本发明公开了复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,包括左接骨板和右接骨板,左、右接骨板左右对称,左接骨板由中间段、左长条段、右长条段、上方段、下长条段呈一体式连接组成,在中间段上沿其左右方向间隔设有具有内螺纹的挤压钉孔,在左长条段、右长条段、下长条段上沿其长度方向分别间隔设有具有内螺纹的锁钉孔,在上方段上设有两个左右并排设置的锁钉孔;左长条段沿其长度方向呈能与髂骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,右长条段沿其长度方向呈能与耻骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,下长条段沿其长度方向呈能与坐骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,上方段呈能与髋臼上缘骨面相贴合的弧形设置。上述的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板能与髋臼内侧骨面相贴合、锁紧效果好、稳定性高。

复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板。
背景技术
骨盆骨折为一种经由暴力挤压所造成的外伤,此伤害则常见于交通事故或意外坍塌压伤所致,且由于骨盆是由多种型态的骨骼所组合而成的解剖结构,所以不同方向与力量的外力冲击除了会影响骨盆骨折的严重性,也会因不同部位的骨骼发生骨折或脱位而产生不同型态的骨折,如骨盆环稳定或基本稳定的骨折、骨盆环旋转不稳定纵向稳定骨折、骨盆环旋转与纵向均不稳定的骨折。
因此为了解决上述的伤害,在骨盆的骨折发生部位常需要植入骨板进行固定以衔接骨折或脱落的部位,骨板对于骨盆骨折的功能则是帮助维持骨骼间的连接性与强化骨盆结构的稳定性,但由于骨盆骨折的表现形式多样,且医疗人员需要针对患者的骨盆骨折受损部位,如髂骨、坐骨与耻骨或其连接处的曲度变化、骨骼弧度形状等等以将原来平板状的骨板经过打造而使骨板符合其骨折部位的曲度与弧度,但其将间接使手术与麻醉的时间延长,因此上述的手术风险也将随之提高,因此需要开发出适用于特定骨盆骨折部位的骨板,以有效降低手术的风险性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:将提供一种能与髋臼内侧骨面相贴合、锁紧效果好、稳定性高的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其特点是:包括左接骨板和右接骨板,左、右接骨板左右对称,左接骨板由中间段、位于中间段左侧且向左延伸的左长条段、位于中间段右侧且向右延伸的右长条段、位于中间段上方的上方段、位于中间段下方且向下延伸的下长条段呈一体式连接组成,在中间段上沿其左右方向间隔设置有具有内螺纹的挤压钉孔,在左长条段、右长条段、下长条段上沿其长度方向分别间隔设置有具有内螺纹的锁钉孔,在上方段上设置有两个左右并排间隔设置的锁钉孔;左长条段沿其长度方向呈能与髂骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,右长条段沿其长度方向呈能与耻骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,下长条段沿其长度方向呈能与坐骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,上方段呈能与髋臼上缘骨面相贴合的弧形设置。
进一步的,前述的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其中:在上方段上的两个锁钉孔之间设置有一个方形孔。
进一步的,前述的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其中:在下长条段和中间段之间设置有一个中间带圆环的连接板。
进一步的,前述的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其中:在左、右、下长条段上均设置有三个锁钉孔,在中间段上设置有三个挤压钉孔。
本发明的优点为:由于复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板呈能与髋臼内侧骨面相贴合的弧形设置,使产品进行了预塑形,这样使医生不必在手术过程中再对产品进行塑形操作,从而节省了手术步骤,缩短了手术时间;而且由于复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板上分布的锁钉孔,医生可以通过将复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板通过螺钉成角固定方式与髋臼内侧相锁紧,锁紧效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,包括左接骨板和右接骨板,左、右接骨板左右对称,图1为左接骨板的结构示意图,由于左、右接骨板左右对称,所以省略了右接骨板的结构示意图;左接骨板1由中间段11、位于中间段11左侧且向左延伸的左长条段12、位于中间段11右侧且向右延伸的右长条段13、位于中间段11上方的上方段14、位于中间段11下方且向下延伸的下长条段15呈一体式连接组成,在中间段11上沿其左右方向间隔设置有具有内螺纹的挤压钉孔111,挤压钉孔111在置入接骨板时能起到临时固定的作用,当接骨板固定住后需要旋入挤压钉将挤压钉孔111填补掉,这样才能保证接骨板的强度;在左长条段12、右长条段13、下长条段15上沿其长度方向分别间隔设置有具有内螺纹的锁钉孔2,在上方段14上设置有两个左右并排间隔设置的锁钉孔2;在本实施例中,在左、右、下长条段12、13、15上均设置有三个锁钉孔2,在中间段11上设置有三个挤压钉孔111。左长条段12沿其长度方向呈能与髂骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,右长条段13沿其长度方向呈能与耻骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,下长条段15沿其长度方向呈能与坐骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,上方段14呈能与髋臼上缘骨面相贴合的弧形设置。
在本实施例中,在上方段14上的两个锁钉孔2之间设置有一个方形孔3,设置方形孔3是为了在手术时能方便置入接骨板。在下长条段15和中间段11之间设置有一个中间带圆环的连接板4,连接板4能加强下长条段15的稳定性,在连接板4上设置圆环也是为了在手术时能方便置入接骨板。
使用时,将复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板放置于髋臼内侧处并与髋臼内侧相贴合,接着通过螺钉依次旋入锁钉孔2和骨中来将复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板固定于髋臼内侧,通过固定于髋臼内侧的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板来对骨折复位后的髋臼进行固定,防止髋臼骨折处移位。

1.复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其特征在于:包括左接骨板和右接骨板,左、右接骨板左右对称,左接骨板由中间段、位于中间段左侧且向左延伸的左长条段、位于中间段右侧且向右延伸的右长条段、位于中间段上方的上方段、位于中间段下方且向下延伸的下长条段呈一体式连接组成,在中间段上沿其左右方向间隔设置有具有内螺纹的挤压钉孔,在左长条段、右长条段、下长条段上沿其长度方向分别间隔设置有具有内螺纹的锁钉孔,在上方段上设置有两个左右并排间隔设置的锁钉孔;左长条段沿其长度方向呈能与髂骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,右长条段沿其长度方向呈能与耻骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,下长条段沿其长度方向呈能与坐骨骨面相贴合的弧形设置,上方段呈能与髋臼上缘骨面相贴合的弧形设置,在上方段上的两个锁钉孔之间设置有一个方形孔,在下长条段和中间段之间设置有一个中间带圆环的连接板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复杂髋臼骨折内侧接骨板,其特征在于:在左、右、下长条段上均设置有三个锁钉孔,在中间段上设置有三个挤压钉孔。
