一种中性环保高效清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量组份:纯水:75~85%;络合分散剂:5~10%;表面活性剂:5~15%;醇醚溶剂:1‑3%。本发明采用水基清洗剂,复配有表面活性剂和络合分散剂,具有超强的清洗效果,添加醇醚溶剂,增强表面活性剂的融和。选用的络合剂络合能力强又容易降解,对环境友好;表面活性剂采用非离子表面活性剂,降解程度高。

本申请涉及工业清洗领域,尤其是一种中性环保高效清洗剂。
背景技术
目前,传统的工业水基清洗剂多为强碱或强酸性清洗剂,这些清洗剂往往都会对材料 本身有不同程度的腐蚀,且对环境危害较大,在废液处理方面成本较高。市场上目前存在 的中性清洗剂品种较少,且清洗能力都较弱。本发明产品采用先进的环保原料,不含磷及 有毒有害物质,可生物降解,安全环保,洗净力强,可作为精密零件清洗剂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目是提供一种不含磷的、清洁能力强的中性清洗剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种中性环保高效清洗剂,其特征在 于:包括以下重量组份
纯水:75~85%
络合分散剂:5~10%
表面活性剂:5~15%
醇醚溶剂:1-3%。
所述络合分散剂为:乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸(EDTMPA),乙二胺四乙酸钠盐,葡萄糖酸钠, 柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
所述醇醚溶剂为:乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚中,二丙二醇甲醚的一种或多种。
所述表面活性剂为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE),Berol 226、Berol 226SA,RD127, 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES),脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明采用水基清洗剂,复配有表面活性剂和络合分散剂,具有超强的清洗效果,添 加醇醚溶剂,增强表面活性剂的融和;选用的络合剂络合能力强又容易降解,对环境友好; 表面活性剂采用非离子表面活性剂,降解程度高。

在反应釜内加入配方量的80%的水,先加固体物料搅拌10-20min让其充分溶解。再 依次加入其他剩余物料搅拌10-15min即可。
将实施例1得到的清洗剂清洗镀锌冲压件的加工油,浓度5%,温度50-60℃,两槽超 声波清洗3-5min。之后纯水漂洗,风干,清洗完全干净。

纯水:75~85%
络合分散剂:5~10%
表面活性剂:5~15%
醇醚溶剂:1-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性环保高效清洗剂,其特征在于:所述络合分散剂为:乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸(EDTMPA),乙二胺四乙酸钠盐,葡萄糖酸钠,柠檬酸钠中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性环保高效清洗剂,其特征在于:所述醇醚溶剂为:乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚中,二丙二醇甲醚的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中性环保高效清洗剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,Berol 226、Berol 226SA,RD127,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
