本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢网清洗剂,通过采用复方组分的表面活性剂,改善了清洗效果、渗透能力、乳化能力和稳定性,使得清洗剂无残留、无闪点、配方温和、兼容性好、使用寿命长、维护成本低,在钢网清洗剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种钢网清洗剂,配方的质量百分比包括:

表面活性剂复方组分1(T20%,
助剂30〜60%,
所述表面活性剂复方组分的质量百分比包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚50%、脂肪醇环氧乙烷聚醚5%、脂肪醇环氧丙烷聚醚5%、2-乙基己基硫酸酯钠盐〗5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述助剂包括缓蚀剂和螯合剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述缓蚀剂的质量百分比包括65%娃酸钠和35%碳酸钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明钢网清洗剂具有高清洗负载能力、过滤能力、无毒无腐蚀、无残留、无闪点、气温低、安全环保、使用安全等优点,在钢网清洗剂的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

所述表面活性剂复方组分的质量百分比包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚50%、脂肪醇环氧乙烷聚醚5%、脂肪醇环氧丙烷聚醚5%、2_乙基己基硫酸酯钠盐15%,实验表明,上述复方组分的表面活性剂的配比最优,具有优异的清洗去污能力、很好的渗透能力和乳化能力,此种配比下的清洗剂溶液呈现无色澄清溶液、浊点为46°C、pH值为12.8、游离碱度为16。
优选地,所述助剂包括缓蚀剂和螯合剂,缓蚀剂对清洗油污和积垢以后对金属表面具有缓蚀防锈作用,螯合剂有效防止了金属离子反应产生沉积落在钢网表面。
优选地,所述缓蚀剂的质量百分比包括65%硅酸钠和35%碳酸钠,此配比也为实验优选配方,在此配比下具有良好的稳定性和缓蚀能力。
优选地,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸钠,柠檬酸钠属于有机螯合剂,避免了使用磷酸盐等无机螯合剂产生对环境有危害的物质,安全环保。
本发明钢网清洗剂的有益效果是:
一、通过采用复方组分的表面活性剂,改善了清洗效果、渗透能力、乳化能力和稳定性,使得清洗剂无残留、无闪点、配方温和、兼容性好、使用寿命长、维护成本低;
二、通过采用质量百分比为65%硅酸钠和35%碳酸钠作为缓蚀剂,起到了清洗油污和积垢以后对金属表面具有缓蚀防锈作用;
三、相对于一般的钢网清洗剂,这里的钢网清洗剂的螯合剂为柠檬酸钠,柠檬酸钠属于有机螯合剂,避免了使用磷酸盐等无机螯合剂产生对环境有危害的物质,安全环保。
