Abstract

本发明公开了一种高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述的距骨替换件之外表面为距骨关节面1,内表面为距骨结合面2,所述的距骨关节面1系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的距骨结合面2设置有与距骨截骨面结合的联接结构,所述的连接结构包括基板、倾斜固定棒3和固定翼4。本发明基于人体生物力学原理,开发的距骨上端距骨替换件与关节或仿生配合关节的适形性更好,距骨结合面与断骨面结合更牢固。本发明更符合人体生物力学结构,机械配合性好,成本低廉,临床适用性好,患者的术后功能恢复良好,安全试用期大为延长。

一种高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件
技术领域
本发明属于骨科器械技术领域,具体涉及一种结构结构、操作简便的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件。
背景技术
人们在日常生产与生活过程,难免会受到意外造成骨折伤害。比如崴脚,或者因崴脚造成的胫骨及距骨骨折就很常见。单纯性骨折比较好处理,复位固定即可。但是,若关节部位骨折造成的骨关节端面缺损,用常规手段或器具是难以实现的。以胫骨下端面及距骨间关节缺损,用现有技术的可替换假体进行修复,不仅初始稳定性不好,而且长期骨生长也不好,长期稳定性也不好。尤其,需要替换关节的情形,用现有技术人工关节与距骨端部假体一同替换,则前述弊端更加凸显出来。究其原因在于假体关节面的适形性差,距骨结合面的连接结构不合理,导致上述不良效果的发生。本发明人以为针对现有技术之不足,开发更符合人体生物力学结构,机械配合性好,成本低廉,适形性好且耐固接的距骨上端距骨替换件,代替现有技术之假体,是克服现有技术缺陷的有效方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种更符合人体生物力学结构,机械配合性好,成本低廉的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,所述的距骨替换件之外表面为距骨关节面,内表面为距骨结合面,所述的距骨关节面系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的距骨结合面设置有与距骨截骨面结合的联接结构,包括基板、倾斜固定棒和固定翼。
本发明基于人体生物力学原理,开发的距骨上端距骨替换件与关节或仿生配合关节的适形性更好,距骨结合面与断骨面结合更牢固。本发明更符合人体生物力学结构,机械配合性好,成本低廉,临床适用性好,患者的术后功能恢复良好,安全试用期大为延长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明教导所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
如附图1~3所示,本发明一种高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,所述的距骨替换件之外表面为距骨关节面1,内表面为距骨结合面2,所述的距骨关节面1系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的距骨结合面2设置有与距骨截骨面结合的联接结构,包括基板、倾斜固定棒3和固定翼4。
所述的距骨关节面1之弧形面为前后呈弧形面,且前后之纵向设置“V”形圆弧槽5,与胫骨-距骨间仿生配合关节之“V”形鳍相匹配。
所述的距骨关节面1之“V”形圆弧槽5两侧分别设置双曲弧形面,即整体呈纵向圆弧形,横向也呈外展的圆弧形。
所述的“V”形槽5纵向也呈弧形,其弧顶朝上,其圆弧半径为100~300mm。
所述的“V”形槽5横向呈弧形,且弧顶朝向外侧,弧顶之圆弧半径为20~70mm;所述的“V”形圆弧槽之展翼呈内侧向外侧弯曲的曲线,曲率半径为20~50cm。
所述距骨结合面2设置倾斜固定棒3,倾斜角度为30~60°,直径为10~15mm。
所述倾斜固定棒3向两侧延伸出的翼状固定翼,两翼之间的夹角为30~120°;所述倾斜固定棒3长度为10~30mm;
所述距骨结合面22由三个平面组合构成,即主平面和两个侧翼平面,所述侧翼平面与主平面之间侧视呈100~150°夹角。
所述距骨结合面2基板之表面、倾斜固定棒3与固定翼4均为微孔结构设计,且表面设置纯钛涂层。
所述距骨关节面1表面设置纯钛涂层,且经过抛光处理。
本发明工作原理和工作过程:
本发明基于人体生物力学原理,使得距骨替换件之整体及距骨关节面更符合原骨结构特征,同时保证距骨替换件与断残骨结合更牢固,初始稳定性更好,更便于骨生长,保持部件固接的长期稳定与牢固,减少受术者的痛苦。
对于距骨上端骨折缺损患者,使用本发明距骨替换件时,首先选配合适的型号,尤其针对左右脚进行配型。将创面进行修正,反复修正、适配,以使创面与距骨替换件之距骨结合面紧密贴合后,从距骨关节面斜插入固定孔,旋紧倾斜固定棒固定牢固;再分别旋固侧翼板上的倾斜固定棒,即可完成距骨上端缺损的修复固定。

Claims (10)

1.一种高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述的距骨替换件之外表面为距骨关节面(1),内表面为距骨结合面(2),所述的距骨关节面(1)系按人体生物力学设计之弧形面,所述的距骨结合面(2)设置有与距骨截骨面结合的联接结构,包括基板、倾斜固定棒(3)和固定翼(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述的距骨关节面(1)之弧形面为前后呈弧形面,且前后之纵向设置“V”形圆弧槽(5),与胫骨-距骨间仿生配合关节之“V”形鳍相匹配。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述的距骨关节面(1)之“V”形圆弧槽(5)两侧分别设置双曲弧形面,即整体呈纵向圆弧形,横向也呈外展的圆弧形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述的“V”形槽(5)纵向也呈弧形,其弧顶朝上,其圆弧半径为100~300mm。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述的高适形性胫骨-距骨仿生配合整体组件,其特征在于所述的“V”形槽(5)横向呈弧形,且弧顶朝向外侧,弧顶之圆弧半径为20~70mm;所述的“V”形圆弧槽之展翼呈内侧向外侧弯曲的曲线,曲率半径为20~50cm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性胫骨-距骨仿生配合整体组件,其特征在于所述距骨结合面(2)设置倾斜固定棒(3),倾斜角度为30~60°,直径为10~15mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高适形性胫骨-距骨仿生配合整体组件,其特征在于所述倾斜固定棒(3)向两侧延伸出的翼状固定翼,两翼之间的夹角为30~120°;所述倾斜固定棒(3)长度为10~30mm。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述距骨结合面(2)由三个平面组合构成,即主平面和两个侧翼平面,所述侧翼平面与主平面之间侧视呈100~150°夹角。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述距骨结合面(2)基板之表面、倾斜固定棒(3)与固定翼(4)均为微孔结构设计,且表面设置纯钛涂层。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的高适形性距骨上端仿生耐固接距骨替换件,其特征在于所述距骨关节面(1)表面设置纯钛涂层,且经过抛光处理。
