Abstract

本发明是一种以可食用性原材料制备护肤润肤洗洁化妆品及餐具洗涤剂的组合物。特别是涉及以大豆磷脂为植物源性天然表面活性剂,以甘油为保水保湿剂,以羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)或者是羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为增稠悬浮剂的制备方法。包括如下质量配比组分:大豆磷脂30%~80%,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)10%~30%,甘油10%~20%,另加入适量去离子水后搅拌均匀。全部混合制作过程是在常温下进行的机械物理性均匀搅拌混合且全部制备过程中无化学性反应。以上述技术方法制成的组合物的最终形态为膏体或乳液。本发明组合物是一种新型安全环保的洗洁润肤洗涤去污剂,可应用于与身体相关的各种化妆洗洁洗涤产品中,全部或部分替代化学类表面活性剂,降低对人体和环境的危害。

一种以可食用性原材料制备护肤润肤洗洁化妆品及餐具洗涤 剂的组合物
技术领域:本发明涉及用大豆磷脂和羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)以及甘油等可食用性原料混合制成护肤润肤洗洁化妆品及餐具洗涤用品的技术领域。
本发明旨在提供一种能够避免对人体产生刺激保证人体健康安全且减少坏境污染的润肤护肤洗洁洗浴用品及餐具洗涤剂制品的组合物的技术方法。
背景技术:目前市场上的洗洁护肤及餐厨清洗清洁用品多以化学合成表面活性剂(如直链烷基磺酸盐等)为基本原料制成。这类化学合成的表面活性剂去污清洁效果很好,但也存在着对人体皮肤有较强的刺激作用和残留物对人体健康有一定的不良影响以及对人类生存环境有一定的污染的弊端。有研究资料表明,由于某些化学合成的表面活性剂和洗洁助剂对人体皮肤有较强的刺激作用且含有一定的有害物质,其中的有些有害物质经皮肤或其它途径进入人体后,会干扰人体所有代谢,其代谢产物在体内引起的生化反应会对机体造成很大的危害,尤其是对生育繁殖的影响表现在胚胎毒性、致畸性、致突变性、致癌性、致敏性、溶血性等方面。
磷脂是人体细胞(细胞膜、核膜、质体膜)的基本成分,并对神经、生殖、激素等具有重要的人体生理营养学意义。大豆磷脂是从大豆中提取的一种天然营养物质,富含卵磷脂、脑磷脂、磷脂酰肌醇等人体所需要的重要的营养成分,被广泛的应用于食品、保健品、化妆品和药品等产品中。
大豆磷脂具有天然的亲油和亲水的双极性的表面活性剂的特性,因此具有良好的保持皮肤水分以及分解去除油污的效果。而比如肥皂等洗洁去污用品却只能通过向动植物油脂中添加强碱类物质进行皂化反应后才能取得去除油污的功能效果;其它化学洗洁洗涤剂中的化学性表面活性剂也具有基本相同的功能效果,但却并非植物性天然物质。这是我们将大豆磷脂应用于洗洁清洁用品中的重要的技术依据。
甘油是一种从动植物油脂中分离取得的天然物质,因其形似油脂而味道甘甜故被称作“甘油”。甘油被广泛的应用于食品、保健品、化妆品和药品等生产领域已经有很长的历史了。例如将其应用于食品工业中用作甜味剂;在果酒中添加用以遮蔽单宁等物质的苦涩味;在烟草中用作保湿剂等。由此可见其对人体的安全无毒性。
羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)是一种用羧甲基醚化的变性淀粉,它无味、无毒、不易霉变、易溶于水。应用于不同的产品中表现出增稠、悬浮、乳化、稳定、保形、成膜、膨化、保鲜、耐酸和保健等多种功能,食品级羧甲基淀粉钠广泛应用于牛奶、饮料、冷冻食品、快餐食品、糕点、糖浆等产品。能够保证对人体健康无毒无害的安全使用效果。更为重要的是,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)也具有一定的去污除垢的功能效果。
发明内容:本发明是将大豆磷脂、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)、甘油等可食用性物质按一定比例混合搅拌均制成,生产过程纯系物理搅拌而不涉及任何化学反应,亦不添加任何非食用性物质。由此在保证清洁清洗基本功能之基础上,避免对皮肤、黏膜及眼睛等人体器官组织无刺激,充分保证了良好的洗洁功能及对人体健康的安全性。
本发明所指大豆磷脂系特指磷脂(丙酮不溶物)含量>80%的粉末状大豆磷脂商品性产品。
本发明组合物的最终形态为膏体或乳液。为保证该种组合物的储存安全性,该种组合物允许按有关卫生健康安全标准适量添加食品级防腐抑菌剂、抗冻剂、抗氧化剂、植物提取物、香精、色素。
本发明组合物各成分均系易水溶性物质,对皮肤无刺激,对衣物无污染。
具体实施方式:本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:将粉末状大豆磷脂和食用级甘油以及羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)混合搅拌均匀,其特征在于大豆磷脂占全部最终组合物的20%~80%,食品级羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)20%~40%,食品级甘油20%~40%,加入适量去离子水后混合搅拌均匀。全部混合制作过程是在常温下进行的物理性均匀搅拌混合,全部过程中无化学性反应。制成物的最终形态为膏体或乳液。其中的羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)也可以以羧甲基纤维素(CMC)来取代。
兹举本发明应用于润肤护肤保湿洁面乳化妆品的一种具体实施方式示例如下:称取以重量计之粉末状大豆磷脂4份、食品级羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)3份、食品级甘油3份。首先将羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)加入20至40倍去离子水溶解搅拌混合均匀后再加入甘油继续搅拌混合均匀,然后加入粉末状大豆磷脂和聚谷氨酸钠0.2%,人参提取物1%,当归提取物1%以及食品防腐抑菌剂和食用香精适量,最后加入适量去离子水调整浓稠度后搅拌混合均匀完成全部制备过程。

Claims (6)

1.一种以可食用性原材料制备护肤润肤化妆品和洗洁洗浴品及餐具洗涤剂的组合物,包含有大豆磷脂、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)、甘油和去离子水。
2.据权利要求(1)所述组合物,其特征在于,以组合物总重量计,大豆磷脂占组合物的20%~80%,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)20%~30%,甘油10%~20%,去离子水适量。
3.根据权利要求(1)所述组合物,在该种组合物中所加入的大豆磷脂系特指磷脂(丙酮不溶物)含量>80%的粉末状大豆磷脂。
4.根据权利要求(1)所述组合物,羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)也可以以等量羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)取代。
5.根据权利要求(1)所述组合物,可以添加防腐剂、抗氧化剂、起泡剂、抗冻剂、植物提取物、香精、色素。
6.根据权利要求(1)所述组合物,其制备过程系常温下物理搅拌混匀而不涉及任何化学反应,组合物最终形态为膏体或乳液。
