Abstract
本发明公开了一种高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,所述的胫骨替换件(1)之外表面为胫骨关节面(2),所述的胫骨关节面(2)系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的替换件(1)之内侧为与胫骨截骨面相结合的胫骨结合面(3),所述的替换件(1)上还设置有前翼板(4)。本发明基于人体生物力学原理,使得胫骨替换件之整体及胫骨关节面更符合原骨结构特征,同时保证胫骨替换件与断残骨结合更牢固,初始稳定性更好,更便于骨生长,保持部件固接的长期稳定与牢固,减少受术者的痛苦。本发明结构简单,操作简便,成本低廉,更利于临床推广使用,患者的术后功能恢复良好,安全试用期大为延长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于骨科器械技术领域,具体涉及一种结构结构、操作简便的高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件。
背景技术
人们在日常生产与生活过程,难免会受到意外的伤害。比如崴脚,或者因崴脚造成的胫骨及距骨骨折就很常见。单纯性骨折比较好处理,复位固定即可。但是,若关节部位骨折造成的骨关节端面缺损,用常规手段或器具是难以实现的。以胫骨下端面及距骨间关节缺损,用现有技术的可替换假体进行修复,不仅初始稳定性不好,而且长期骨生长也不好,长期稳定性也不好。尤其,需要替换关节的情形,用现有技术人工关节与胫骨端部假体一同替换,则前述弊端更加凸显出来。究其原因在于假体胫骨关节面的适形性差,胫骨结合面的连接结构不合理,导致上述不良效果的发生。本发明入以为针对现有技术之不足,开发结构简单,操作简便,更符合人体生物力学结构,适形性好且耐固接的胫骨替换件,代替现有技术之假体,是克服现有技术缺陷的最佳途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,操作简便,成本低廉的高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,所述的胫骨替换件之外表面为胫骨关节面,所述的胫骨关节面系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的替换件之内侧为与胫骨截骨面相结合的胫骨结合面,所述的替换件上还设置有前翼板。
本发明人体生物力学原理,开发的胫骨下端胫骨替换件与关节的适形性更好,与断骨面结合更牢固。本发明结构简单,操作简便,成本低廉,更利于临床推广使用,患者的术后功能恢复良好,安全试用期大为延长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
如附图1~4所示,本发明一种高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,所述的胫骨替换件1之外表面为胫骨关节面2,所述的胫骨关节面2系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的替换件1之内侧为与胫骨截骨面相结合的胫骨结合面3,所述的替换件1上还设置有前翼板4。
所述的胫骨关节面2呈上凸球形弧面。
所述的胫骨关节面2之双曲球形弧面,其曲率半径为20~70cm;所述的胫骨关节面2侧边设置关节挡缘5。
所述的胫骨结合面3上设置品字形排列的斜行固定棒,三棒呈等边三角形或等腰三角形分布,斜行固定棒相对于胫骨结合面向下倾斜30~60°,顶角主棒6直径3~10mm;底角辅棒7直径为2~8mm,固定棒长度为10~30mm。
所述胫骨替换件1的前翼板4为非对称双曲峰型结构,以人体左右脚结构之不同,其中外侧峰高10~25mm,内侧峰低于外侧峰0~8mm;各峰板上分别设置固定螺钉孔8。
所述的胫骨替换件1基板面在横断面呈梯形,即组件前宽25~35mm,组件后宽20~30mm,梯形高度为35-45mm。
所述胫骨替换件1的前翼板4外侧峰高13~20mm,内侧峰低于外侧峰3~5mm;各峰板上分别设置固定螺钉孔8。
所述的替换件1基板面在横断面呈梯形,即组件前宽28~33mm,组件后宽23~28mm,梯形高度为38-42mm。
所述的胫骨替换件1呈梯形结构,近前翼板端宽于远前翼板端,梯形的斜度为0~10°;所述的胫骨结合面3之表面设置凸凹型骨固定结合结构。
所述的前翼板4呈薄楔形结构,即自本体向外缘逐渐变薄,其上设置固定螺丝孔8。
所述的替换件1之胫骨关节面、胫骨结合面、固定棒之设置微孔,并均布有纯钛涂层。
本发明工作原理和工作过程:
本发明基于人体生物力学原理,使得胫骨替换件之整体及胫骨关节面更符合原骨结构特征,同时保证胫骨替换件与断残骨结合更牢固,初始稳定性更好,更便于骨生长,保持部件固接的长期稳定与牢固,减少受术者的痛苦。
对于胫骨下端骨折缺损患者,使用本发明胫骨替换件时,首先选配合适的型号,尤其针对左右脚进行配型。将创面进行修正,反复修正、适配,以使创面与胫骨替换件之胫骨结合面紧密贴合后,从胫骨关节面斜插入固定孔,旋紧固定棒固定牢固;再分别旋固前翼板上的固定棒,即可完成胫骨下端缺损的修复固定。
Claims (10)
1.一种高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,其特征在于所述的胫骨替换件(1)之外表面为胫骨关节面(2),所述的胫骨关节面(2)系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的替换件(1)之内侧为与胫骨截骨面相结合的胫骨结合面(3),所述的替换件(1)上还设置有前翼板(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,其特征在于所述的胫骨关节面(2)呈上凸球形弧面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,其特征在于所述的胫骨关节面(2)之双曲球形弧面,其曲率半径为20~70cm;所述的胫骨关节面(2)侧边设置关节挡缘(5)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性胫骨下端仿生耐固接胫骨替换件,其特征在于所述的胫骨结合面(3)上设置品字形排列的斜行固定棒,三棒呈等边三角形或等腰三角形分布,斜行固定棒相对于胫骨结合面向下倾斜30~60°,顶角主棒(6)直径3~10mm;底角辅棒(7)直径为2~8mm;固定棒长度为10~30mm。
