Abstract

Description

发明背景
本发明涉及用于通常的管子的改进的连接装置。
本发明的领域是管子领域,特别是加压流体(例如,水泥浆)循环流过的柔性软管的领域。
在此领域中应用的传统连接装置具有螺纹联接器,该螺纹联接器设置有内肩部,该内肩部适于与位于软管保持器(即,意图插入软管的对应端部部分中的配合部分)上并且朝向相同软管保持器(the same hose-holder)的外侧突出的对应肩部协作。
现在描述的常规解决方案具有的缺点是,软管保持器上的肩部需要螺纹部(thread)的直径增大或增加,这导致所述肩部突出得高于软管保持器的外表面。
因此,在软管端部的连接部分处产生体积增加,例如当卷起大直径的软管(例如大于50mm)时,这也可能导致软管的与突出的肩部部分接触的部分上的断裂。
发明概述
本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于软管或管子的端部部分的连接装置,与现有技术的类似装置相比,其不需要增加螺纹部的厚度,同时提供所需的机械密封性能。
这些目的和其它目的通过根据权利要求1的装置实现。在其余权利要求中公开了本发明的优选实施方案。
参考上述现有技术,本发明的装置提供的优点是不需要使用具有在软管的表面上突出并且能够损害软管的表面的肩部的螺纹部。

优选实施方案的描述
如图1所示的现有技术的螺纹连接结构整体由附图标记1表示。
螺纹连接结构包括配合到对应的柔性软管的端部部分3中并通过压环螺母(pressing ring nut)4锁定在端部部分3中的第一软管保持器2。
对应的软管保持器5进而又被插入软管的另一端部部分6中,通过对应的压环螺母7被锁定在合适位置。
在软管保持器5的外端部分8处设置有肩部9,该肩部9朝向相同的软管保持器的外侧突出并适于与螺纹元件11的对应的内肩部10协作。
该连接结构的闭合通过将所提到的元件11的内螺纹12与应用于软管的另一端部部分的软管保持器2的对应的外螺纹13联接来进行。
所描述的外肩部9的存在需要螺纹元件11制成为具有增加的厚度,从而决定了形成高于压环螺母7的外径的突起或者体积增加14。当将软管在突起14上方卷起时,特别是在大尺寸软管的情况下,可能在与相同的突起接触的软管表面上发生断裂。
为了克服这些缺陷,已经制造了图2的装置,其中使用由具有纵向孔30的大体上管状的主体形成的元件15。所述元件15具有设置有滚珠17的第一部分,以获得与安装在软管的端部部分6上的对应的软管保持器16的联接。
此外,相同的元件15还具有设置有内螺纹19的第二部分,内螺纹19用于联接到安装在软管的另一端部部分3上的软管保持器18的对应的外螺纹20。
有利地,根据本发明,软管保持器16的内径与软管保持器18的内径相同。以这种方式,可以消除由于在导管的内部部分存在变化而导致的任何水头损失(head loss)。
设置在元件15的所述第一部分上的滚珠17容纳在设置在相同的元件15的内壁上的半通道21、22内,并从外部穿过孔23、24被引入所述半通道中,所述孔23、24在相同的半通道21、22处形成在所述元件15的外表面上,并通过对应的螺纹帽25、26相对于外部被闭合。
在软管保持器16的端部部分27处设置有半通道28、29,当连接装置在使用中时(图3),半通道28、29围住容纳在连接装置15的所述半通道21、22中的滚珠17。
图4的滚珠17的直径D1小于通过所述半通道21、28和22、29的所描述的联接而形成的通道的直径D2。
因此,所述直径D1以足够的方式比所提到的直径D2小,以便允许滚珠17容纳在所提到的通道中并允许相同的滚珠在该通道内循环。
同时,滚珠17的直径D1也必须足够大以达到与所述通道的内壁的必要的干涉(interference),以便为该球形联接器提供必要的机械密封。以这种方式,可以防止元件15和软管保持器16的端部部分27之间发生任何沿轴向方向的分离。
例如,对于内径为76mm的软管,半通道21、28;22、29具有2.7mm的半径,直径为5mm的滚珠17接合在这些半通道中。
因此,通过将所述端部部分27插入到元件15的孔30中直到软管保持器16的半通道28、29的位置与元件15的半通道21、22的位置重合,获得了带有滚珠的元件15与软管保持器16的端部部分27的联接。
从该位置,所提到的滚珠17从元件15的外侧插入相同元件15的孔23、24中,从而允许滚珠落入通过所述半通道21、28和22、29的相互联接形成的通道内。
最终通过优选地借助于对应的螺纹将帽25、26闭合在孔23、24内来固定该联接。在邻接肩部32处还设置O形环31(在图3中示出),以确保软管保持器18与软管保持器16的端部部分27之间的必要的液压密封(图4)。
最后将压环螺母4、7设置在软管的与相应软管保持器18和16相关联的对应端部部分3、6上。
以这种方式,获得软管的端部部分3和6的连接,如图3所示。
此外,所提到的端部部分3和6可以是柔性软管的端部部分,但本发明不限于这种类型的软管。
最后,应该注意的是,通过从相应的座23、24中取出帽25、26以允许滚珠17从相应的通道21、28和22、29中移除来获得所述元件15的滚珠17部分这一侧上的连接断开。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于管子的改进的连接装置,其是下述类型的连接装置:包括安装在所述管子的端部部分(3)上的软管保持器(18)、安装在相同管子的另一端部部分(6)上的软管保持器(16)以及用于连接所述软管保持器(16、18)的元件(15),所述元件(15)包括具有纵向孔(30)的大体上管状的主体,其特征在于,所述元件(15)包括用于连接到所述软管保持器中的一个(16)的循环滚珠部分(17),其中所述软管保持器(16)的内径与所述软管保持器(18)的内径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述元件(15)还包括螺纹部分(19),所述螺纹部分(19)用于连接到所述连接装置的另一个软管保持器(18)的对应螺纹(20)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述循环滚珠部分包括用于容纳所述滚珠(17)的半通道(21、22)以及用于将相同的滚珠(17)插入所提到的半通道(21、22)中的孔(23、24),所述孔(23、24)进而又通过对应的螺纹帽(25、26)而闭合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述软管保持器(16)具有端部部分(27),所述端部部分(27)从所述管子的所提到的端部部分(6)突出并且具有与所述连接元件(15)的所提到的循环滚珠部分(17)的所述半通道(21、22)协作的半通道(28、29),以便在获得连接时在所述软管保持器(16)的所述端部部分(27)处于所述连接装置(15)的所提到的循环滚珠部分(17)内的夹紧位置中形成用于容纳和循环所述滚珠(17)的相应通道(21、28)和(22、29)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述滚珠(17)的直径(D1)小于所提到的通道(21、28;22、29)的直径(D2),但是足够大以获得所述连接元件(15)的所述循环滚珠部分与所述软管保持器(16)的所提到的端部部分(27)之间的联接的机械密封,相同的滚珠(17)能够在所述通道内自由循环,同时防止所述元件(15)和所述软管保持器(16)的所述端部部分(27)之间发生任何沿轴向方向的分离。
