；归肺、胃经；具有清热解毒，利咽，止痛之功效。
中华赛爵床: 味微甘、性微温；具有健脾开胃，散瘀止血，消肿解毒之功效。
芫花：味辛、苦，性温，有毒；归肺、脾、肾经；具有泻水逐饮，祛痰止咳，杀虫疗癣之功效。
鹅不食草：味辛，性温；归肺、肝经；具有祛风寒，通鼻窍，去翳明目，止咳祛痰，散瘀消肿之功效。
山药：味甘，性平；归肺、脾、肾经；具有补脾养胃，生津益肺，补肾固涩之功效。
桂枝：味辛、甘，性温；归心、肺、膀胱经；发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气。
大枣：味甘，性温；归脾、胃经；具有补气健脾，养血安神，调和营卫，缓和药性之功效。
枸杞子：味甘，性平；归肝、肾经；具有滋肝补肾，益精明目，润肺之功效。
葛根：味甘、辛，性凉；归脾、胃经；具有发表解肌，透疹，解热生津，升阳止泻之功效。
木通：味苦，性微寒；归心、小肠、膀胱经；具有清心火，利小便，通经下乳之功效。
熟地黄：味甘，性微温；归肝、肾经；具有补血滋阴，益精填髓之功效。
薏苡仁：味甘、淡，性凉；归脾、胃、肺经；具有利水渗湿、健脾止泻、除痹消痈之功效。
大黄：味苦，性寒；归胃、大肠、肝、脾经；具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄之功效。
马鞭草：味苦，性凉；归肝、脾经；具有清热解毒，活血祛瘀，利水消肿之功效。
黄柏：味苦，性寒；归肾、膀胱、大肠经；具有清热燥湿，泻火解毒之功效。
马勃：味辛，性平；归肺经；具有清肺利咽，解毒止血之功效。
本发明提供的一种治疗慢性咽炎的中草药组合物配方简单、药源丰富、价格低廉、无任何毒副作用和药物依赖性。经多年的临床应用，对于轻度慢性咽炎患者服用本发明药物1--2个疗程症状明显改善，通常2--3个疗程即可痊愈；对于中度慢性咽炎患者服用2-3个疗程病情明显改善，通常连续服用3--5个疗程即可痊愈；对于重慢性咽炎患者服用2--4个疗程症状明显改善，连续服用5--7个疗程即可痊愈，且复发率极低。
具体实施方式
实施例1，治疗慢性咽炎的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：玄参12份、半夏6份、陈皮10份、川贝母18份、罗汉果12份、木香18份、麦冬18份、枇杷叶12份、荆芥18份、生地12份、蝉蜕12份、百合12份、金果榄12份、中华赛爵床18份、芫花18份、鹅不食草18份、山药18份、桂枝22份、大枣10份、枸杞子26份、葛根12份、木通12份、熟地黄16份、薏苡仁10份、大黄10份、马鞭草10份、黄柏20份、马勃12份；将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮10--20分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮10--15分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，七天为一个疗程。
实施例2，治疗慢性咽炎的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：玄参15份、半夏8份、陈皮15份、川贝母25份、罗汉果15份、木香25份、麦冬24份、枇杷叶20份、荆芥24份、生地18份、蝉蜕18份、百合18份、金果榄18份、中华赛爵床22份、芫花22份、鹅不食草22份、山药22份、桂枝22份、大枣14份、枸杞子32份、葛根14份、木通14份、熟地黄22份、薏苡仁14份、大黄14份、马鞭草14份、黄柏22份、马勃14份；将上述中药原料放入容器中，加水水没过药面，浸泡15—20分钟，再加水没过药面5—10厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸腾前用武火煎煮，沸腾后用文火煎煮10--20分钟；第二次煎煮时，加水没过药面4—8厘米，用武火进行煎煮，水沸后用文火煎煮10--15分钟；两次煎煮取汁，合并服用，七天为一个疗程。
病例1，周某，男，48岁，教师，患者自述患有慢性咽炎三年有余，咽喉干燥，有异物感，多处求医，治疗效果不理想；服用本发明制备的药剂三个疗程，咽喉干燥症状明显好转，又继续服用五个疗程，治愈。
病例2，吴某，男，28岁，销售员，近期感觉咽部有异物感，微咳，经医院诊断为慢性咽炎；服用本发明制备的药剂三天，慢性咽炎症状明显好转，又继续服用两个疗程，慢性咽炎症状完全消失。

1.治疗慢性咽炎的中草药组合物，其特征是，由下列重量份数的中药原料制作而成：玄参10--15份、半夏4--8份、陈皮10--15份、川贝母15--25份、罗汉果10--15份、木香15--25份、麦冬15--25份、枇杷叶10--20份、荆芥15--25份、生地10--20份、蝉蜕10--20份、百合10--20份、金果榄10--20份、中华赛爵床15--25份、芫花15--25份、鹅不食草15--25份、山药15--25份、桂枝20--25份、大枣10--15份、枸杞子25--35份、葛根10--15份、木通10--15份、熟地黄15--25份、薏苡仁10--15份、大黄10--15份、马鞭草10--15份、黄柏15--25份、马勃10--15份。
