纤维属于多孔性材料,叠加编织后又会形成无数空隙的多层体,因此织物较容易吸附菌类。抗菌整理织物能够有效抑制附着于织物上的微生物生长,维持卫生的衣着生活环境,保证人体健康。通常的抗菌整理包括有机抗菌剂、无机抗菌剂和天然抗菌剂。无机抗菌剂—纳米银系抗菌产品性能优异,其广谱抗菌能力对650种有害微生物具有优良抗菌性能、无耐药性对于耐药株同样具有良好的抑杀效果,且银对人体安全无毒,因而是研究的最热门和应用前景最为广阔的抗菌剂。而纳米银抗菌整理剂的耐久性、制备过程的复杂程度和耗能情况是制约纳米银抗菌整理剂发展的重要因素。
人们在穿着过程中会不同程度地接触到各种细菌,再加上人体上的汗液及汗渍,都会使细菌不同程度地附着在衣物上,还会产生异味,或者在潮湿的季节和地方,服装也会滋生细菌,使衣物发霉腐蚀,产生异味因此,为了尽量减少细菌对人体的不利影响,开发出一种既穿着舒服又具有抗菌作用的新型面料,来满足市场的需要。

技术方案:一种聚酯纤维抗菌除臭整理剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一.向反应器中投入2~5质量份二甲基硅油、3~6质量份氯化铵、8~12质量份聚丙二醇和3~6质量份醋酸乙酯,升温至70~85℃,然后搅拌30~60min;
步骤二.搅拌均匀后向反应器中加入3~5质量份二甲基硅油、2~4质量份棕榈蜡、0.2~0.7质量份烷基季铵型柔软剂,搅拌均匀;
步骤三.取1~3质量份纳米珍珠粉、3~5质量份壳聚糖、2~4质量份柠檬酸和0.5~1.2质量份三乙烯四胺投入常压反应釜中,在40~60℃搅拌,匀速滴加2~4质量份叶酸,滴加时间控制在1~2h,滴加结束后降温至室温;
步骤四.将步骤三降温至室温的混合物用剪切机进行剪切,剪切转速为350~400rpm,时间为5~8min;
步骤五.将剪切后的物料加入步骤二搅拌均匀后的混合物中,然后在8000~11000r/min的转速下搅拌处理15~30min,得到抗菌除臭整理剂。

上述方法制备的纳米抑菌织物按照FZ/T73023-2006《抗菌针织品》洗涤方法洗涤50次后,对比前后样品色差小。采用GB/T21510-2008《纳米无机材料抗菌性能测试方法》中振荡法测定抗菌性能,接触时间24h,测试金黄色葡萄球菌(G+),肺炎伯雷氏菌(G-),白色念珠菌(真菌)等微生物抑菌率如下表,织物符合国家抗菌织物3A标准。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维抗菌除臭整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中剪切转速为400rpm,时间为7 min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚酯纤维抗菌除臭整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中在10000r/min的转速下搅拌处理20 min。
