Abstract
本发明属于搅拌机技术领域,公开了一种原料搅拌机,用于解决现有搅拌装置存在着搅拌效率低以及加热不均匀的问题。本发明包括筒体,所述筒体包括内筒体和外筒体,所述外筒体套设在内筒体的外围并形成真空的蒸汽腔,所述蒸汽腔的内壁上设有吸液芯,蒸汽腔内填充有工作液体,所述外筒体的外壁上设置有电加热丝层;所述内筒体配设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片的上端的搅拌轴上安装有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片螺旋向下设置。

技术领域
本发明属于搅拌机技术领域,具体涉及一种原料搅拌机。
背景技术
现有的搅拌装置包括筒体,筒体内安装有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,通过搅拌叶片对筒体内的物料进行搅拌,然而现有的搅拌装置在搅拌过程中仅仅依靠搅拌叶片的作用进行搅拌,物料在搅拌过程中存在着物料分层的问题,导致搅拌效率低的问题;同时部分原料在搅拌的时候需要加热,现有技术中都是通过电加热丝的方式进行加热,然而现有技术通过电加热丝的方式存在着加热不均匀的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有搅拌装置存在着搅拌效率低以及加热不均匀的问题,而提供一种原料搅拌机,能够防止物料在搅拌过程中存在分层的情况,提高搅拌的效率,同时能够保证加热的均匀性。
为解决技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种原料搅拌机,包括筒体,其特征在于,所述筒体包括内筒体和外筒体,所述外筒体套设在内筒体的外围并形成真空的蒸汽腔,所述蒸汽腔的内壁上设有吸液芯,蒸汽腔内填充有工作液体,所述外筒体的外壁上设置有电加热丝层;所述内筒体配设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片的上端的搅拌轴上安装有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片螺旋向下设置。
所述电加热丝层的外围包覆有隔热保温层。
所述吸液芯为铜质卷制丝网吸液芯。
所述搅拌轴的外围安装有能够在搅拌轴上上下移动安装筒,所述螺旋叶片安装在安装筒上。
所述搅拌轴的上端安装有伸缩气缸,所述安装筒经伸缩气缸带动在搅拌轴的外围上下移动。
所述搅拌轴的外围设置有滑动槽,所述安装筒的内壁上安装有与滑动槽相互适配的滑块。
所述内筒体的内壁的上段设置有多个破旋板,各个破旋板呈涡流状分布在内筒体的内壁上。
破旋板的涡流方向与搅拌叶片的转动方向相反。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的原料搅拌机在使用过程中,通过螺旋叶片的作用能够将物料带动向下螺旋运动,从而能够防止物料在搅拌过程中出现分层的情况,从而提高搅拌的效率。同时本发明的加热结构的设计,电加热丝工作后能够将热量传递给工作液体,工作液体能够沿着不同的方向进行运动,从而热量传递给内筒体,从而提高内筒体的受热的均匀性。
本发明的螺旋叶片不仅能够跟随搅拌轴转动,同时还能够沿着搅拌轴不停的上下移动,从而对筒体内的物料形成上下冲击作用,进一步防止物料分层的情况,提高搅拌的效果。
本发明通过设置破旋板不仅能够对上层物料进行破旋作用,同时在破旋的过程中还能够带动上下层物料之间窜动,进一步提高本发明的搅拌效率。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的其他所用实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
结合附图,本发明提供的原料搅拌机,包括筒体,筒体的上端设置有盖体2,盖体2上设有进料斗3,筒体包括内筒体1和外筒体11,所述外筒体11套设在内筒体1的外围并形成真空的蒸汽腔12,所述蒸汽腔12的内壁上设有吸液芯13,蒸汽腔13内填充有工作液体,所述外筒体11的外壁上设置有电加热丝层14,盖体2上安装有驱动电机4,驱动电机4的输出轴连接有搅拌轴5,其中盖体2上设置有用于套设搅拌轴5的轴承,所述搅拌轴5上安装有搅拌叶片6,所述搅拌叶片6的上端的搅拌轴5上安装有螺旋叶片8,所述螺旋叶片8螺旋向下设置。
本发明提供的原料搅拌机在使用过程中,通过螺旋叶片的作用能够将物料带动向下螺旋运动,从而能够防止物料在搅拌过程中出现分层的情况,从而提高搅拌的效率。同时本发明的加热结构的设计,电加热丝工作后能够将热量传递给工作液体,工作液体能够沿着不同的方向进行运动,从而热量传递给内筒体,从而提高内筒体的受热的均匀性。
作为本发明一种优选的方式,所述电加热丝层14的外围包覆有隔热保温层。
所述吸液芯为铜质卷制丝网吸液芯。
作为本发明一种优选的方式,螺旋叶片延伸出搅拌轴5的宽度从上至下逐渐减小。
作为本发明一种优选的方式,所述搅拌轴5的外围安装有能够在搅拌轴5上上下移动安装筒7,所述螺旋叶片8安装在安装筒7上。
所述搅拌轴5的上端安装有伸缩气缸9,所述安装筒7经伸缩气缸9带动在搅拌轴5的外围上下移动。为了提高安装筒7上下移动过程中的稳定性,优选的,安装筒7的另一侧设置有导轨,通过导轨和伸缩气缸9的共同作用,实现安装筒7的稳固。
作为本发明一种优选的方式,所述搅拌轴5的外围设置有滑动槽,所述安装筒7的内壁上安装有与滑动槽相互适配的滑块。本发明的螺旋叶片不仅能够跟随搅拌轴转动,同时还能够沿着搅拌轴不停的上下移动,从而对筒体内的物料形成上下冲击作用,进一步防止物料分层的情况,提高搅拌的效果。
本发明的筒体1的内壁的上段设置有多个破旋板10,各个破旋板10呈涡流状分布在内筒体1的内壁上,进一步的破旋板10的涡流方向与搅拌叶片的转动方向相反。本发明通过设置破旋板不仅能够对上层物料进行破旋作用,同时在破旋的过程中还能够带动上下层物料之间窜动,进一步提高本发明的搅拌效率。

1.一种原料搅拌机包括筒体,其特征在于,包括筒体,所述筒体包括内筒体和外筒体,所述外筒体套设在内筒体的外围并形成真空的蒸汽腔,所述蒸汽腔的内壁上设有吸液芯,蒸汽腔内填充有工作液体,所述外筒体的外壁上设置有电加热丝层;所述内筒体配设有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上安装有搅拌叶片,所述搅拌叶片的上端的搅拌轴上安装有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片螺旋向下设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述电加热丝层的外围包覆有隔热保温层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述吸液芯为铜质卷制丝网吸液芯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴的外围安装有能够在搅拌轴上上下移动安装筒,所述螺旋叶片安装在安装筒上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴的上端安装有伸缩气缸,所述安装筒经伸缩气缸带动在搅拌轴的外围上下移动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述搅拌轴的外围设置有滑动槽,所述安装筒的内壁上安装有与滑动槽相互适配的滑块。
7.根据权利要求1所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,所述内筒体的内壁的上段设置有多个破旋板,各个破旋板呈涡流状分布在内筒体的内壁上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的原料搅拌机,其特征在于,破旋板的涡流方向与搅拌叶片的转动方向相反。
